Ordered my food with instructions about sending a text a a Pic when it arrived. Customized my free sandwiches (because I had rewards) left a nice tip because my order was basically free. I just started working nearby and have been to this JJ location a few times now. Listen friends, I love Jimmy Johns. I eat at JJ an embarrassingly amount. I usually visit this location during lunch and have yet to have a problem. Is there anything better than the bread being so fluffy you literally "squeeee" with joy? I think not. The service has always been great, what I would expect when visiting JJ. I have never used the drive thru so I cannot comment on that. read more

I started my afternoon errands with a trip to the post office. I was super shocked that right before h holiday it wasn't that crowded. I was greeted with a friendly face and had a pleasant interaction. Keeping the same positive energy I had at the post office, I headed to Jimmy John's to grab lunch. It's all downhill from here. I approached the counter and asked about their new Little John sandwiches. I wanted to know if they came on wheat bread. Sadly they do not. (If anyone from JJ's Corporate reads this, please consider making these on wheat.) Back to my visit. I placed my order and asked the gentleman if I should open up the app to have him scan my rewards card. He told me I didn't need it if I was paying with my phone. Cool! (They do take Apple Pay.) At the counter you can see your sandwiches being made. I tried not to assume because this location has a drive-thru, but I didn't see my wheat sandwich being made. The gentleman tells me my order was ready and I politely ask if they made the Club Lulu on wheat. The guy rudely said "You didn't ask for it on wheat." I said yes, I did. He responded "No you didn't!" He then told me to give him the bag and he could remake it. He quickly remade the sandwich and sent me on my way. At the onset of my transaction I felt bad vibes. I was bright and bubbly and this guy was dry. He was so focused on taking my order he failed to provide a positive interaction Based on his treatment, I don't think I'll return to this location and meat on my sandwich. Very unprofessional management. Drive through order today and the employee taking my order immediately talked over me and couldn't understand what he was saying, so someone else ended up taking my order. Received my order and drove 20 minutes home to find out that 2 of the 3 sandwiches had completely no meat on them. Contacted the store via phone and simply asked for a refund, the employee on the phone said she can not do that unless i drive back to the store and "prove it". Asked for a manager and she stated that she was. I then went on to describe both employees who had taken and delivered my order through the drive through and asked her to just confirm with them that 2 sandwiches were made without meat, she again refused and said "i won't help you unless your drive back here and prove it". Don't have any issue with the food. It was typically good Jimmy John's food. My comment refers to the staff. My team was performing detailed audits of operational activities in multiple cities around the state. We're not paid by the hour so we're focused on the tasks at hand... Let me start by saying, I am usually a huge JJ's fan. But this location was not good. First of all, it took over an hour for delivery. JJs is usually so fast that I do freak, not today. I could understand maybe they were short on drivers and maybe taking a half an hour. But an hour? The delivery time wasn't even my big issue. So I said okay and they said they would give me a refund. Over 2 weeks passed I still have not received a refund. I've ordered from here before. The first few times was great; however, since then the quality/timing has become poor. For example, it took an hour for delivery today. I love Jimmy John's but will not visit this location again. The first visit a month ago was "eh". The quality of sandwiches we received was not the best. Thought it was an off day for them so my husband tried again last week. He went by the drive thru and when he got back to work he opened his sandwich to find only meat... nothing else on the sandwich! I'm not sure what he paid $8 for. I called the store to speak with someone about it and get him an actual sandwich and was told the manager would call me back which of course never happened. Terrible customer service. We had a large order that they couldn't locate so they turned us away saying that we didn't place the order. We gave them our listed order and they said they had nothing like it. Finally after finding the name of the person who took the order from us, they listened. Our order was sitting there the whole time. No apology. No accommodations. Food was 45 minutes late for a group of kids because of them. They just didn't want to deal with figuring it out. It was laughable how terrible the experience was. The food was great, sure. But I would not recommend ordering more than one sub from this location because they don't know how to handle it. read more

This Jimmy Johns deserves its low rating. The sandwiches are always short on ingredients and slopped together like someone is in a very big hurry. Even worse, the vegetables are never ripe and of questionable quality; tomatoes should not be crunchy and lettuce is supposed to be green, not white. I live just under a mile from the store, and ordered a sandwich for delivery (work from home), and had to wait an hour and a half for the driver to arrive with a soggy sandwich. Called and spoke with the General Manager who was completely unapologetic and refused to compensate with a coupon for next visit, or comping my meal, instead saying "all I can do is send a different driver out with another sandwich", and "we no longer advertise our service as being Freaky Fast". Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, nor will I recommend that anyone else order from this location. read more

Soni ordered a sandwhich and about ten min later i get a call back saying i am out of range. I live ten min down the road which is about 2.4 miles away .6 miles inside the delivery zone. I really liked going thru the drive thru and was offered a box lunch promotion! It sure was tasty and they made it in about the same time as it takes to make my sandwich normally. The only downfall was the process of taking my order and giving me my change back. This is the WORST Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. I live less than a mile away and they refuse to deliver. However, I offered a $10 tip once and they delivered. (total bs) The manager (Sandy?) totally sucks too. She's so rude. She refused to put mustard on my sandwich while I was ordering through the drive-through. She offered two mustard packets and wouldn't give me anything else?? I'll NEVER return to this particular location. Its worth the 5 minute drive up Randall to the other Jimmy Johns near LA Fitness.
