I am extremely disappointed with the service at this establishment. Today, I placed a delivery order at 1:00 PM, and it arrived a full hour later -- despite the fact that I work in the building next door. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect. When I called to check on my order, the employee who answered was rude. He told me my food had not been delivered yet and then hung up before I could ask the rest of my questions. I was trying to update my delivery instructions, but I wasn't even given the chance. This unfortunately isn't a one-time issue. On a previous visit, I ordered in person and was double charged. When I brought it to their attention, I was told I would receive a refund within ten business days. That refund never came. When I later returned to follow up, instead of refunding my money, they offered me a coupon for free food. However, when I tried to use that coupon, it was not honored. At that point, I requested my actual refund and was told they aren't able to do that- I call BS on that. I have experienced an issue every single time I either visit this store or order online. The late order when the company promises speedy service, incorrect food, billing errors, and unfulfilled promises have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I am completely unhappy with the service and have deleted the app off my phone. read more

I ordered for a church function, $150. The order was 45 minutes late, the sandwiches weren't labeled and the order had incorrect sandwiches. Two sandwiches had no meat, although we had not ordered any meatless sandwiches. The manager was "apologetic" but said there was nothing she could do. This is my first time ordering from Jimmy John's. For years I assumed they wouldn't be able to measure up to big bad established Subway. Today, discovering that the Subway menu had changed since my last visit, I decided to give Jimmy John's a try. Except for the fact that they forgot to cut the sandwich in half, I am hugely impressed and JJ will be my go-to for delivery deli sandwiches. Delicious sandwich, very fast service, friendly delivery person brought it straight to my apartment door.... I'm really really happy to find a food delivery source that makes me this happy. read more

absolutely terrible. i ordered a dr pepper, a root beer, a turkey tom with no tomatoes, a turkey tom with no tomatoes or mayo, and potato chips. thats has to be the most basic order ever. this place cant do their freaking job since they gave me 1 kids size turkey tom and 1 full size turkey tom - both with no tomatoes or mayo. My dr pepper was absolutely disgusting just sparkling water that was colored light brown and barley any ice. tasted awful like it had been sitting out for a while. the only good thing about this order is the refund i will be getting in a few days and the chips. i will never be going back here again. i would rather pay more for jersey mikes. read more

Where do I begin...my friends are I were starving and just ordered 3 sandwiches in the drive thru. It took FOREVER and we just got home to eat our delicious sandwiches (so we thought) only to find that NONE of our orders were correct. I ordered a Cubano and got a sad turkey and cheese sandwich that was soggy. My friend ordered an unwich and she had a gluten allergy and got a regular sandwich with none of the correct toppings. The turkey pesto club is a limited time sandwich but is DELICIOUS!! It has sun dried tomatoes and bacon. Terribly good! They have a handy app and I can order ahead. It's always been there waiting on me when I show up. I like their reward system. You can get free sides and or sandwiches. Delicious! read more

WORST JJ EVER! They never can never complete an order correctly. Without fail everytime I go in or get delivery I receive my sandwich incorrectly. Specifically I get the #5 and direct them to keep the bread in because they rip it out otherwise. However they always do it anyway even when directed not to. And when I complain (which is everytime because I payed for it and I'm gonna get what I ordered) they seem like it's the biggest inconvenience ever. I know it's not that hard to read a ticket. I love this Jimmy Johns! It is also so busy when I go and when I order from here but they are always so kind and respectful. They have only messed up my order once, and I get JJs like twice a week, and they had a new sandwich to me within 5 minutes. All delivery and in store workers I have inter acted with are amazing and these men and women truly deserve the upmost respect. I don't have enough nice things to say about this place. They may be "freaky fast" sometimes, but they are FREAKING WRONG most of the time. They continuously get my online orders incorrect...I spend my money on items (bacon, chips...) but don't receive them. I've contacted the store, but unfortunately they don't reply back. Go to Planet Sub or GoodSense for nearby sub sandwiches with better customer focus and problem resolution. read more

I order carryout pretty often at this location, so I'm usually just popping in and out really fast to grab my stuff. It's always made so well, and the people working here are very nice the couple of times I've talked to them. I'm quite an anxious person, so being able to order online and quickly grab my stuff works well for me, and I appreciate the people working here so much for always being fast and sweet. I used to love Jimmy Johns. It's freaky fast and pretty well priced! But this last time I ordered it felt like every other bite I took of the sandwich had a new strand of hair in it. Bad Experience and Poor Customer service... When ordering a Sandwich the main ingredient is typically meat. Guess they forgot that step...I have made sandwiches before so I know this is not a lost "art form". Anyway, my wife was the one that said to me what was missing. Understanding that fixing an issue is key into great customer service, I reached out to the store and asked they deliver a new one. When I got in contact with the store, I was told I was too far away for delivery (4 miles) and that they would replace it if I were to come back to the shop...Really...You want me to drive back to the store so you can fix your mistake? Really? (I'm thinking...do whats right and just deliver the sandwich). Since I really could not get anything then "corporate" answers to why they could not deliver a sandwich 4 miles away, I said..Okay...I'll drive back but I would like a $20 gift card for the extra hassle (Seems fair in my opinion) The guy I was speaking with put me on hold so he could ask his "general manager". I was put on hold for a while and then when he picked up the phone said that he spoke with his manager and basically reiterated what he had told me prior. He said I would need to come in between 6am and 3pm but not to come in between lunch hours because it is busy then and talk with the GM as he had "authority" to approve this. Bottom line folks is that I would encourage you to visit another JJ or the new Potbelly's next door for your next sandwich fix because if something goes wrong at this place, good luck trying to resolve it. read more
