This Jimmy John's customer service is pretty much the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! Here's why: It was a very windy day! I had just pulled up to Main St. Pizza (next door to Jimmy John's). About 15 seconds after I had parked, one of Jimmy John's outdoor table umbrellas was taken up by the wind, flew out of its stand, and went crashing into my car's windshield. The umbrella had flown about 25 feet and the impact was strong enough that it cracked my windshield in several places. I was in my car when it happened. No one was hurt. My car windshield was the only piece of property damaged. Immediately two of Jimmy John's employees came out and made sure everyone was alright. One of the employees immediately began apologizing and asking me for personal information so that her managers could contact me to arrange repairs for my vehicle. In less than two days I was at the car shop with one of Jimmy John's agents. When I arrived at the shop he told me that he had payed for the repairs. He even went and brought me Jimmy John's for lunch, free of charge! (That was actually my first time eating Jimmy John's! And it was delicious!). The car shop told me they were putting in one of the higher-end windshields, they also told me (after I did some information digging) that the repair would have run me $280! Now allow me to point out a few of things: I wasn't even going to eat at Jimmy John's when the accident occurred, the accident was not their fault, and they took the initiative every step of the way by texting and calling me until the repairs were complete. They went above and beyond their already excellent customer service by purchasing a higher-than-normal quality windshield and providing me with a complementary lunch from Jimmy John's. I guarantee you would be hard pressed to find another business that treated someone this well. In a world where customer service is a practically non-existent and foreign concept, Jimmy John's far exceeded my expectations by not only correcting the problem, but by treating me better than I deserved, for a freak accident that wasn't even their fault! They were extremely responsible, professional, quick, apologetic, and genuine in their service, in correcting the problem. I am a customer for life! read more

Every sandwich I've ever tried here has been delicious. The service is always friendly. And those "So fast, you'll freak!" ads are telling the truth. On my last trip, I requested a Pepe with something like ten extra toppings, and it was wrapped and ready to go a literal microsecond after I finished ordering. In and out in about 30 seconds flat (because the registers still operate at normal speed). The fixings were evenly spaced, securely packed in for minimal losses to gravity, with just enough mustard and mayo to give flavor without turning the sandwich into a squirt gun. All on their excellent crusty bread. My only sadness about this place comes from living juuuuuuuust out of their delivery range. read more

I'm in Orem at my hotel and their is a JJ just at 2mi from my hotel, and they won't delivery because they can't cross main st. What is there some force field that stalls your drivers. Thanks for no delivery and no common sense workers tonight. read more

I never write reviews but this store deserves one. I know Jimmy John's is freaky fast! But this was beyond that. I live about a mile away from this story and I ordered a sandwich online. I swear to you, not even ten minutes later I get a knock on my door! That was ridiculously fast! I couldn't even go inside some places and order food to stay and get it in under 10 minutes. Jimmy John's is a great sandwich shop for anyone who likes a good sandwich. At most of the locations there is a drive thru. Every time I have gone there my orders have been correct and I got what I ordered. Jimmy John's is very fast it is great if you are in a rush they will get you your sandwich very fast! I prefer Jimmy John's over Subway because, every time I have gone to Subway it always takes a very long time to get your food. Unlike Subway, Jimmy John's is very fast and has better choices of sandwiches. read more

Wish more people realized how great Jimmy Johns is. Great, low prices. Food is so good, unique (not like subway), and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Drive thru is wonderful to have and the staff is always really friendly, helpful, and fast which is rare these days. The have the best bread and avacado sauce! read more

Great food but kind of annoyed. I work close to this store, even on the same street University Pkwy, and have been getting sandwiches delivered here for over a year now. I just called once again to get my regular and they said that they would no longer deliver to my work and that they were never supposed to. I just wish the communication within their company was a little better. read more

I ordered a BLT unwich and they use pre cooked bacon which i already knew but the grossest thing was they dont heat up the bacon! it has dried grease on it and was absolutely disgusting I usually love this place but I almost puked today with all the cold dried grease on cold bacon :( read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Jimmy Johns is my all time favorite place to go out with friends and enjoy a wonderful meal. If you don't feel like going out to the building, you can just call them and they will be at your house, at the most 15 minutes. They are sooooo FAST!! If you are in a hurry, they will make it in 30 seconds no joke. They have hilarious posters on the walls, that make your stay even better! They have sandwiches, which for most, is a much better choice than a unhealthy hamburger and fries. They make it right in front of you so you know that all the ingredients are fresh and your sandwich is "right off the grill". They have a healthy selection of Jimmy Johns potato chips, that are much crispier than the name brand of them. Their building is warm and cozy, kind of like a log cabin feeling. It is the perfect place to just relax with their 18 sandwich choice menu, crispy chips, and cold fountain drinks. LOVE THEM SOOO MUCH!!! Highly recommend!! read more

Jimmy Johns, I think, is comparable to Gandalfo's. I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and I don't have any real complaints--I'm sure they run their business well. But the sandwiches just aren't that amazing. I'm particular about sandwiches and don't like eating dry ones. Jimmy Johns and Gandalfo's are both pretty plain with a lot of bread and a little sandwich innards. If the sandwiches were like $3.50 for a footlong, I'd eat there. But there are just so many other sandwich places who do it better for the same price or less. read more
