As for the service, some of the staff were really nice and welcoming, but I did feel a little uncomfortable toward the end. When I asked if I could pay with cash instead of card, I got the impression that the person seating us assumed I was going to leave a tip and seemed disappointed when I clarified that I was just paying cash. I also felt like some of the servers were giving us an attitude afterward because we didn't tip. Overall, tipping is a personal choice, and I don't think customers should feel judged or pressured because of it. Some of the staff were genuinely kind, but unfortunately the food and the experience weren't enough for me to want to come back.

ridiculous sandwiches. always run out of items and toppings. turkey avocado sprout. but no avocados and no sprout, sometimes they just put soggy nasty rotten sprouts. tomatoes were just soggy and rotten. bread is rock hard. tri tip meat is trash. agu sauce was stinky and moldy. employee were just rude and clueless. defensive. a few employee look like they're high on drugs.been here many times and time after time is it a disappointment. will never eat there again. over priced for trash food.
