I bought a bottle of water and wanted a large cup for ice, the girl at the register said that they don't give large cups out and she would have to give me a water cup and if I wanted the large cup I would have to pay for it. I said thats fine, charge me. The girl next to her told her don't charge me for it because I bought a bottle of water and wanted a cup of ice to pour it over. She goes back and forth with her about charging me for a cup. She sat the large cup down and rang me up for the bottle of water. After the payment went through she took the large cup back and sat down the water cup and said I wasn't charge for that so she couldn't give it to me. I did not have a problem paying for the large cup. If she didn't feel comfortable doing it like her co worker said then she should have just charged me for the cup, but she cashed me out. Now I don't want to swipe my card for just the cup. All of that for a bottle of water I don't like(Aquafina). I ended up going next door to get a large cup of ice to pour my water over. With that being said I won't be coming to this Jersey Mike's again. I may never go to another Jersey Mike's ever because of this experience. read more

Italian sub was very disappointing. Their bread was chewy. They did the sub was with the wrong requested sub bread. This was not found out until we came to put meeting. The white bread on the sub used was Awful, you had to pull the off the sub bread with your teeth to chew it. Maybe this was a bad day, hopefully the service and getting the order right will be better. For the price you pay for that type of stuff things should be fresh. I have went to many other Jersey Mike subs stores and I've been thoroughly satisfied with their service and their food. The staff had to know that that bread, not the best bread that should be served. They w How does the submarine shop on one of th it doesn't make a difference you talk to your friends, I will not return to your store. We were out and about when the urge hit! I went for the Italian origiginal in a salad form. Mike knew what he was doing when he put this together. Delicious! Hubby simply had a medium sub of Tuna and lettuce. He was very happy! The business was very busy the line almost reaching the door. Everyone behind the counter was smiling and laughing and making sure that each customer got what they wanted. Everyone was too busy eating or gathering their food to be homebound. Consistently good. This particular location stands out over others. The staff is well trained and everyone is always cheerful and it never feels forced or fake. I never had an order messed up and they always do a nice job. One recent visit, as I was paying, one of the co-workers of the cashier noticed the cup I was being given didn't look clean, so she took it and gave me the next bigger size, without saying anything to me, but discretely telling her co-worker for check for those little things. The staff was friendly. Handled my order quickly. My issue is that they got my order wrong. For a ~$30, I want to be able to eat my food. I had a giant # 7 spicy Italian that came out awesome. The jalapeño ranch wrap with no mayo, however, is another story. Instead of no mayo, I got a disgusting amount of mayo and no tomato. I didn't realize until I got home, and by then it was too late. For an order so simple, I don't know how it came out so wrong. Sadly, it will be my first and only time I'll be eating here. read more

The food was great, it's jersey Mike's... It's what I expect. What stands about this location are it's employees, on my last visit I couldn't get the app to work so I went inside to get my grandmother's slightly complicated order. I was greeting by Brittany, Emily, and Trish, who were more than friendly and made the experience worth coming in! We even discussed Halloween costumes ideas, very amusing. Decided to give this place another try after a few ho hum experiences. The moment I walked in I was informed they were out of bread . What ???? A sub shop that's out of bread ??? I noticed a few 1/2 sub rolls and asked if I could have those . The sub maker said yes . Confused , I asked for a steak hoagy . After spending over $ 16 for 2 SMALL steak hoagies I was curious to see what was in the wrappers when I arrived home . Totally disappointed!!! On a scale from 1-10 I'd give them a 4 . Not worth the money .. bread ( which I was told they were out of ) was totally blah .. skimpy on the steak .. no sauce .. onions could not be found . This sub chain is butt average at best . Um just paid $18+ for a sub, chips, drink combo. Never going to this place again annnnnnnd they have the option to tip the employee on top of the insane price for a sandwich. Probably means their employees make minimum wage and the store is charging very top dollar. read more

I love this location for their great customer service and quick food prep. They are always very accommodating for my gluten sensitivity and are incredibly nice whenever I visit. The food is always fresh and portions are always more than enough. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good sub shop with friendly service. Very average. Do not understand all the hype. Panera and First Watch are way better. Subway is as good and cheaper. The cheese in the cheese steak was artificial processed poor quality and the sandwich was way over salted. read more
