Horrible place. Don't recommend. Piss poor employee service, older man in a red shirt, who wouldn't help me, be flexible with my order, or allow me to customize at all. Plus, the bread didn't look proofed at all; it was super thin and reminded me of breadsticks. I wanted to order a turkey sandwich but get the meat heated up separately. I am pregnant, cannot eat cold deli meat, and don't like toasted subs (which I explained). Guy at the register, I'm assuming is the manager cause he had a red shirt on, told me I can't get it toasted cause it's a "cold sub", that I needed to get something from the speciality hot sections & can customize. I explained that I don't want it toasted, just the meat heated separately. He repeated himself again without further explanation. So I decided on the turkey with avocado, no avocado, with meat toasted separately. He has the audacity to ask me "what, no avocado for the baby?". I told him no cause it's not fresh, which he agreed, then said they can't toast the meat separately cause it will burn. That doesn't make sense at all cause I've done it at other places with no problem. I was confused and he got an attitude with me because I didn't understand. Finally, I said fine, just add salt & pepper. He responded, while smiling, "we don't have salt and pepper. We only had oregano & parm". I've never had to bite my tongue so hard to not get an attitude with someone. And the guy had the nerve to say all of this with a smile on his face. If you want a good sub that's worth the price and where bread that doesn't look like Olive Garden bread sticks, go to the pizza place on the other side of the plaza! read more

This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in a while! I ordered my #9 with no onions, then my husband ordered the same with no tomatoes. Got into the car, opened my sandwich...loaded with onions. Went back in with my receipt, told them what I asked for and he was telling me what my husband ordered, which had nothing to do with mine. He made a new sandwich, while shaking his head, handed me the new one, threw away my receipt. Yuck! The "roast beef sandwich" was so small and flat that I would be embarrassed to charge money for it. There was one skinny piece of "beef" on it which was dark brown and too salty. The slices of tomato were so thin I could see through them... and there might have been lettuce... Salt was the only taste. No thank you. read more

I'm one to RARELY write a bad review, but please get rid of the AWFUL staff member in the front. The guy at the front counter (working the phone and cash register 5:30 on 12/3/18). He is extremely rude and condesending. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Another employee had to come out and help me because the guy at the cash register was so nasty and unhelpful and talking to me as if I was an idiot. No wonder this location didn't get good reviews. How sad. If you don't like your job...then quit. Absolutely no reason to take it out on a customer who was nothing but respectful and just needed simple assistance paying with Apple Pay. So upset and embarrassed by the unprofessional staff at the restaurant. Put our entire order in and the the staff refused to take American currency. According to federal law any company doing business in the United States is required to accept US currency. The staff would not even make a concession on our food. Unfortunately I had to endure what every man despises. My girl came home upset and angry with a customer service issue at one of our regular spots, Jimmy John's. One of the cashier guys was extremely rude and condescending. My first reaction was to drive over and give him a good old fashion lesson on not only customer service but on respecting women. But, now that I'm a little older and wiser I just chose to take my business elsewhere. We just tried out Jon Smith's subs right across the street and it was great! Lee the owner was very helpful and nice. We would highly recommend giving them a shot, and the Cuban was really good! read more

Probably the most mediocre fast food place in the area. The staff are incredibly rude and blunt about things. They assume you have ordered there before and that you know about their ridiculous order process. First, you order at the counter. The staff doesn't ask any follow up questions such-as "would you like to add/remove toppings?" I'm used to doing the topping selection as the sandwich is made so it would have been nice to have some leading questions. Second, they do not take your name or number nor do they give you a receipt after you pay. Instead you are directed to the end of the counter where you pick-up your sandwich without any proof that you actually paid for said sandwich. The pickup counter is extremely small and during a busy lunch hour it can be confusing when they are calling you by the sandwich that you ordered. Now, let's talk about the sandwich quality -- it's OK. Not bad. Not great. I think Publix subs are better & have a better variety. The only thing I have noticed that JJ has over Publix is the speed of making a sandwich (when there are 4 people preparing 1 sandwich it better be fast). Finally -- onto their delivery radius. I saw some delivery vehicles and signs saying they offer delivery so being I live 2.4 miles away I asked what their radius was. I was met with a snarky attitude stating that the radius is 5 minutes. Not miles, minutes. You would think their drivers are delivering on bicycles and not vehicles. I have no problem paying for delivery as it is a convenience but this place needs to step it up or I doubt they will exist much longer. read more

