My coworker and I stopped at this McAlister's location today for lunch, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We ordered our meals to go, and everything was prepared quickly and with care. I chose the half chicken salad croissant with a broccoli cheddar soup, and both were absolutely delicious--super flavorful and perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself looked clean and well-kept, which is always appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping here for a bite to eat. Great food and great service! read more

I frequented McAlisters ALOT when I was pregnant. Not sure about all the negative reviews. Maybe their service or quality went down but I've never had a bad experience. Staff have always been friendly, the food is fresh and nicely portioned, their tea is bomb. I feel like prices are more reasonable than Panera. First of all what the heck is going on with Yelp? There are three different reviews on here with different names with the same picture of a young lady. I think these people are either fake or paid by Yelp. No matter McAlister's a chain and pretty good deli food whichever location you go to. New favorite! Was happy to see the place open up, has never tried it and they offered outdoor seating today. VERY glad we did! Deli meats were not dry at all (normal deli shortfall). Atmosphere was pleasant. Service fast. You get in line and order then get a table. Would suggest they put menus where you enter so you don't have to wait to get to the front line where they are ready for your order. Soups was very good, salad a little wilty. I really enjoy McAlister's Deli and I'm glad they opened one not far from my house. My husband, two daughters and I like to come to McAlisters often. My husband and I usually always get the same thing while my daughter bounces back and forth between a Kid's Toastie and Mac & Cheese. This was my first time at this location and I must say I was pleased. Because of Miss Rona (Coronavirus), restaurants are only doing curb-side, take-out and delivery. I stopped in, placed my order, waited and then they brought it to me. The service was quick and easy and the staff was nice. They also got my order right and added in all my extra sauces. :) I always order the Pick 2. You can order 2 half items to create a meal. This includes half of a sandwich, salad, baked potato, soup, or other side options they have. I always order the McAlister's Grilled Chicken Club and the Spud Max baked potato. Both are so good and I love loaded baked potatoes so this is a plus. My husband orders the full portion of the McAlister's Grilled Chicken Club with a side of chips. My daughter choose the kid's Toastie during this visit. She loves grilled cheese. My only complaint here is they did not grill the bread what so ever. They literally took cheese and melted it between two slices of just plain ole bread. Now come one, this is not a grilled cheese. It's basically a cheese sandwich without the grill. I would just make sure to ask them to toast the bread. My husband came back to this location two days later. He asked them to toast the bread this time. However, they did a half butt job! I say all of this to say, if your kid likes grilled cheese make sure they grill the bread. If you don't they will half butt it or not do it at all. My mom and I came here for the first time today and was definitely pleasantly surprised! We thought it was only deli sandwiches but we were wrong. DELICIOUS and HUGE potatoes. Had been craving a Reuben and the reviews said McAlister's would be a good choice. They were mistaken. Almost $14.00 for a sandwich ,side of Mac and cheese and a drink. Pricey. Bread was sort of toasted but soggy. Mac and cheese had very little taste at all. After eating the mac and cheese and about a quarter of the sandwich I got up and left. Very disappointing. Ordered one menu sandwich at 12:50 pm by 1:15 having still not received my food I requested refund and left. When asking for refund I overheard the cashier tell customers it always a 45 minute wait! Are you kidding me? How about you take a couple of the servers mulling around waiting for something to do and have them prep food or expo? The restaurant was at maybe 15% capacity. Cashier after hearing me tell other customers in line that it's a 45 minute wait then proceeds to blurt our "I'm sorry I didn't know it was a 45 min wait.." COVID-19 and the "new opening?" blues seem to really have this place overwhelmed. Can't review the food never tasted a crumb! Got a free meal from manager which will probably bring me back. We ordered delivery from the McAlister's website. First off we were charged a $5.49 delivery fee on "free delivery weekend", which it touted on their homepage. I placed our order, it was fulfilled by DoorDash, as I expected. Our order was missing half of our food (missing for two people). I contacted the restaurant directly, they didn't seem concerned at all. I stated all I wanted was the missing food. They could not do that. Ok, fine, I asked for at least a refund of the missing food so we could place another order. Which we did, paying the delivery and service fees all over again. They said it would be refunded. Fast forward 7 days, no refund. I contact the restaurant again, explain what the situation was. I was only offered "some food if I come in". Needless I say I was disappointed, to say the least. I tried McAlister's for the first time today & I was super excited for it. I got the club wrap & I actually really enjoyed it - until my boyfriend pointed out the mold on his fruit cup. Had I seen it before, I wouldn't have taken a single bite out of anything, but unfortunately, he didn't notice it until we'd finished the rest of the food. I'm disgusted. As a manager at another fast food chain nearby, I know that moldy produce is pretty hard to miss if anyone's actually paying attention, and seeing how well-staffed their kitchen was today, someone 100% should've caught this. Especially considering that the mold was right on top, almost visible through the clear lid. I'm not one to write negative reviews - I know it's not always easy working in a customer service role. This, however, shouldn't have made it out of the kitchen. Things like this can't be overlooked when you're preparing someone else's food. read more
