Overall I am a fan of this location. The good: Location is right by Gonzaga and right off of Division/Ruby; they are open until at least 2 or 3 am Fri/Sat nights for drunken but healthier than most fast food munchies; they make the sandwiches so fast!; everything tastes fresh and delicious. The not so good is the music inside this location (I haven't been inside any other locations) is soo loud! Sometimes the cashiers are friendly, sometimes they are not. The sandwiches are pretty basic, you won't find any unusual gourmet subs here, but they are consistent and the ingredients used make them very tasty. I wanted to like JJ's, but the sandwich was primarily white bread, mayo and chopped iceberg lettuce. Sure there was turkey and provolone, but the mayo was terribly overwhelming and the lettuce made more than half the sandwich. The bread had no character and was as bland as the Wonder Bread I remember from years ago. JJ's may be fast, but it does not make up for the poor quality and so-so value. read more

I love that Jimmy John's will do lettuce wrapped instead of bread. The ingredients are always fresh and taste great! I like to get the #12. The regular bread sandwiches are also tasty. I like that the bread is soft but doesn't overpower the fresh ingredients in the sandwich. I will always come back when I want something light and fresh. read more

I have been a regular customer since they deliver to my work. This time, my delivery person was very rude, didn't say hi or have a nice day. AND after I signed for it, he snatched his pen and the copy of the receipt I signed right out of my hands and glared me down as he walked away, you could tell it was more than intentional as several of my coworkers saw and talked to me about it afterwards. Customer service is obviously not there and he should not be working in delivery. I work 2 jobs, both in customer service and this was just the cherry on top. This experience ruined having my lunch delivered from Jimmy John's ever again. read more

It is a chain but they have good product. Great bread which is the foundation of a good sandwich. You will never go back to Subway or Quiznos. Music can be too loud but that is their thing. read more

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I ordered a tuna sub on whole wheat. The bread was stale and the tuna was bland and tasteless. The girl that took our order seriouly needs to consider a new line of work. She had absolutely ZERO customer service skills and treated us as if we were inconveniencing her just by being there. The music was ridiculously loud, so people were basically yelling at each other to have a conversaton. I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone could give this place a good review. read more

We tried out this particular Jimmy Johns because the one down a little further on Division, their power was out. This location took forever with our drive through order and they handed us the wrong drink as well as they put our bag of chips in a bag but just handed us our sandwiches with no bag....when we drove off they didn't even include napkins in the bag with a bag of chips...I would drive a little further to the Jimmy Johns on Division they are SO much better. read more

Is it possible to choose ZERO stars? Worst service I've ever had at jimmy johns! Instead of receiving the jalapeño chips I ordered, I got "hot peppers" added to my unwich. And the "Lettuce" that they used was completely white with brown on the edges! I'm sorry but that is NOT lettuce. And on top of all that there was a massive amount of mayo oozing out of both ends the majority of the unwich was mayo! Very disappointed in the quality of service at this particular jimmy johns and the staff was not friendly! Won't make the mistake of going back here again! read more

Terrible, it might not have been so bad but the bread is about as bad as you can get. They were quick and had a good variety of sandwiches. The location isn't the best as parking is a bit difficult. Well, my sister and I thought we would try a new place. This Jimmy Johns is in Spokane Valley almost across from Walmart. We almost went to Subway but had made a promise to try a new place each time we went out. I ordered to vegetarian sub that has avocado and cheese. The avocado was a spread and not slices.it was loaded with lettuce and the bread was like nothing I have had before. Lets just say that when I took a bite swallowed and took another bite I realized the first bite was stuck in my esophagus and it wasn't going to move. I started hiccuping and things tried to exit where they had come from. I started drinking my soda and slowly the bread got some moisture and started the descent. My sister suggested maybe if we ate smaller bites it would be easier to eat. I just couldn't finish part of the half I started on. My sister said that the bread was so dense that it was very hard to eat. She also said it had no taste. Well, here I sit at home thinking I could take it slow and eat the second half. I was taking in a lot of water to get it down. My last bite was a surprise. It tasted like the salt was poured into it. Needless to say the it wasn't swallowed and I refused to finish it. I could never be that hungry! If you like it, good for you but I and my sister will never eat there again. The music was a little loud but not as loud as the staff. One female screamed something and then someone slammed a pan down on the counter. If I could give them no stars I would!!! read more

This is the closest delivery place to my work so I order from this location 3-4 times a week. . That's about $40 a week in business. Normally it's been amazing and perfect every time. On Thursday I ordered what I always do and it was soooooo bad! The turkey was still frosty and frozen which was so disgusting, the lettuce was slimy, they forgot my cheese and other add ons that I paid for. I let it go, figured it was a fluke. . Whatever. So I just ordered again today (Sunday) and I couldn't even eat my sandwich.. It's so bad. The bread is burnt to shit on the bottom and absolutely impossible to even bite through, there was ONE slice of turkey on the entire sandwich, once again didn't put on my cheese or vinegarete and there was waaaaaaayyyyy too much lettuce. I order light lettuce and I swear that's all the sandwich was. The delivery guy had an attitude when he came into my work as well, no 'hello ... How are you...' Nothing. Just 'sign this' in a rude ass tone and then walked out. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I will not be frequenting this location anymore. read more
