I like Jimmy Johns and in the past they have been spit on everything. I had placed an order today around 2:43pm and didnt get my order till 3:50pm. When I had the store they said that their driver was out delivering and they had one driver leave. I understand things happen in life but freaky fast now is turtle slow. Then my gargantuan looked like some through it all on the bread because they were in hurry to fix it. I am so disappointed at this location that I am truly considering buying my sub sandwiches else where. read more

My go-to is the #5 Vito sandwich. Simple Italian sub and a quick bite to go when it's needed. I do the mobile order it's quick and efficient when I'm in a rush. The staff is nice and they greet you when you come in. It was packed during the weekend, I normally don't eat it there and I like mine to go. If you want a quick bite and not to have to wait that long for your order, recommend getting the app and placing your order. read more

I ordered a veggie sandwich and checked it before I left, avocado spread was missing. No biggie. I asked for it on the side and I'll add it later. As I'm wrapping my sandwich up, I overheard the lady telling the sandwich preparer the avocado spread was missing. She then lied and said it was on there, insinuating I was lying. A third female then proceeds to stare at me while nodding yes, saying it was on there. At this point, I am second guessing myself so I check the sandwich again. She said to give her the sandwich and she will show me it's on there. I give her my sandwich and she dismembers it in on the counter front of me, with no avocado spread found. Her only reply was, "sorry, she said she put it on there" and then leaves me to put my sandwich back together. It was no longer about the sandwich but more how I was treated. Definitely one of the quicker JJ's experiences I've had in recent memory.. I was on daddy patrol and didn't have enough hands to make myself dinner.. SOOOO Off to Jimmy John's we went.. Me being the amazing father I am.. I debated leaving her in the car (locked of course) since JJ's is usually speedy.. But I knew my wife would not be pleased if she ever found out. And there are an increasingly growing numbers of weirdo's out there. So I grabbed her car seat and took her in with me. I ordered my normal, 16 no tomato, ez mayo. They swiped my card for whatever the total was. By the time I could shove my CC back in my wallet, bend down pick up the car seat and walk to the end of the counter my sandwich was ready. I had to be in an out in under 2 minutes. Can you get that at... Subway? Taco Bell? Pizza Hut to go? MMmm.. No. The sandwich was pretty good despite a screaming baby who wouldn't go to sleep and let me enjoy it all at once.. It may have taken me 45 minutes to eat it and guzzle my side of Coors Light, but I got it done! read more

As I sit here still waiting for my delivery over two hours after putting the order in, felt this one star review was deserved. I know they harp on things being freaky fast and stuff, but obviously this was far from it. Called in after 30 minutes and was told it would be "30ish minutes." Clearly that was an overly generous estimate. I can't recommend a place that takes over two hours to deliver during what I would say is after typical lunch time (put the order in at 1:21 pm and it's now 3:39 pm with no food). On subsequent calls, didn't seem they were really trying to apologize or make amends. If thinking of getting something "freaky fast," bypass this store and look elsewhere. read more

Staff locked the door by 8:46 on Sunday 8/7/22 when posted hours said closing was at 9:00 - wasted rush over to get a late dinner. Lost a customer - permanently. Loved how they watched me try to open the door as well as the group behind me ... nice touch! read more

It was absolutely horrible service. I had never ordered jimmy john's before and I walked in expecting some kind treatment and help. I walk in to three employees with headphones in and one of the rolling their eyes when I walk in. Already not feeling welcomed. I go to order my veggie sandwich and my cashier never talked to me or replied to when I ordered. I then asked for no cucumber or tomato and still no response. i then asked what all came on it, reminder i've never ordered here before, and they simply pointed up to the menu and said "it's right there". I went ahead and finished my order and sat down. No have a nice day or thank you. I sit over by the pick up area and the person says order number 6 is ready. I was never told I had a number so I was confused. I go up and ask if it was the veggie sandwich and the employee rolled their eyes and said "yes it is on the wrapping paper. I walked away about to cry because I was never treated so badly. They never once talked to each other, all had headphones in, all were constantly on their phones, and genuinely just seemed like they have never been taught customer service and manners at all. Thank you for making this one of the worst food experiences i've had. This was the second time I ordered "delivery" from Jimmy Johns and had to wait over an hour to get my food delivered.

