This is one of the worst JIMI JOHNS. I placed a online order it took over 2 hours to get @12:43 and did not receive until 2:50 pm. Crazy part I live 5 mins away. Customer Service is a fucking joke. This place is independently owned. So basically they don't give a fuck when you get your food. Asides from that my sandwich was soggy. I spent over 30.00 plus tip. I was completely shocked. I will never do business at this store again.

Get this almost everyday for lunch! Delivery is usually 15-30 minutes after ordering!

    Caesar wrap, not my preference

I go to this one all the time and everyone is pretty nice! I tried a wrap tho, and wish I stuck w/ my sandwich. Caesar wrap on the salty side.

I have been stopping in here on and off since moving to Indiana. When my fiancée and I are zapped after work or a long day of activities, we usually default to Jimmy John's for some sandwiches. The food is consistent and the customer service, initially, was just adequate. However, the Jimmy John's in Nora just stepped up their customer service game. Recently, I was riding my bike and hastily trying clip my shoe into my pedal. I missed my pedal and took a good chunk of skin off of my ankle. The wound quickly began to bleed and get messy. I decided to step into Jimmy John's on 86th for some help. I initially asked for a napkin and was provided one. I went outside and blotted the cut. I quickly realized that I needed some more napkins. As I went inside to ask for more napkins, an employee named Angelo asked if I wanted some Neosporin and a Band-Aid. I said "Yea." Angelo instructed me to use the bathroom to clean my wound and he would go grab the stuff. I followed Angelo's instructions and returned to the front counter when I was done. A kind employee named Lauren handed me a large bandage (the expensive kind) and some Neosporin! I patched myself up and continued the long bike ride I was itching to do all day. Good customer service goes a long way. Thank you Angelo and Lauren.

The waiter was very helpful with suggestions on the menu and his service was very attentive. It has very large portions. I had steak with side salad and also we had fried mushrooms as well. Those were delicious. I may or may not come back to this location because it is not in my normal area but nothing about the location of food or service would deter me from coming back. We enjoyed our dinner. This restaurant has a good sized dining area and seats at the bar. No One under 21 is allowed. It has an buy Outside area as well, but the weather was not suitable to do so.

Our server was really nice and very helpful as we could not make up our minds (I wish I got her name). We ordered the potato skins and toasted mozzarella as an appetizer. The potato skins were just okay--they seemed a bit overcooked. I heard good things about their steaks, so that's what we went for! I got the filet with a side Caesar salad, and my fiancé ordered the New York strip with rice pilaf and green beans. Both entrees were pretty good! I recommend getting your steak cooked in garlic butter. Overall, a great spot for dinner with friends or a casual date night!

The chicken is the perfect combination of juicy on the inside yet crispy on the outside. The sando comes with yummy coleslaw on a fluffy, buttery delicious bun that's super fresh. They also have sides like Chicken Etouffee Creole which is a stew made with a light brown roux, herbs spices and chicken. Served with rice. Instant Classic. It's a super fun environment with a stage and a drum set. They have plenty of drink specials and entertaining events. Both times I've been here the bartenders have been great. Not your average chicken sandwich atmosphere. Will be back!

On my first visit, I had the tender meal (Medium+ spice) with the fries. The tenders were seasoned well, spicy as expected, and were larger than what I remember. I was full after eating two of them. The fries were fresh and hot and were also seasoned well - pair them with ranch and *chef's kiss*. The next day, I had the same meal to-go, but had greens instead of fries. Hands down....the best greens I've had in Indianapolis. These are the greens you want at Thanksgiving! The spice level was great, it had flavor, and I finished my cup wanting more of it! A wonderful surprise for sure. Customer Service: Based on the fraternity event, customer service was pushed to the limit. The staff remained polite and stayed busy. They did their best to find customers that had ordered food while navigating the crowd. Very professional and flexible. They are appreciated for their multitasking and hard work! Ambiance: The ambiance from the graffiti wall to the party light vibes on the inside is top tier. Outside of being s great restaurant, this was a welcoming party place with the food and drinks to match. They have a patio area for smoking and the party filled up the inside and easily spread outside to the patio. This place was perfect for the fraternity event and I can guarantee the vibes would be right for a sports watching night with the fellas, or just wanting a good lunch. And shoutout to the DJ that kept the music going all night. Highly recommend!!

Judging from early reviews, it would appear this latest location for the Potbelly Sandwich Shop is…read moredefinitely having some growing pains. I would have to agree. Potbelly Sandwich Shop essentially started as one shop in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago in 1977. It ran that way until 1996 when Potbelly regular Bryant Keil bought the shop from Peter Hastings and grew it to over 250 locations in the next 12 years. I've tried Potbelly a couple of times when I've been on Tenderness Tour events. I've also been to the downtown Indy spot on Monument Circle. While I can't say it's ever completely blown me away, I'd consider myself a fan. This spot opened up recently next to Whole Foods. If you know this location, you know that Kite has been really working to make this entire shopping center more of a premium location. Potbelly is well-decorated with nearby accessible parking and terrific curb cuts. The interior is a bit confusing - as you enter, you have a row of wooden booths to the right, a table in the middle, and I believe another table at the end of the booths. There's also a high-top table by the window. While there's no signage indicating as much, you go toward the back to order (once you get back there, you will see a sign that says "order here."). There's menu signage and a small cubby hole with print menus (thanks to the customer who pointed this out). The menu consists primarily of sandwiches - three different sizes including a "skinny," original, and a larger size. There are some skinny combos you can get for $7.99 that include chips and a drink. You can upsize the drink for $.30. I kept it simple with a roast beef and provolone sandwich in the original size. I went with chips and a drink. I upsized the drink. I paid $14.81 - which, I'll admit, seems excessive considering I added no toppings. The folks taking the order were fine. The order was accurate. The real winner here was the young woman working the cash register as she was very friendly and helpful with the table. She's a definite plus. Overall, this was fine. Great? No. Bad? No. It was definitely overpriced and nothing really screamed out "I can't wait to go back." That said, I'd certainly stop in if I was in the area. The food was decent enough. The Grippo's chips are a nice touch. There are also some dessert options, though of a simple variety, though given I spent nearly $15 on the meal I wasn't even thinking about that. In short, this was pretty much the definition of a 3-star experience. This feels like a work in progress. I'll likely give it another try in the future and see if the bugs are worked out.
