If the execution of their menu items such as the "JJBLT " is any indication, save yourself some time and disappointment and pass on this place . Our bread was hard on the outside but soggy in the middle, thanks to mealy /bland tomatoes and shredded iceberg lettuce that had zero flavor. To cap it off, the processed bacon was served cold, so the actual experience was laughably difficult to eat . Our expectations for sandwiches are actually pretty low, so Jimmy Johns worked extra hard to go below them. Staff were friendly enough, and the food came out fast---possibly too fast. GAH-RōSSS. first time ever getting food from here, definitely the last time. being a pescetarian, i had 2 choices: the tuna or the veggie. the veggie sounded sorta lame so it was the tuna on wholegrain bread. the bread outweighed all other ingredients, each piece being nearly 2 inches thick. so if you really like bread on bread, with nothing else, there ya go. but then maybe the bread was a good thing- everything else was either tasteless or straight up vomitous. shredded iceberg lettuce?! no flavor, no nutrients. insipid slimy tomatoes = 4 slimy inches of bread. and some kind of flavorless white cheese that could in NO WAY disguise the ultimate rancid tuna (?) mixture. hell, it could've been ferral cat from the old top foods parking lot. blechhhh. it had white cubes of onion or something rather crunchy & clear in appearance. or it could've been some celery. or both. but doesn't matter because they are purely used as fillers to make one think they got their money's worth with a 5 pound loaf of bread. err, sandwich. it's almost flavorless except for a bile type aftertaste (coulda been the ferral cat?) then, i had to go yak in the bathroom & unfortunately taste it all coming back out again. now i don't feel good, my stomach is churning, my eyes are watering & red, & my throat burns of 2nd time around ferral tuna cat sandwich bile. thank you, jimmy's john. read more

They get your sandwich out super fast and the bread is amazing, as usual. I have to admit that I am an avid Jimmy John's fan and that I stop at one whenever I can. The staff seems friendly and my sandwich was delicious. I prefer the Beach Club because it has avocado on it and it's scrumptious. In a pinch this place is a great way to get a healthy sandwhich delivered to your home. They're fast, you can order online, and customize you meal. However, I've had a few experiences where they mess up simple ingredients. This most recent visit, I ordered the club lulu with no mayo and extra avocado on the 9 grain wheat bread. I ended up with no avocado, which btw is 1.00 more, and cucumbers instead. I called and they delivered me the right sandwhich, no hesitation and an apology was given. So props to their customer service, and may I add....the sandwhich was delicious. I would like to see more bread and vegetable options, because it's very limited as far as menu options go, but for a sandwhich delivery... I suppose I can't complain. read more

I normally wouldn't think of blasting a business on Yelp for poor Customer Service but I feel the need to let people know what type of Business this valley is dealing with. Tonight a Delivery Driver showed up at my Apt. I assumed it was for my neighbor as she orders from Jimmy John's from time to time. It was not a delivery for my neighbor. Apparently, the driver was lost, and he asked if this was the address he was looking for , I advised it was not. He actually needed to be on the South end not the North end. He turned to leave and stepped on one of the yard lights along the walkway, breaking it. The Driver stares at it then looks at me then runs off. WOW, I thought to myself , not even an apology. I call Jimmy John's to report it and was hung up on by someone who had claimed to be the Manager on duty. I called back and got a different person also claiming to be the Manager. This "Manager" i was speaking to admitted she was unsure what to do and said " Our owner will be in tomorrow morning if you want to call and BOTHER her about this". I haven't decided if I will call back tomorrow and speak with the owner, Taylynn (the name I was given). I feel the conversation will go much like it did this evening. No acknowledgment of a mistake made and no apology or compensation for vandalism to my property. read more

I didn't actually step foot in this place. However, I called in for delivery. I'm mainly giving 5 stars for their service. My friend and I were starving after the Christmas lighting in Leavenworth. There were just way too many people and my 15 month old godson was starting to get really fussy so we went back to our hotel in Wenatchee. This is our 2nd trip to J. Johns. Our first trip was just after the grand opening and everything was great. Yesterday we stopped in to take a break from Xmas shopping. The good news is that they are still very fast. The bad news is that they were so fast that they just kind of left us in the dust. The young man who took our order talked fast and didn't explain the menu and the options. We ordered our sandwiches. My wife asked for a large cup of water. We were told that would be .50 or else we could have a small Styrofoam cup. Seemed high. The sandwiches were made before made it to the fountain machine. Yes, they are fast. We took them back to the counter to be cut in half. ( shouldn't they just do that) We tried to find a clean table. ( I asked for towels to wipe one down) Someone came out and wiped down a table which was now very wet. We ate most of the sandwiches but the bread was very hard on the ends. It wasn't very busy. I order on a weekly basis and the customer service is amazing, they are fast and reliable and if ever they do make a mistake they are so fast and efficient and get it fixed in a matter of minutes.
