A very friendly JJ's location. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru to pick up. The employee at the drive thru window was personable and cheerful. I had ordered a #6, chips and a drink, and also potato salad. I had been curious about this new side, and it was very good. The potato chunks were firm, not mushy. Honestly this was our FIRST TIME ordering from JJ. We downloaded the app. Made our order for 6:30 pickup. We ordered two Tuna subs and one Roast Beef with Cheddar cheese and potato salad and two Oatmeal raisin cookies. Got to the drive-up at exactly 6:30 and everything was ready. Drove home and everything was just as we ordered. The tuna sandwiches had half the tuna salad as we'd usually get from Subway but had a lot more flavor. The potato salad was perfect. The Roast Beef with cheddar was delicious. Our only complaint was that the Oatmeal cookies were over baked and dry. We will be back! read more

I ordered from here tonight through the UberEats app. After the order was confirmed I received a call from the manager explaining that, even though they are partnered with door dash and UberEats, they don't "affiliate" with them and they use their own drivers but they don't have drivers tonight so the order would be cancelled by the restaurant and I wouldn't be charged. We decide to drive to the restaurant and order our food. We get there and the music was already blaring but on top of that the manager was literally singing at the top of his lungs which made standing there and waiting for our food to be prepared pretty awkward. We get our food and leave just to find out 3 hours later that the restaurant never cancelled my order like they said and I wound up getting charged for the original delivery order that was never delivered! 0 stars because of horrible service. 1 star because at least the guy had a good voice! Maybe save it for the shower though. A restaurant isn't the appropriate showcase for your singing. read more

This was only the 2nd time I have ever ordered Jimmy John's in my entire life, and it will most likely be the last. I was staying at a hotel while my 18 wheeler was in the shop and I ordered the "Ultimate Porker." Definitely nothing to write home about, as far as the quality of the sandwich, but that wasn't my complaint. It took 45 minutes from the time I ordered online, until delivery. Now, the store is only about a half mile away from the hotel. I normally order a medium pizza and hot wings from Pizza Hut, and it usually arrives in about 30 to 35 minutes from the time the order is placed, no matter what town I am passing through. It should never take 45 minutes to deliver an 8 inch sandwich a half mile. I delivered pizza on the weekends for several years, and even after changing a flat tire on the side of the road, it didn't take my customers' food 45 minutes. Bottom line, "Freaky Fast," fell "Freaking Flat," and really "Freaking Slow." read more

I hadn't been to a JJ in like a decade because I honestly didn't think the first sandwich was all that great. I finally go into the one on CR 6 last winter. It was just me and my 15 year old. I ordered a sandwich and a drink, paid, got my cup... then it was like I grew another head. They just stared at me like I was holding a gun. A girl who hadn't even taken my order walked all the way down to the other end of the counter, where my extra head and I had laid down the revolver long enough to get a beverage, and asked if I wanted my receipt. When I said yes, she looked completely disgusted and walked all the way back to get it. Why hadn't she brought it with her? Better yet, why hadn't The make employee who took my order given it to me after I paid? The 2 employees literally stared us down until we left. I won't be back to any JJ, EVER. I'll admit that the second sandwich was pretty tasty, but the sandwiches aren't "freaky good" and the service sucks. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

I went here and got a couple sandwiches to take home. The cashier was a younger girl who looked and acted like she hated her job. Did not say hi, did not smile, barely spoke and when she did she mumbled and had an attitude. I paid and she immediately threw away my receipt, which was odd. After my sandwiches were done she tried to hand them to me but my hands were full and I asked for a bag and instead of helping me out and placing them in the bag she just tossed the bag at me and put my sandwiches on counter. Even the girls making the sandwiches looked at her and made a joke to soften her rudeness but it didn't phase her. It's one thing to have a bad day but that was my first time there and I had a very bad impression. For one why have someone like that be in the front of house dealing with customers and two if you don't like your job QUIT. The food was fine but I'd rather drive to the Jimmy Johns across town then deal with a bad attitude teeny bopper with horrible customer service. read more