As a rewards member, I had a coupon in my email valid for Saturday and Sunday only stating $5 off a $20 or more purchase. The email did NOT say anywhere that it was to be used online only. The manager would not take the $5 off when my family and I were standing in front of her at the register. It's absurd. We will not be back. With restaurants and families alike struggling financially, you would think they would honor a perfectly valid coupon/offer, particularly when it doesn't state online only. It was also the argumentativeness of this particular manager that will cause me not to order from JJ's again. Hope you feel good about how lousy of a manager you are when it comes to customer service. read more

Love Jimmy John's. The best place to conveniently get a great sub; fresh ingredients and very fast. Freaky fast one might even say! My go-to is #12 the Beach Club. I totally disagree with the reviewer who implies that they skimp on the meat/toppings. These sandwiches are so big and oh-so-filling that you don't need to have a side. But if you do get a side, the chips are AMAZING (love the Salt & Vinegar) and the pickles are deliciously crunchy. For a convenient sub in most parts of Indy, you can either go to Subway or Jimmy John's... and Subway doesn't hold a candle to Jimmy John's, IMHO. Staff at this location are friendly and it's clean; no complaints but I do wish they had more outdoor seating! read more

Best part of these sandwiches? The vehicle it's ingredients are wrapped in gets thumbs up. The loaves at least are baked fresh each day. I'm definitely impressed by the toothiness and flavor. I just can't get past the cost of a platter of 10 sandwiches, mostly bread and lettuce with minimal protein. We had 6 different variations on said platter and they all tasted the same, except for the tuna. By itself it was tasteless. I remember Jimmy Johns' from it's original store in Charleston, Illinois. Big flavor, great prices and enjoyable to eat. Next time we'll just get the bread and make our own. read more

Look. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this place should change their name to Skimpy John's! Seriously! It reminds me of that old catchphrase for Wendy's "Where's the Beef?", well I have a new one for Jimmy John's & it's "Where's the Meat?" Food for thought, they proactively ask if you want to double the meat RME? Now most sub shops after you load it up with toppings you barely can close your sandwich to eat it! You're almost tempted to ask for a spoon on the side to catch what falls off of your sandwich at other places. While, I do agree that they do taste good however, at least make me feel like I'm getting what I pay for. I'm not a big meat eater to begin with, so if I complain about them withholding it, we got a serious problem Houston! All jokes to the side, they need to really step their sub making game up. I went ahead and gave them three stars, because in all actuality, the food is ultimately good. Now here's the funny part I ordered a Pepe combo, which is a ham w/provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo & for my sides I got two choices. Are you ready for the punchline? My two choices where chips or pickles. I felt like Ashton Kutcher was going to come out any time to tell me that I'm being punkd. Since I saw no signs of him, I was hit with the instant reality that he was not joking. My only question is "How you only gone serve two choices for sides?" Shouldn't you give me a pickle & the chips with the combo? That seems like a no brainer if you ask me! If anyone from Jimmy John's is reading this review, would you do me a favor please? This location has consistently slow delivery. Its usually 20+ minutes. But today was 1 hr and 15min. I called after 30 minutes and was told they were really busy but my order would be picked up in a couple minutes. I called back after 60minutes and was told it was out for delivery and the driver was new. I guess I expected more than just excuses. Today I ordered a sandwich and got it delivered to me and the ingredients on the sandwich were wrong. That's totally fine, I understand we're all human. So I called the store and the guy I spoke with told me he would remake my sandwich and deliver it to me. He did just that and he was very, very nice about it but when I looked at the sandwich the ingredients were STILL wrong. At this point I was a little upset because, not only would I have to call a second time, but I was also no longer on my lunch break at work. After my shift, I called the store again and I spoke to the pathetic excuse for a manager in which she interrupted me without me even finishing my first sentence, immediately got an attitude, and told me I was absolutely wrong and she would not replace my sandwich nor would she put me down for in-store credit because she claims she "made the sandwich herself". I get it, everyone makes mistakes but the fact that the manager basically told me to go f*** myself and refused to admit she made the sandwich wrong is absolutely disgusting and she is a prime example of someone who should NEVER be a manager at ANY establishment. read more