Eat here often, food is great and is very fresh. We have ordered single subs and large orders for parties and have not had any issues. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Turkey sub is my favorite so far, I would recommend this place. read more

This is the 5th time we used Jimmy John's. Each time getting the food was never an issue. The counter staff is fast, efficient and pleasant. If I judged them on their pleasantness they would get a 5! The issue is the food. Last time I ordered a simple turkey grinder. Their might have be 1 oz of meat on it. This time there was 3/4 of an oz I bet. If you pay 6.29 for these puny little sandwiches it is best to go elsewhere. The good news is there are many other sandwich shops around Jimmy Johns. A new Jon Smiths sub shop opened across the street. I suggest heading to a spot where you get some value too. We are giving this place a long break. I hope they get there act together. read more

Worst place ever. Won't be going back. Ordered online for delivery, fair enough. I Waited an Hour, finally figured I'd call thinking maybe their busy despite their "super fast" delivery. Only for the person on the line to tell me THEY DON'T DELIVER IN MY AREA. Would've been really nice if they had called and let me know that they don't deliver in my area anymore (Torino parkway) !! Recently in and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Super friendly Especially the woman at the front counter. I witnessed her dealing with an unruly customer and handled it efficiently and happily. First Impressions are important, and my first impression of this store isn't good. You could tell as soon as you walk in that the people behind the counter don't want to be there. There was a young tall guy who was very "short" with us...what I call 'nice-nasty' that I normally see when I go to the post office, or Walmart. I work in retail and not acknowledging customers when they enter and keeping your head down to continue your texting in front of me is very unprofessional. I definitely could've been much more forgiving but the sandwich sucked as bad as the service! I never thought of getting a sandwich at JJ before but it was closer than Subways. Always order when in the area. Delivery arrives in about 7 1/2 minutes from the minute you hang the phone up..... Pretty impressive. I frequently order the #10 beach club, there mystery meat is by far better than subway that's for sure. Having always used Boar's Head deli meat this is mediocre at best. Anything Turkey is what I would recommend, stay away the Roast Beef. Oh and bring extra napkins, only one per sandwich is the rule! read more

The bread was stale and hard, but the sand which wasnt bad. It wasn't good either. However there were about 9 employees, only 2 or 3 of which were working. Every time I looked back I saw about 3-5 employees just staring blatantly at me. Very rude and wouldn't let me eat in peace. read more

it was my first and last visit ti a Jimmy Johns. I went to the Pt St Lucie store I ordered a turkry and bacon sub. they asked if I would like cheese I said sure. They didn't tell me it was a .79 up charge . I usually go to Publix for a sub on sunday before I go to work. Jimmy Johns was good but not worth the price and not as good as a sub from Publix, I'm just upset because JimmynJohns offered me cheese like it's included and charged me for it. the menu doesn't show extra charge for cheese. SO Publix I will be back, I learned my lesson, Don't trust JimmyJohns when they offer you something Glad they didn't offer me a napkin probally would of cost a dollar. read more

Went there the other day got a BLT sub which is 4.99. There was literally 3 pieces of bacon on the bread. The bottom of the bread was hard. I went up to the counter to tell them the bottom of the bread was hard and was told all their bread is hard at the bottom from the pan they bake it in. The man did say i can make u another sandwich if u want. I said well if all the bread is hard why would i want another one? He walked away and left me standing there with the hard bread sub. I sat down next to my husband and said this is ridculous. One of the ladies that works there said well we will make u another sub. I said why if all your bread is hard? She just shook her head. I said i really want my money back she just shook her head again. I said fine i know many people and will just let them know not to eat here. So, I tell you DO NOT EAT THERE!!!
