This Jimmy John's failed me miserably today. I got a #8 billy club and the new picklewich. The picklewich was fine but when I started eating my #8 it began to felt off. I asked for regular hot peppers and the did extra hot peppers. 10-14 hot peppers is not regular. Something felt spoiled and my friend who got the #9 felt the same way. It seems to be that the ham had been sitting in the cold fridge for a while. It was not ok. Couldn't even eat my sandwich. Spoiled meat is no good. This is ridiculous. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich with lettuce wrap and no tomato add roast beef. The sandwich had tomato in it, no roast beef and no avocado which was supposed to have, If I could give 0 stars I would. This location will give you an incorrect order, forget items, give you incorrect items, then decline to refund you. They will offer you the option to drive back and get the items yourself or to put your name on a sticky note for the future in case you come back. If you don't like that, the manager will offer the option for you to file a corporate complaint. The "manager", Matt, is immature and unprofessional. He actually takes pride in his bad attitude. Not a review about the food but the delivery service. I ordered online and in the instructions I asked for the food to be left at the gate because my baby was sleeping. Whoever delivered it did not follow those instructions ): They came inside the gate which got my dogs barking and then proceeded to ring the doorbell which made my dogs go nuts and woke up my baby. I stop by to pick up dinner while on my break. I ordered Jimmy Johns G's sandwich for $20.00. When I got back to work, I discovered there was no oil and vinegar at all on the sandwich. I asked for double tomato and received three thin slices. I have nothing at work but ketchup to put on the sandwich. I just ate the sandwich with nothing on it and it sucked. We usually love Jimmy Johns for when we only have a few minutes to grab sandwiches and be on our way. Do not go to this location if you're in a hurry... especially not around lunchtime. We walked in at 12:15pm and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. Although they seemed to be fully staffed, our sandwiches were not ready until 12:50pm. There were at least 15 other people in there waiting as well. It seems like always have to wait a bit longer at this location, but I was NOT expecting 30+ minutes to make 3 sandwiches. When I opened my sandwich all it had on it was a freaking piece of cheese and some Mayo. Are you kidding me? It took 35 minutes and the sandwich isn't even right. Bummer. read more

OK. I'm done with this restaurant. Placed order two weeks ago, took 45 minutes to be delivered. (I'm 3 minutes away. Freaky Fast?). Order was also missing an item. Today it has been an hour and my order still shows it is waiting to be delivered. I guess you have to call every time to complain to get your order. Well.......After two phone calls (confirmed the order was received) and 1hour 30 minutes, no change. Who owns this establishment? I pay a delivery charge and tip and get this treatment? Placed an online order for 12:30 pickup on 6/22/22. What's the point of offering customized sandwiches if you never do pay attention to the custom order. I just LOVE pickles on my sandwich and hate tomatoes. I made a perfect sandwich with extras - pickles and peppers and no tomato. I get back home and it's just your standard sandwich no customizations. Don't offer it if you aren't going to do it because it makes customers look so forward to something they won't be getting. Had I known you don't care about the instructions customers given on orders, I guess I would have stopped at Maceys on the way home for my pickles that I am missing so much right now. read more

The delivery policy here is bull crap and the employees are sarcastic and rude. Normally Jimmy John's is okay, but note, if they think that it might take more than five minutes to get to your place, they won't deliver to you. I was in an important meeting and had to suspend the meeting to run grab lunch for everyone, I timed it and it took me exactly 3 minutes and 38 seconds. They told me their policy was that if they can't get there in five minutes and then get back in five minutes then they don't deliver there. Does Jimmy John's deliver? No, no they don't. As corny as it is, they really are "freaky fast." Their subs are made in seconds after you order them. If you go there for no other reason than for the bread, you'll be completely happy. It's chewey/slighly crunchy on the outside, and soft and moist of the inside. The meats and vegetables are always fresh and cold. The chips are kettle cooked and extra crunchy. They'll deliver (again, freaky fast), and they'll delivery just one sandwich if you want. I love that. The subs are 8 inches long, which is the perfect medium between 6" and footlong. read more

