Super grateful for an amazing meal that I got free for earning point and being a loyal customer. My sandwich was amazing. The staff was amazing. I was super impressed with their new strawberry lemonade. If you have not had it yet I highly recommend you check it out. The ingredients are always so fresh. The Restraunt is always so clean. Maybe someday they will need a remodel however I right now the store is always busy and there is a reason why. They provide fresh sandwiches made with fresh raw ingredients. I will keep coming back when I can afford it. Their regular sandwiches could easily be two meals if you're trying to be conservative. Leave a positive digital foot print and collect your favorite memories. But if you're here to complain let the mayo that comes on the side be a lesson. Read that label again. What's that say? Third time I wait in line at this store in Payson only to learn that they are out of tuna. Very frustrating when I have a long drive ahead with no time to waste. These people need to learn to manage their food inventory better because they have really poor service when this happens. read more

I order a ultimate Italian hot sandwich and I said no onions add hot peppers and instant of chips a pickle and I didn't get the hot peppers or the pickle and paid $13.25 the only thing the remember was no onions normally I have a wonderful time and visit with the employees and staff and I give them the same when they see me at work on their lunch break but this visit at jimmy johns was very not well put together they need to work on double check orders and tearing back the order to the customer. read more

My first time here and I was impressed! I loved my sandwich and it was packed with meat. I was able to add bacon, wish it was a little more crispy but I like mine extra crispy. I got the #9 and to add bacon was $2.59 a little pricey but no worries! I got the Kickin ranch and it was delicious. I was able to dip my sandwich in and I enjoyed every bite even more. I wish you can choose a different bread per sandwich but the white bread was still yummy. It was a huge sandwich and I saved half for later. The oatmeal cookie literally tasted homemade and I loved the simply lemonade. Very light and fresh, old school. Bathrooms were clean and the workers were awesome. Wow. Just tried to eat here and after being ignored at the counter by 3 young adults fir about 10 minutes, I asked if someone was going to take our order. The young man near the register told us they were understaffed and had too many online orders so it would be a really long time before they helped us. The worst excuse for a jimmy johns. This location has given the company such a bad name and should be shut down. It is hardly ever open, a few days a week from 11-3 and close bathrooms at 2. They never have the correct meat to make the sandwiches you want. I'm unsure how fresh their ingredients even are. Today was the second time I've called in a large order for my office, and the team in Payson did not disappoint. Justin took my call and later called me back to let me know there would be a change on the bread type due to running out of the Little John loafs. This is what I call proactive! When I got there, Desiree, Deacon and Will were working hard on my order and there was an atmosphere of camaraderie. Desiree offered me a drink while I was waiting.
