I ordered my FREE Birthday sandwich.. and they really under did themselves this time! 1slice of turkey on undercooked bread, with some mayo & avocado, (that I paid extra for!), it was so disappointing! I used to LOVE Jimmy John's, ate it almost everyday, at least twice a week. Now if I order, (never again from this store!), it's only to hope I get the same quality that I've received at other JJ's. So sad to see how people don't care about their investment that could be making more of a profit with the right people, better! You've under-done yourselves in my opinion this time. read more

Even when this place is slammed, the customer service never slips. The team stays incredibly positive, friendly, and focused under pressure, which is a massive credit to the Management. It's rare to see a fast-food crew that genuinely treats people this well while still keeping that signature speed. Honestly can't believe a lot of these reviews for this JJ, I've been coming to this EXACT JJ for about a year now and haven't had a single issue like these other people were having. I get my food in less than a minute every single time, exactly right every time, the workers here are personable and very hospitable as well! I seriously recommend JJ to everyone but especially this place I recommend. I'll never forget when I found out they got rid of the crispy jalapeños and the manager on the spot went and grabbed the last bag of them unopened and just let me have it. 1.5/5 stars is comical from someone who actually goes here Pics below for proof read more

The absolute WORST. The order is wrong..... EVERY TIME! Missing items, customizations that were PAID for aren't followed, plus they use expired items. I called and asked for a manager once.... The kid said "yeah hold on" and when he came back, it was STILL HIM claiming to be a manager. This location has had to redeliver our orders SO many times and wouldn't you believe it, the redeliveries have still been wrong or missing item. If we want Jimmy's and we're out and about, we will make it a point to stop at a different location before ordering at this one. See photo of a ranch labeled for disposal at EOD 10/16. This Jimmy Johns delivered a club to me that had several pieces of expired roast beef. I called to requested a replacement and they asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said no, I just want another sandwich delivered. They then told me I would have to pay for the delivery and other charges. I refused. Of course. I said I wouldn't pay to replace a rotting sandwich and that yes, I guess I will speak to a manager. After a very long pause and no manager they said they would have another sandwich sent. I confirmed my address, said thank you, thought it was resolved. A few minutes later they called back, it was Krista? Kristen? She identified herself as the manager. Okay, an apology, I thought. Nope. She needed my order number. I have it to her slowly three times, she said she's get me a new sandwich, I again said thank you. No apology. I then put my rotting sandwich in a bag and put it on my front porch with a note to bring it to the manager. I'm not trying to get a free sandwich. The sandwich is rotten. The delivery person did not take the bag and did not ring or knock to let me know my sandwich was sitting outside. Husband went in to order us two sandwiches. Asked for mine without mayo. I cannot eat mayo and the people working gave me mayo, but of course we didn't notice until we got home. He called and told them what happened and asked if they could deliver us the correct sandwich. The first person asked where we lived and all that, then Seth got on the phone with a huge attitude, being a COMPLETE a-hole. Excuse the language but he basically said, nope, can't do that, we don't have proof of your order, and we're busy. My husband who used to work for JJ's a while ago (one in the area) knew he could look it up, but the guy insisted he couldn't and said to call back in 20 minutes. NOPE. Sorry, bud not going to fly. Oh and Seth is just a driver, not a manager, apparently one wasn't in? Which, I'm pretty sure JJ's doesn't allow there to not be a manager on duty...so that's interesting as well. Hope Seth has a better attitude when he delivers people's sandwiches. Seth implied my husband of lying about this whole ordeal, refused to drive a few minutes to deliver a correct sandwich, and wouldn't refund the money either. I wouldn't have even written this review if they had just said, my bad, and got us a new sandwich without all this ordeal, but alas we were met with a horrible attitude and a delivery driver playing manager being downright rude so will be filing a corporate complaint. read more

This place is terrible. 1 star is far too generous. Maybe you shouldn't let your workers come to work high. I ordered a #11 with nothing but the meat and cheese and the man told me he couldn't take it off because it was "against their policy" and they were extremely rude. It was also gross, no one had hair nets and they just let their hair touch and dangle on our food. I should have left the second I walked in there. This was ridiculous. The whole facility was disgusting and their manager didn't care at all. Please do NOT ever come to this place. It's a sad excuse. If you can, make the extra couple minutes to Jimmy Johns on 120th right off of i-25. They are so much better! read more