I work close to a Jimmy Johns and today I didn't feel like leaving my desk for work so I decided to order online. I found so many additional freebie things to put on my sandwich that made it awesome. I always go for the veggie, but never have been impressed with the Veggie sandwich from here, but this time I got to add extra cucumbers and tomatoes as well as adding sprouts, onions, hot peppers and dijon mustard and I am loving it! This place has great sandwiches and freaky fast delivery. Normally we get delivery from here as an alternative to pizza or Chinese. Today we went in to get our food. The swiftness of pickup is as freaky fast as the delivery. They must be sandwich wizards. I normally get the gargantuan which is the biggest sandwich they have full of meats and cheese. So come hungry if you get it. My wife gets the Club Lulu which is their turkey bacon club. Our daughter gets one of the slims which is a plain meat and cheese. They also have great kettle style chips if many flavors. We highly recommended this as an alternative to other sandwich shops and as a bonus they deliver for a small fee. read more

I was in town for a wedding and the hotel was next to this joint. I have heard about it from friends in other states but we don't have one in LA. Since I am fan of sandwiches, I gave it a shot. I am glad I did. However I did only have the Veggie, I was still blown away at how good it was. Their bread was what really sealed the deal for me. This place makes a big deal about being ultra fast service and they deliver. By time you're done paying the sandwich is ready for you. They also follow the increasing (and annoying) trend of everybody shouting out your order, shouting hello, and shouting good bye. I was the only person in there, I was outnumbered by the staff 6 to 1, they're all standing next to each other, yet they all have to repeat the order like bizzare parrots. The sandwiches are good. Better than Subway. But they're smaller too, when I got mine I thought they had accidentally given me a cigar tube wrapped in paper instead. I think I have written a review for Jimmy John's, but i'll write this again for good measure. Jimmy John's is one of the best sandwich shops in Utah. Not only for the flavor, but because of how fast I can get in an out of here. I can't even fill up my water cup before my sandwich is done being made. For those of you that have never been before, you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My typical order is the bootlegger club on wheat - stacked with beef cheese and mayo. I can't get enough of it - I have had like 6 of them in the last month and a half. I typically opt out on chips and a drink because the giant club sandwiches are more than enough food to fill me up. Super polite and courteous staff, and every location I have ever been to has been meticulously maintained and clean. Call ahead to walk in, pick up your order, and walk out. But honestly, you don't even need to. Something I learned in regards to how they deliver so freakily fast - they only deliver within a 3.0 mile radius from their store. My office is 3.1 miles from a jimmy johns location, and they wont deliver here so keep that in mind. Delivery just costs you a few bucks extra, often worth it when you are feeling extra lazy :) For a great sandwich, please try jimmy johns. Plenty of meat, cheese, and toppings to suit whatever tastes you are craving. read more

Wow. The Yelp crowd is surprisingly harsh on such a great sandwich joint. This is one of the best sandwiches you'll find. As you've read, the bread & freshness is the staple here. Yes, the employees can be a little "happy, happy, happy" in a played out, family restaurant on someones birthday kind of way--but this does not in any way take away from the great service & friendly atmosphere at JJ's. I walked into Jimmy Johns today to grab a sandwich before I head into work. I was not greeted by the lady at the register, but rather the one clear in the back. The lady at the register didn't even smile at me and just seemed rather annoyed when I started placing my order. I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was pretty complicated, the other very straight forward. I ordered a #5 with quite a few modifications and the lady missed half of what I said and never checked any of it with me before having me pay. Then, I ordered a #12 which should have avocado on it... I get home and there is ZERO avocado and no extra mayo like I asked for. Avocado is the whole point of #12! Otherwise I would've ordered a #4. I pay the price of a #12 but receive a #4, that is beyond frustrating. This location has ALWAYS been a struggle since day one. Very rarely do they actually get what I order correct. I quit going to this location a couple years ago for this reason, but decided to come back and try it again because I do love your sandwiches and it is the closest location to my house. But once again, I am very disappointed and truly don't want to give my business to this location anymore. Normally they're very friendly when I walk in and usually the most friendly ones are the ones that get the sandwiches correct... but after today, with the rude customer service and two sandwiches made wrong, I can't bring myself to go back. Plus the fact that you don't deliver to my area which is also very frustrating and I have written you guys about that multiple times and you won't expand to my area even though it's only a block further than where you stop. Overall, I think I've had my feel for this location and am sick of giving it second, third, and fourth chances. A manager really needs to get in there and teach them how to do their job correctly. For all the people reading this, I suggest going to another location because this one is of no help and constantly screws up orders. read more
