Your Roast beef & Cheddar sandwich was awful. First, I didn't realize it was a warm sandwich. That does not work with cold vegs on it and then horse radish. Yuck. I was expecting a cold sandwich. My wife got the cold Italian but the bread was very stale... Also, something more concerning to me... We pulled up in the parking lot and parked next to a very dirty grey vehicle. The windows were 1/2 down, water marks all over... I could see inside the car it was filthy. There were stainless steel bowls on the passenger side that looked like someone had been eating out of them. They were unwashed and had food stuck to them along with a couple forks and a spoon. SO gross. What really caught my eye was that this was a Jimmy Johns delivery vehicle with the "JJ" magnet logo on top of the roof. My biggest fear came true... a worker walked out of the store with a Jimmy Johns bag, with an order, got in the vehicle and drove off. The food that was just prepared inside, is now contaminated in this Filthy car. It was so filthy, I could not imagine anyone sitting in that thing. I'm really discussed with Jimmy Johns. Honestly love love jimmy johns. So refreshing and like fulfilling! I order the veggie Giant which is a 16 'in so good! I do have to add more mayo because it's kinda dry and I don't like my sandwich's dry. Their water is so good and refreshing! Also love ordering sprite idk why but the taste is different. Some places there sprites is weird or just flat. I also order plain turkey sandwich for the kids. Which was lacking on the turkey. Thought it be more meat but maybe I had too order double meat. Hands down there's no more comforting smell than that of JJ bread wafting across the counter as you wait....45 seconds(?) for your sandwich. We've eaten at JJ's many years at many locations. There's a certain standard across all locations and this location is right on par. Clean, fresh flavors and a bright cherry restaurant served with smiles (on this occasion). The Italian is my favorite and I love the combos they create for all the other subs. If I could leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I placed an order on the app for delivery. I ordered a turkey sandwich for my daughter and received a roast beef sandwich which my daughter can not eat. I called the store to inform them about their mistake and the manager Leandra told me she understands how that mistake can happen. So she told me she would give me a credit for the sandwich. When I asked her to Deliver the correct sandwich she told me that I will have to pay another delivery fee because they delivered me something. The manager also stated if we come in person, there will be no fee. So then I told her I don't agree with paying another delivery fee then she said "do you want the sandwich or not?" I went to the location to pick up the sandwich and I was told Pay the additional charge or you don't get the sandwich. Then I asked for a manager higher than her and she said they're not here and I can't give you their information. I continued to tell her how I should not be charged twice for something I already paid for and her response was this is how we do things here. She was very snippy and full of attitude in front of my small children and laughing in our faces. She then said what are you going to do because we're closed now. i usually love this jimmy john's, but tonight (september 3, around 7:10-7:35 p.m.) one of the employees was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. i couldn't catch his name but the guy was white, with brown hair and facial hair. not only did he come off lazy, but when i threw my trash away (they hadn't even put a bag in the bin), he rolled his eyes at me, snapped at me, and made me pull it back out of the trash. instead of simply telling me where another trash can was, he chose to embarrass me. completely unnecessary and disrespectful behavior toward a paying customer. the other staff were fine, but that particular employee clearly doesn't care about his job, or customers, and honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. jimmy john's is great, but maybe consider who you have representing your store, because that guy is RUDE. my mother even had to tell him off, and he just stood there like an idiot. rude employee (hope to be ex), if you're reading this, i hope you get fired and financially struggle in life. read more

My Fiancé and I came here for the first time to get a quick take out dinner. I got the Turkey Tom and my Fiancé got the Bootlegger club. The Turkey Tom was okay. It is definitely a healthy choice, which I was going for. It was filled with real turkey, lettuce, tomato, lite mayo, and I added cheese. The bread was crunchy and chewy! The bread was the highlight of my sandwich! I wish there was more turkey in the sandwich. The Bootlegger Club was delicious! It had Turkey and roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes and he added peppers to it with lite mayo. It was more flavorful than my sandwich. I feel like his sub was filled with more protein. Hey it's a Jimmy John's & I haven't been disappointed in any locations that I have gone to. This is easy to get in & out of. Employee's always say "hi" to you when you walk in. Sandwiches are made correctly & they're fast. I've been craving the Unwhich #9 which is the BOMB!! I use to eat the #9's when I was eating bread & those were yummy too!! I have a thing about needing my sandwich cut in 1/2. It's just easier to eat so I always have to remind myself to ask them to cut it in 1/2 because this isn't something that they normally do, same with cutting the large pickles in 1/2 or 4th's. What a wonderful staff here!! They were so friendly and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I entered. They helped me navigate the menu. I hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in years. But, since the trophy hunter sold the company, I thought it was time to go back and support them again. My #9 was prepared quickly and perfectly with extra pickles. They have sliced pickles now!! They didn't used to. The bread is amazing. Best sub bread in town. The meats were delicious and the veggies fresh and crispy. JJ's makes their own chips and they are very tasty. The store was pretty clean, but a few tables hadn't been cleaned off and there were 5 people behind the counter and only 8 customers. That was really the only negative. The restrooms were clean. We had lunch here and was surprised that it was so inexpensive. We ordered 2 of the roast beef sandwiches and an Italian. This was our first visit here and while the subs were really good they would of been better heated. The restaurant has an eclectic atmosphere and it is really busy but not in a bad way. I had to literally take apart to find the minuscule amount of avocado on it. The turkey, provolone, and avocado on the menu is in capital letters and cucumber and tomatoes are in lower case letter. This review is for an online order for delivery fulfilled by this location. My co-worker and I were hungry today. She decided to get delivery from Jimmy John's, so I ended up adding on to her order (and paying for it when she wasn't looking). As reported by the web site and the delivery driver's receipt, this is the location that took care of our order. We asked them to deliver to a location just on the other side of St Rose Pkwy, and the delivery employee arrived 15 minutes later and had me sign for it. Decent timing, nothing to complain about there. #8 Billy Club ($6.97): roast beef, smoked ham, provolone, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Let's start with the good part of my order. The wheat bread that I requested was soft and quite flavorful. The sandwich was a mouthful as a whole. The extra cucumber (complimentary add-on) brought some much needed crunch and freshness. There was plenty of negatives though. The meat tasted too much of deli meat, in the school cafeteria bologna kinda way. That would've been enough for a 3 star review if my co-worker hadn't pointed out that her cucumber add-on request was seemingly ignored. So I examined mine more closely and realized that they barely had any sprouts (or left them off entirely) despite my request for a extra large add-on of sprouts, and they also omitted the onions that I'd asked for. Not only did they botch the order, but they really made the meal worse because the deli meat needed as much help as it could get. Delivery possibilities aside, I will stay away from Jimmy John's from now on if they're just going to screw up orders of what are already mediocre ingredients.
