Finally, I said fine, just add salt & pepper. He responded, while smiling, "we don't have salt and pepper. We only had oregano & parm". I've never had to bite my tongue so hard to not get an attitude with someone. And the guy had the nerve to say all of this with a smile on his face. His service included a staff member for serving and cleanup. Chef Matt is a great person, and it almost felt like he was part of the family. The cost of using a Chef was probably less than what it would have been if we had tried to order takeout, not to mention the difficulty of getting 18 people to agree on where and what. We will definitely use him at all of our future family gatherings.
