I ordered a giant turkey tom from this location, at the register I was asked if I needed cheese and I said yes . I was charged $2 extra for the cheese . When I opened my sandwich this is how it looked like and the pic on their website had lettuce and tomato. All I had was bread, turkey and cheese , not even mayonnaise on the side . I've rode past this Jimmy Johns location for about 1 decade, and I finally decided to try it. That was a big mistake. I ordered a Little John for 3 dollars. It was a number 5 with Salami, provolone cheese, vinegar, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oregano and basil. I can tell you that the sandwich was small and disgusting. It had no toppings on it. It was a small sprinkle of old lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes, invisible onions, and an overload of oregano! So, the sandwich was skimpy and tasted awful terrible. Hated it! Placed an order for delivery on a cold rainy night. Order took about 50 minutes to arrive. 1 sandwich and chips. Simple instruction on the ordering profile asks to ring doorbell when dropping off. That request is made because JJ's app is notoriously lagging in giving updates. No ring of the bell even though we tipped 15% upfront. Guess it's a lot to ask. read more

Went here for the first time with my co-worker and it was nowhere near a great experience. Though I didn't order anything, the cashier (Amelia) showed no signs of customer service or had a friendly demeanor. She looked annoyed, and like as if she did not want to take her order. My friend wanted to make a change to the sandwich that she asked for initially, and said she'd have no issue paying extra, and the cashier got even more annoyed. I've occasionally ordered from these guys since they opened - somewhere around 10 times. Generally, the sandwiches are speedily and well-made. The restaurant is clean, the music is upbeat and loud, the signs on the wall bring a smile, and the sandwiches are cold and fresh. They do not skimp on the toppings! Try an un-wich: a sub wrapped with lettuce rather than bread. The un-wich isn't my favorite, but it is definitely an interesting experience to try. Once, the guacamole tasted like the avocados used weren't ripe yet. They quickly made me another sandwich which was up to par. There's much to be said about a business which makes sure the correct their mistakes: every business makes them once in a while, but not every business corrects the problem with speed and tact. Overall, this location is excellent for Jimmy John's and sub shops in general. I'll be coming back here over and over again. read more

My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning after subs from this location. We did not get the same type of sandwich but both of ours did have bacon, so maybe it was that ingredient. All I know is we were both needing puke buckets for a day and a half and was really dizzy. I tried calling management and corporate but got no real responses. I ordered a number 14 unwich and when I was called to the counter the lady sat my food on the edge of the counter dropping my receipt which fell to the ground. No apology just kept (bagging) the next order I politely asked may I have my food bagged as well she pointed to the bags behind the counter and said their they go. Smh read more

Hair in food. I havent been here in a couple years because of poor service I encountered when they screwed up my order. Decided to give it a shot since my son wanted a turkey sandwich. Opened up his sandwich to check the toppings and found a hair right in the middle of it. At least the service was better than last time. We just ordered lunch from these guys and it was met with mixed emotions. The service was fast and the delivery guy is great. The food was good but the order was all messed up and it sucked to not get what we all wanted for lunch. The delivery here truly is freaky fast. I placed an order during a literal torrential downpour and got my sandwich in less than ten minutes. The beach club I ordered was delicious as always. We placed an order and my coworker went to pick it up. He was given the wrong order. He then went to return the order for "Steve" and pick up ours. As it turned out we were only give 5 out of 6 sandwiches ordered. I asked to speak with the store manager, he insisted that he thought the person picking up said his name was Steve. Then he went on to talk about his $50 loss on the order mistakenly to us. We returned "Steve's" order without opening the sandwich platter box. How are we to be the blame for his mistakes twice in a row? Horrible service and horrible attitude. We are definitely crossing this place off the lunch list! read more
