I have to say, EZ's Clam Chowder is the best I've ever had (can't believe I was willing to give a burger joint credit for their chowder)! Over the last year Sherrie and I have gravitated from their burgers to their chowder...probably have had it about 20 times. We've even bought Ivar's Clam Chowder from Costco to compare them. Ivar's has more creaminess and less clam flavor, and though Ivar's from Costco is the low-cost leader, it doesn't compare with EZ's "Dock" brand. I finally interviewed EZ's about it. The recipe is the owner's. "Docks" is the owner's copyrighted brand. It is fully prepared from scratch on site and I believe it is only sold out of this location. I was in town visiting and you know I love a good burg so I HAD TO TRY IT. It was voted best burger in 2022 so it must be good... I ordered the Jalapeno Pepper Jack Burg and it was PRETTAY TASTY. It def had a kick to it. The fries were really crispy and fresh but the reason I took one star off is because the oil made them taste fishy...it was probably old oil or they used it to try their seafood but they had a fishy aftertaste which I wasnt a fan of. Service was quick and easy like any other drive-thru place. People working there were friendly as well. And the two drive thru lines made it so we can get our food faster. The burger was delish though so whenever I'm back in town visiting I'll be sure to grab another! read more

Strawberry cheesecake shake: WOW so much cheesecake in this, and milkshake was perfect drinking thickness. Animal Burger was 10/10, 2 patties, bacon, and a tasty sauce!! Also had a strawberry cream pie shake that was delightful. Topped off with friendly service that was worth the 10 min wait in line! Outstanding, burger drive-in pros. No sit-down dining, so that allows the staff to crank out fresh and hot food. Check the marquee when approaching their two drive-thru lanes for the value meal of the day. It's usually under 15 bucks, and in this day and age that's pretty darned good for a comforting cheat meal. Don't look for the staff to be anything but busy as heck, but our gal at the window still had time to be friendly and appreciative of our patronage. I really like these kind of local burger joints so when I saw that one was right across the street from the hotel I was staying at while in Wenatchee I immediately picked it as my dinner spot. We ordered at the window and started to eat our dinner at the picnic tables outside before deciding to take it back to the hotel room because we were being eaten by mosquitoes. There was a special on chicken sandwich meals so I got one of those with garlic fries and a side of ranch. The fries were loaded with minced garlic, which as a garlic lover, I greatly appreciated. My boyfriend was back home in San Diego so I called him and joked that it was a good thing he was two states away from me that night. :) The chicken sandwich was standard burger restaurant quality, meaning deliciously unhealthy. I liked the freshness of the lettuce and tomato though to at least give the illusion that there was something healthy between the buns. read more

The BEST mushroom, onion and cheese burger that I have EVER eaten. I live in California and tried this burger while on a business trip. It was their burger special for the day at an amazing price for a combo. The flavors are amazing and the bread was soft and fresh. The tater tots were pretty good. But the winner is the burger! I love a good fast food burger...but I can't stand American cheese. EZ's loses 1 star because 3 times I have asked for either no cheese or cheddar and they have put American on it. I won't even eat it and when I lived in Leavenworth this was SUPER disappointing (my fault for not checking before I leave first I suppose). Now I just order no cheese. A cute little building with a huge piece of property which allows two possible drive-up order line order lines and parking for for folks to wait for food and/or eat. Their signature fish and chips (Cod) was on my radar . . . but they were out of cod, offered halibut at the same price (prefer cod for f&c's, but . . . ) and upgraded the fries to the Garlic Fries. The burgers are average, the fries are probably my biggest beef with with this place. They're just...meh. I can't explain what it is. The sauces are ok, but the portions for extra sauces are small and pointless for the money.
