This is my husband's new favorite place. I went to get him lunch today and was impressed. Half the staff greeted me as I walked in. I was quickly helped and the sandwiches were delicious as always. What stood out was that one of the staff members offered to help me out since I had my infant with me and would struggle getting to the car. She said she had kids of her own so she's been in my position. She took my food and drinks to the car and told me to have a good day. Thank you for your help!! This is my favorite place to get a sandwich! I would always get french but I got to try the wheat and it tasted just as well if not better! The staff is friendly and always greets me when I walk in :) The owner is so nice and encourages everyone to try new options. I visited this Jimmy John's recently and was sorely disappointed. I've been to several JJ's in the past both in California and in Nevada, and they've all tasted the same. This one on the other hand, tasted different. The bread was very bland unlike other locations that have buns that have a very nice flavor when you bite into them; the ingredients didn't taste as fresh as they do at other locations; the kickin' ranch dressing wasn't creamy (it tasted like water was added to it); and the drinking water was disgusting..ugh! Additionally, when I parked in the first space closest to the restaurant I was greeted by a drain spewing out sewage that was piling up on the ground. My husband and I were leaving Winco tonight and noticed that radio shack was gone and that a new place named Jimmy Johns was now located there. We drove by to see what type of food they have because we are always looking for new places to eat. As we creeped by the window one of the employees who was mopping gave me the biggest smile and a thumbs up. Place was meh okay. The French roll and chips were the best thing about this. For claiming this sandwich was an 8in roll it was very small my mother and I usually split the same size sandwich at Main st. deli and it's way bigger and satisfying with double the meat and cheese for the exact same price. Too much lettuce and we got freebies you can add to it and they forgot the Dijon mustard and cucumbers we asked for lite mayo and got lots of mayo. I disagree with others, way better tasting subs here compared to subway or jersey mike's. Jersey mike's subs drench their subs in dressing. The bread here is soooo good, and so different from what I'm used to. My favorite is the Vito and this place has friendly folks too. Not a big fan and they seem pricey for just a sandwich. I don't see what is so special about this place

So today is January 13 , I'm currently here now. I've come to this location a good amount of times and every time I get great service. First time I came the cashier asked if I've been here before? I probably looked indecisive. She recommended the #12 . I've been getting it ever since but add alfalfa sprouts . My only beef is that the lids and straws are at a pretty high reach. I mean I'm tall enough to grab them but what if someone who is handicapped or even shorter than I (5'2) walk in here and can't reach a straw. But usually I see one of the workers there who is pretty tall. So I'm sure he could help . All staff is pretty helpful here . Not to mention they make my sandwich very quickly and it's always amazing. I always say I'm going to eat half but end up eating the whole thing lol It's also pleasant to see these great inspirational quotes on the wall . oh yea and btw a song just played that sounded like it was on Mario cart. I absolutely love this place and I will for sure come back! It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My food tasted amazing, especially the whole grain bread which was fresh out of the oven. I also liked that offered an UNwiched style with their sandwiches, it's basically like having a lettuce wrap. Another thing that is great about JJ's is that they deliver, even if you order one sandwich! Most places make you order multiple items and you have to hit a certain minimum of $25 - NOT this place. They were extremely fast at making my sandwich especially for only being open for a week. I honestly can't think of another food chain that is as fast and has fresh quality food. Compared to their competitors in the area I think they're better or well on their way...Subway is cheaper however you get what you pay for (their food is gross). Jersey Mikes sandwiches are good however, I end up spending my whole lunch break waiting for my food (not speedy and their parking lot is small and crowded). Jimmy John's in Norco gets 10 stars in my book! I was having a business lunch and we had planned to order sandwiches online. Long story short day of, my audience doubled in size. I placed a 21 person catering box lunch order online at 9:40am and called at 10:45am to see if they had any issue delivering at noon as requested. The friendliest girl answered the phone and said no issue we're making them now and will be there before noon. I called to add a sandwich for someone extra and the friendly gentleman said - no worries, we'll get it to you with the other order. At 11:45 another nice gentleman called that he was there already. He helped me carry the food into my office. When I said you guys are amazing - he said it's what we do... we specialize in last minute. I can't tell you how much your employee's "can do" attitude made our event a true success. The order was also perfect and the food tasted delicious and was a great value for what we paid to feed all those people. Thanks Jimmy John's for having a great staff and for empowering them to deliver for your customers. I always try to plan everything early to the "T" but I'm glad you'll be there for me in case I have unexpected guests in the future. I got the #16 club lulu sandwich (turkey and bacon) and it was pretty bland. The salt and vinegar chips were good but doesn't make up for the sandwich at all. We have been looking for an exciting new sandwich shop in our area and thought this one had promise but unfortunately Jimmy John's didn't deliver. The quality of ingredients is there but the meat is pretty skimpy. We ordered online and they still got the order wrong (even though I saw 3 staff and one customer in the shop upon arrival) and apparently switching to wheat bread meant a much smaller sandwich. The "8 inch" sub they boast was instead made of thick square sandwich bread and was just a 5.5 inch sandwich. Yeah, we busted out a ruler cause sometimes size really does matter. The meat didn't even cover the entirety of the bread on the Vito sandwiches we ordered. The meat was so sparse and thinly sliced that the dominant flavor is the bread, which apparently is an up-charge. So basically we got less food for more $$. Always a good business principle. My husband and I are thin people and are generally satisfied with a 6 inch sub from that other main sandwich chain with the pedofile spokesman but as we sit now having just finished our sandwiches we can still hear our stomachs growling a bit. The sandwich was a tasty snack no doubt but at $14.98 total for two sandwiches I feel our lunch money was kinda wasted. read more
