Easily accessible location on Charlestown Road across from Meijer's grocery store. Plenty of parking and the inside dining is plentiful and comfortable. We typically place our delivery orders from here and have never been disappointed. I keep my "usual" order as a favorite on the app and typically able to have a sandwich in my hands lightning fast. Really bad sandwiches, apparently they ran out of avocado spread, but didn't tell me so they charged me anyway and then didn't put any on the sandwiches so they were extremely dry and terrible. The bread was also over baked and dry. Just make sure you have plenty to drink if you go here, they are pretty fast, I guess they have that. You should try legacy bakery in New Albany if you want a really good sandwich, definitely skip this place. read more

I am flabbergasted by how hard it was to make three sandwiches and label them correctly. Really. The order was red back to me properly before I went to the window to pay. The person was nice. The sandwiches were great and the service was quick as usual! Unfortunately, my car battery died while I was there but the workers were very accommodating to our situation. They checked in with us and asked if we wanted a drink while we waiting on the tow truck and we said we were okay, but as we were finally leaving a girl came out with chips and brownies for us. This used to be a great Jimmy John's. We went there a couple times a week. Now it takes at least 20 minutes to get your food. They are more worried about stacking up mobile orders that arent being picked up than making sandwiches for the people standing in the restaurant. Then they had a drive-through where I sat in line for 10 minutes and they never took my order even though no one was inside the restaurant. Not "freaky fast" like their slogan claims. More like freaky slow and disorganized. They call out orders at a barely audible whisper and wonder why people don't claim their orders. They don't give you a receipt until after you've sat waiting a half hour for your cold cut sandwich. They don't even have to cook anything. I thought Penn Station was slow, but at least they're cooking meat and toasting sandwiches while frying potatoes. If they would warn you that it was going to take over a half hour to get simple cold cut sandwiches before you order, at least you could make a conscious choice. It took over an hour to get my food. I understand being busy but I just payed for a soggy sandwich. When I called to ask about the order while waiting, nothing was offered to remedy a situation that obviously wasn't good service. If delivering 6 orders is gonna take that long then maybe you should deliver less at a time. Quality should mean something. read more

We love Jimmy Johns subs but this store had horrible service today. The young lady who waited on us had to be told to come help us. She walked up to the counter and didn't ask " May I help you?" "What do you want?" Nothing. She just stood there. So we ordered and she just walked way after ringing it up. No total. Nothing. We put our card in and have a seat by the counter. When the subs were made she left them on the counter and never said a word. We just happened to look over and see them sitting there. When we left we didn't get a "Thanks" or "Have a nice day". It wasn't just us either, she was doing that to other people too. The only people she would talk to was the employees. Just weird and bad service. And my sandwich wasn't made with the additional toppings I asked for. That's ok. Bad service is not. read more

I eat lunch here about 2 days a week. Everyone of the employees are so nice and friendly and never once has messed up my order. "Delivery zones" should be expanded! You have to be like 100ft from the door for them to deliver to you so they keep their freaky fast name... Ridiculous. My neighbors get delivered to but not me lol. If I have to get out subway is right across the street. It's cheaper and easier anyways. read more

The food at Jimmy Johns is usually pretty good.The problem I had is that they delivered to my house only when they felt like it.
