Nasty fries, cooked in dirty oil, could not eat, half of their sodas were out. They were so slow, it took ten minutes to get a single combo meal. On Sunday May 11th, I ordered mobile pickup through the app, pulled into the drive thru to get my order, and was told I had to go inside to get my order, they do not do any mobile orders through the drive thru. I then asked will you bring it the the marked mobile pickup spots? NOPE! Those are just so you can park and walk in. They were totally rude about too. When I went inside to pick up my order I asked the meth head at the register to talk to the manager, and was told no, this is how they do it in Payson. The ironic thing is that I was sick and did not want to spread it throughout their store, but there bad attitudes probably caused them to have a few people out sick with the flu. read more

My family visited restaurant #00011890 and had fantastic service. Ignacio was the individual who took our order. He provided us with items that were a little bit out of the ordinary - a salad during the morning menu, two eggs, etc. He was so very helpful. There was also a woman (possibly a supervisor?) who was equally pleasant and helpful. They were outstanding and pleasantly interacted with my grandchildren. I love your staff! The people were friendly enough in the drive thru, we ordered a small frosty and got a jr frosty for free because we had the coupon. Only paid 1.10 so not a big deal but when I tasted mine it tasted like dirt, I asked my daughter what she thought of hers and said hers tasted like mold. Ugh! The tender, grilled chicken chunks provided protein without feeling heavy. My sons took advantage of the 4 for $4 deal. Just had the pretzel baconator. It was given to me within 2 minutes of my ordering it. Cost with tax exceeded $11. The burger was dry and obviously had been cooked prior to my ordering it. $11 for this hamburger is ridiculous. The bacon is so thin it is nearly transparent. Nothing is worse when you want a good juicy burger and it comes out dry and has been under the lights for a period of time. Guaranteed this is my last burger from Wendy's!! I don't know if this was just a bad time for me or whether this is normal but for $11, I'll go to a restaurant and sit down to a much better lunch. Holy cow!!! I came on their soft opening and was jaw dropping shocked at how amazing the food and staff was here. It usually takes a couple months for a restaurant to get it right but their friendly team was on the ball from the get go. I ordered an off the menu item and they were nice enough to accommodate despite how ridiculous it was. Cooked perfectly to perfection and not a detail spared despite how fast it was. I am a certified fatty so please don't judge the pic lol. Another thing I liked was how beautiful the building was!! The owners here obviously take pride in what they do and it shows from the top down. This place will definitely be a sure go to from now on whenever anyone is in Payson!!! read more

Do not go through the drive thru; the staff rarely gets the order right and they don't care. It's a sad state of affairs when fast food for two costs almost $40 and have to throw away most of meal. Tonight, ordered a classic chicken sandwich with cheese. received spicy (super) chicken sandwich with no cheese. We want through the drive through on a Thursday night at about 10 to 6pm. Ordered, the order was correct on the screen. Got the order and went home. No receipt was given, I ordered a Daves double No mayonnaise add ketchup and mustard. When I opened the wrapper what I got was a single slopped full of mayonnaise a few scrawny pcs. of lettuce one small scrap of tomato and it was smashed down so a total mess, this looked like it was intentionally done. The fry's were horrid greasy and limp ( so much for they're advertised great fry's ) My wife ordered a taco salad which was a train wreak as well. I called the store to let them know and was hung up on. I've often eaten at Wendy's in the valley and have always been please with my meal. Having managed a fast food store again this appeared to be intentional. This manager has some tuning up to do. AVOID THIS PLACE having been living here for the past 8 months it was the first and last visit to this store there are better places in town to eat. read more

I don't know what happened to this Wendy's it used to be good, great fast service. We went recently mid afternoon. It took about ten minutes to get to the order kiosk and place our order. A very simple order 1 Dave's single no pickles, 1 Dave's single no onions, & a small coke. Another five minutes or so to get to the window. We then waited ten+ minutes for our food. Which was incorrect. I went inside, thankfully we had decided to eat in the parking lot instead of driving home. I handed the employee our food, told her we had waited then minutes for it and that it was not correct. I asked for my money back. I was told I had to speak to the manager. I repeated about waiting, incorrect order and wanting my money back. She told the cook to make two singles never asking how we wanted them. I once again told her I wanted my money back, and she ignored me. I then raised my voice and told her I wanted my money not burgers. She then got my refund which she threw at me! read more

Worst service in Payson! After a long travel we decide to stop at the new Wendy's because they were not busy. The bathrooms were filthy and then once we stood at the counter to order the employees just ignored us.
