It's 2 PM on a Saturday, there's no one in the restaurant. I order a club sandwich for $8.50 with yellow mustard. And in my humble opinion, I should not have to put my own mustard on my sandwich. Last time I went to there at 6pm they informed me that they ran out of bread after I paid and asked me if I wanted a wrap instead. This time I order online at 6:30, pay the $6 for delivery and $3 tip and they call me telling me they don't have any delivery drivers tonight. She asked me if I would just like to come and pick it up instead. I said sure but what about the $9 I just spent to have it delivered? This is by far, the worst Jimmy Johns location that we have ever been to. We have never waited that long for a sandwich from any Jimmy Johns that we have gone to in the past. Usually, we place an order and by the time we walk to the other side, they are ready. This was not the case! There were only 3 of us in our party for lunch. They were not busy, only two other people placing their orders. The sub roll was hard as a rock on two out of the three that we ordered. When did they start not cutting their subs in half? Staff was unfriendly. We weren't even acknowledged after entering and waiting a few minutes to place our order. Only a few tables available inside due to Covid 19 regulations, and the few that we were able to sit at were all dirty. I had to ask the staff if I could have something to clean our table with. I will not go to this location on a Sunday ever again. My bread was burnt on one end of my sandwich so I called and they made me a new one. Well after getting all the way home again the bottom of the new sandwich was rock hard and the inside was super doughy. This place is just okay. I don't feel like it at all compares to jersey mikes.. there just isn't a lot of flavor in their sandwiches. Also I noticed that whatever you get in the sandwich is not spread out evenly. What I mean by that is you get lettuce, tomato, pickles (whatever you order on your Sandwich) on one side of the sandwich and then ALL the meat and cheese on the other side of the sandwich. The service was good that's why I give it two stars. I really like being able to see all the ingredients when someone is making your sandwich that way you can see what you want in it. Service on a saturday should be so much better! Order taker Jessica did not understand after being told 3x that mayo only meant no lettuce or anything else on the sandwich except the meat & mayo. The order was to go, was not places in a bag, but thrown up on the counter near the bags. I noticed no napkins on the tables so when I asked for napkins as I held two sandwiches and two bags of chips in my hands she pointed over to the counter (the napkins were hiding behind the ledge where the bags are) so, I grabbed a few and left.
