#13 on seven grain, no cheese. Not hard, right? It is for this location. As I waited for my husband to come back from the bathroom, the yokel behind the counter stared slack-jawed into space. We ordered and waited...mine came out on the regular sub bread (I was ready, they do that ALL the time), so we waited longer so they could remake it. Thinking all was right with the world, we grabbed the sandwich and left, only to find out later they didn't even make the right sandwich. Ugh!! WTF? $6 went straight into the dumpster (mayo and bacon, yuck!!). Seriously, Jimmy Johns? It doesn't matter how lightening fast you are when you have incompetent people working in your stores! All you do is take orders and make SANDWICHES, how difficult is it to get at least 2 out of three things right?!? Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 1 pickle. When we got home, no pickle. No problem...I'll just stop on my way home and get my money back. Easy, right? Nope....that's not their policy.....I could either receive a credit on an account (I don't live in the area); get a pickle, or choose a bag of chips. What? I can't receive a refund? No, that's not our store policy. What? I asked to speak to the manager to which the teenage looking girl said "I am the manager". It's not the cost of the pickle....it's the principle of the thing.....I should have been able to receive a refund. Oh, I could have but they would have had to cancel out my order and re-ring it....but we don't do that for the cost of a pickle! Oh my gosh! Is this truly how it is? I wanted to post a review about your driver that delivered to the River way clinic today. As I was walking in with my wife who recently had knee surgery and uses a cane the driver decided it was ok to rush ahead and cut us off and then as he's running back out to his car he expects us to move for him? At 12:44pm on a Saturday, I walked into JJ, no line. Approached the cashier to place my order, no greeting, NOTHING! I asked for 2-6" sandwiches. He mumbled something regarding cheese. The girl making the sandwiches asked the cashier if they were Little John - oh yeah, he charged me for the original size! As a fellow commercial sandwich artist I was unsatisfied withy order.First the ingredients on my sandwich were lopsided and falling off the bread. Secondly we specifically modified one the sandwiches Wich they ignored.Lastly whilst we were ordering they person at the front counter wasn't confirming our order at all and the only verbal communication was our total. NOT freaky fast and frankly NOT even competent. I have been disappointed on several occasions, this last time they forgot half of the online order. Barely received an apology for the inconvenience much less a discount. I eat at this Jimmy John's location quite a bit. The staff is always friendly, the store is always extremely clean, and they are seriously freaky fast. It's a nice change from Subway, probably because I've been to Subway a few hundred-thousand times in my lifetime. I have liked every sandwich I've ever tried here which is very cool, this way I don't get in a rut of ordering the same one every time. Also they have a sandwich called the JJ Unwich (and I would not order this but some may), I guess it's same as any sandwich but without the bread? wtf? Guess it's for the carb watchers. Don't forget to order a pickle with your sanny, sure they're like .95 cents but they some damn good pickles. read more

The place is run by idiots with morons working for them. My wife and I both got a number 9, no mayo. It was light on the dressing so we asked for more. They refused. I offered to pay them. Awful! My husband ordered 2 subs. They made 1 and walked away. My husband asked what was going on with the other and they just said they knew they didn't make it yet and kept eating! A man finally walked up to make the sub after more than 10 minutes! I ordered a #16 but somehow got red peppers, jalapeño and a bunch of oil on it. They screwed up the entire order! When we called to complain, they just said they didn't know what happened. Never even apologized! read more

They get a ONE due to their unwillingness to deliver to me at my home (where I work) yet they deliver further to schools and businesses. Very unfortunate because I love Jimmy Johns and would eat their more often but I tend to eat at Subway more because if I have to run out, I am going make it a quick trip! read more

I'm not even close to old enough to say this but the kids of this generation are absolutely lazy and incompetent. There's usually one who makes up for the rest, so I had to give it at least 2 stars, but if I have to remind you 3 times what I just ordered and there are maybe 2 other customers something has to change. They're always more preoccupied with flirting and small talk than doing their jobs. There is one employee who keeps them on-task and I wish I'd gotten his name! I can't justify spending $14 on 2 tiny subs when right across the highway there are always fresh ingredients and polite staff (Subway, of course) for a few bucks less and so much substance I always have an extra meal or two. Their avocado IS fresh though, and I love the fattening wheat bread, so that's something! Keep in mind, I think their sandwiches themselves are decent, if overpriced, so this is more about the staff. **Update: After an impressive week-long begging session I relented and got a sub for my kid (gotta teach that persistence pays, right?) and there were ACTUAL, REAL-LIFE ADULTS!! I didn't have to repeat myself, the order was correct, and the bread wasn't rock-hard. There was no eye-rolling or input of drinks I never ordered. The worst service i have ever experienced. Placed my order at 7:45 on a Sunday night and didn't hear anything from Jimmy Johns regarding or order until i called the store at 8:45. The woman answered the phone and i asked for a status on my meal. She didn't ask for my name, order number, or anything but just tells me "Our driver just left with your order and 5 others. We only have one driver tonight." Well, 20 minutes goes by and still no food has been delivered. We get a call saying that the driver had car issues and that the manager was going to come in, make us new sandwiches, and deliver them to us. Throughout this hour and a half long process, we still are sitting around waiting and have not received our meals and we're not offered any sort of discount or compensation for the excessively long wait. This was our first and last time ordering from this Jimmy Johns. Very disappointing. read more

Freaky fast, but freaky loud. I've been to other Jimmy Johns and like the food, but the atmosphere here is uninviting: the music is always very loud hard rock. It's good for to-go orders, but you'll need to shout to make sure your meal is prepared correctly. read more

Good Food, If it's made to your order. 4/4 time my order's have been made incorrect. So every month I retry. Still botch it. Talked to the manager this last time. He apologized and said he would send me some freebie coupons. Gave him my private information. Never received the stuff he promised. So I'm left to believe not only are the employee's bad at their jobs, but that the manager is lacking the capability to A. train employees B. Fix customer issues. Not every Jimmy Johns is like this. This location is just bad. Expect extra's or missing items on your orders. Hope your not allergic to Mayo, because they will put it on the sandwich for sure. JImmy John's is even more generic played down that subway. I had much better from a chain like Togos. Quiznos is decent Subway is below average then there's Jimmy John's which is about the same with less choices. I would only go to JImmy John's if nothing else is available and even then with the economy in this silly country would i spend the extra coin. Cost is too much for what you get. read more
