I'm sorry that several Pieology locations in town have closed; the ones left are pretty far from us. BUT, pieology is definitely keeping the economy in mind with their 2 for $20 deal and reward/perks. AND they did not skimp on the toppings at this location. Service was pretty good, no complaints. I would have loved my pizza but it was *almost* too dark/overdone in the bottom but the cheese could have used more time. 4/06/26 Getting lunch!! Ordered on DoorDash, a chicken calzone. Paid for it there, notified when it would be ready and went to get it! Arrived!! Nice restaurant. Safe and clean. Music playing! Place was pretty empty, but staff seemed busy in the back. One employee was handling everything up front, which I understand. We stood there for about 7 minutes with no acknowledgment, and another customer left before being helped. A simple "I'll be right with you" would've made all the difference. We did get helped eventually. I still tipped 15% on a to-go order because it didn't feel like they didn't care, it just seemed like a customer service training issue. read more

Per my last visit I was going in with high hopes they actually had soap in the dispenser this time service was quick but I was not able to get extra ricotta that I asked for, I'm willing to pay for any extra toppings but was declined by the manager Lilly. I was told by Adam that was her name. I was told they are trying to reduce food cost. We must have hit this place on a good day based on the reviews. The staff were nice, food came out fast, not burnt and was good. Pepperoni pizza is hard to screw up. I was very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor from the moment we arrived. Staff seemed uninterested and it took a long time to get any help. When our food finally came out wait it didn't because they placed them in the take out section, the pizza was cold and did not taste fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience. I understand people make mistakes that cost time and money. Very bad service. We came to pick up a pizza that my daughter ordered. There is a spot where it says pick up online orders. So we go there and nobody came to help us. There was a guy cutting pizzas and then we wait for him to finish cutting them. Then he goes to the cashier counter to ring a customer. He is doing that while the other worker your girl does not come and ask us if we need any help. After a little while I go and ask her that we came to pick up an order. So she comes and checks all the orders that are pending and then I tell her that it's already on the pick up station. It was so frustrating the way they were. Came here with the family and we all got our own pizzas. Ordered 2 Cheese Bambinos, and 2 Custom Pizzas. My custom I ordered was a Pierise crust, with of course the extra charge. Everything went very well, and when the pizzas were brought out, it all looked ok. However, when I went to pick up my pieces of pizza, they completely flopped over, toppings dropped, and the base crust was thinner than even the regular one. When we brought it to the attention of the business, they said, yeah, it was pierise, and just sometimes it gets stretched out more, and it's a bigger pizza. Now, I have ordered here for years, and never heard that response, and frankly, never had an issue. Pierise is a thicker crust overall. So, I tried my best, had to literally fold over a piece just to retain some toppings, it didn't work. So I went up to show them, and I even offered to keep all the toppings, as to not cost the business more money, and see if they could just bake a pierise base (basically the dough) so I could eat with my family. I was told that they couldn't do that, and if I ordered another pizza I'd have to pay for it. What? I was in shock, and quite disappointed. After the manager actually looked at my pizza, he agreed, it was way too thin. All I wanted was to eat dinner with my family. Sidenote, the restaurant was very clearly not busy. It took two of us, talking with multiple employees and a Manger, finally, they said I could make a new pizza. It ended up being better, and frankly what I had paid for. It is just a shame that it took two of us away from our family meal, multiple conversations, and frustration. By the time it came out, my family was getting ready to box up their left overs. We could not eat together, and affected us all. Look, this is a good company, and we just wanted to one, get what we paid for, and two, enjoy a pizza without everything falling off every piece, while enjoying a family meal. I even offered a solution that wouldn't have had as much of an impact, cost wise. But wow, the level of ignoring the obvious, truly listening to the customer, and trying to make it right. Either hire more help or do something about your service on days you know will be busy like weekends. Waiting in store for almost 40 minutes after placing an online order for pickup is not okay. Bad service!!!!! We came in and we were the only customer, and they had 4 employees working. All of them seem like they don't want to be there, with bad customer service. We sat outside to I joy the sun, but seats were dirty. We asked for napkins, they gave us 3 paper napkins. We asked for more to clean the chairs, they gave us 2 more napkins. Madi was awesome! I didn't realize I needed to order the garlic bread at the same time when building your pizza. So after I had already completed "building my pizza" (I believe it was Jesus) and had it ready for the oven, I mentioned my garlic bread late. Madi, immediately jumped on it and had it ready for the oven in less than 60 seconds. It was good and full of cheese. I tipped $10 and I wish she could get most of it. The dude and I came to Pieology on 11/17/20 for dinner as we had a Promo of a buy one get one so why not take advantage of it. We ordered through the App of Pieology and I usually get my usual Cauliflower Crust with herb garlic sauce with red sauce, toppings of the spicy chicken, bacon, sun dried tomatoes, bell pepper and spinach best combination in my opinion and even the dude agrees! The dude ended up getting similar however his toppings were slightly different as he added BBQ sauce instead of the red sauce along with pineapples and sausage. I personally didn't like his combination as I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on my pizza at all! Anywho, the pizzas came out perfectly...except my impatience princess self wanted a sneak bite before heading home and it fell apart sooo if you see a messed up slice in the picture that was on me lols Anywho, this is my first time at this location. The custom pizzas were all quite good but the cheese pizzas were just about the saddest things I've ever seen. My day was starting good but until I get to Pieology . Literally ruin my day. The worker was outside seating down on her phone waiting for her to acknowledge me after a while . Non apologetical and was very rude . She was on her phone while taking my order and was complaining to someone on the phone about being along in the store.
