This was my first time at this specific location, and I was not impressed. It was around 1:30 pm, and the place wasn't busy--I went through the drive-thru. My first issue? The lady greeted me with, 'What's your order?' No 'hello' or anything friendly, just straight to business. I gave her my order and got a simple 'okay' in response. I thought, maybe she's having a rough day or is just tired. When I got to the window, I saw three employees laughing and chatting. The person who took my order was younger than I expected based on her tone over the speaker. They all seemed happy, but it felt like I was an inconvenience, interrupting their conversation. Not even a 'thank you' when I got my food. I get that you don't have to be overly nice, but great customer service keeps me coming back--even if the food isn't the best. When I drove up, there was a guy sitting outside the pull-up window smoking or vaping I was hoping he wasn't making my sandwich. Also, I paid $10 for a turkey sandwich that doesn't taste like anything. Has about three shreds of lettuce on it. I couldn't understand the guy who took my order he needs to learn to annunciate. $10 each and they appear to have trouble with the sandwich providing experience. When we order a handful of sandwiches, they should write the number of on each so we know what it is. I'm updating my review. It's been over a year since we last visited this location. With a very unpleasant unexpected latex allergy reaction, there was a bitter taste on my tongue. My daughter asked if we could go before her lessons and I figured we would give another go but this time I would go inside to place my order. I was immediately greeted and the staff was working like a well oiled machine. I first inquired about latex free gloves and they were able to accommodate. I didn't feel as if I was a pain for asking. They were honestly so nice. Let me say that they were more than exceptional. Not only did they don't vinyl gloves, but they were well-versed in how to create a safe environment. Both guys knew to wash there hands well before putting on vinyl gloves and even wipe down the countertops before they started to build our sandwiches. WOW. Not only were the sandwiches delicious, well put together and fresh. We love he texture and flavor of the whole grain bread. I must admit I have MISSED my #6, and so thankful for the accommodations to provide me with a safe experience. Thank you Patrick and crew. You were amazing and so professional. Store #2655 Online Order #1711314743 I ordered a customized #9 because I have major allergies to gluten, dairy, and eggs. I ordered it with an unwich( which was correct) but the sandwich had mayonnaise (which is made with eggs) and cheese on it. I was unable to eat the sandwich and had to give it to my husband to eat for later. I will never leave the parking lot again until checking my order was made correctly. Jimmy Johns is one of the better fast food sandwich shops, IMHO. I think it's the thin bread...... Been through the drive thru a few times. I don't order anything special and my order has always been made quickly and correctly. It's on my short list of drive thrus when I just want a simple sandwich. The drive thru is difficult to exit with the turn back onto Manchester being crazy tight. read more

I would give them a 2 because the sandwich was good - the experience was horrible. On Sunday, April 15 we went through the drive through at 12:49 pm. I know the exact time because I saw it on my receipt after I reviewed my inaccurate order as I prepared to call them. My family order 4 subs; 2 of them add onion and cut in half. I opened my sandwich to eat it and it was not cut in half. No big deal, I can tear it. But then I thought it didn't have onions at which point I was disappointed and called the restaurant. The Manager Dan said I could call them back when we were heading back to the restaurant and they would replace the sandwich. Sounds reasonable right? I continued to eat as I was so hungry. I then realized it did in fact have onions. The were white and very thinly sliced so I didn't initially detect them. I called the restaurant back to apologize and discovered - THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER! They never had any real intention to help me, or resolve the concern. Bravo Dan. You unsatisfactorily resolved the initial complaint, but you did solve your issue. We are .9 miles from this location and they won't deliver because it "takes too long in traffic".... I tested it at rush hour.... it takes 7 minutes on a heavy traffic day. Corporate needs to set some new priorities. read more

I have been nothing but impressed with this store and with its management. We have had large catering orders for sports teams and this Jimmy John team helps them fuel up for their big games and tournaments. Everything is always super organized and made according to requests. Managing 40 plus orders is a recipe for disaster, but the staff here has done multiple requests of this magnitude flawlessly. We appreciate everyone involved making the sandwiches and carefully labeling each one to reduce mixups on our chaotic end. Thank you so very much! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. This Jimmy John's treated my partner and I like family. We'd order either delivery or pickup 2-3 times a week, depending on what we had going on. Everything was always prompt, delicious, and super fresh. The only thing they might improve on is the slicing of the roast beef, on very rare occasions it's a little thick, but that could also just be someone in training. Pretty much on par with other reviewers. Sucks, went through the drive through. They messed up the order, not to mention they are impatient and unhelpful. As you leave the drivethru you are unable to turn to exit going west on Manchester. Seriously you cannot leave without rolling over several curbs unless you own a mini cooper. No thanks. read more

The quality at this Jimmy Johns is very poor. In the past visits I've been served a sandwich on stale bread, and a mushy old pickle. I LOVE Jimmy Johns! BUT, I have a major problem with their prices. It's to the point now that if my family of 5 (me, my husband, and my two toddlers and baby) want to eat there, it costs us $35! This is just with our food, chips, and waters!! This is more than we spend at most restaurants including tip. So, unfortunately we can't go here anymore even though our kids always beg us. If I could talk to the owner or to the Jimmy Johns corporation, I would tell them to lower their prices a few dollars. If you get families in at a good price you will have a lot of loyal customers. $5 kids sandwiches (which are just bread and meat, nothing else) puts a lot of families unable to come at this price. Everything, including chips and drinks, are way above what they should be. It's a sandwich shop... It should feel that way in price. I avoid Jimmy John's like the plague because of how they treat their employees, the fact that I don't like most of their menu items enough to eat there and I'm not a huge fan of subs in general. Today I was desperate so I ordered delivery. I got the Turkey Tom with avocado added because that actually sounded delicious. Well, I got one very thin slice of Turkey and a microscopic drop of avocado on one corner of my sub. Not happy.
