I have to say I haven't been back since I gave this location 2 stars, well I came back and I am happy to say this trip was a 5 star visit. I had zero issues and the food was good and hot. I also got one of the refresher drinks and it was very tasty. I do plan to go back again this next week to see if the service and food quality is the same. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly! The issues I had was there was egg shells in my girlfriends bagel and they let me order another bagel free of charge. I ordered a bagel with onion and chive cream cheese and when we got it, it was just regular cream cheese. The staff is trying so hard to keep up with the customers inside and the drive through that mistakes like these will happen. Pay your staff more or hire more so that everyone's job can be done properly and mistakes like egg shells won't happen. read more

I treated myself to a bagel sandwich for my birthday and was honestly shocked by how delicious the chorizo sunrise egg sandwich was! I could eat that cream cheese by the spoonful. The dining room was clean and the staff were helpful. Parking was very easy as there is a good sized lot out back. What happened to this chain? Seems ever since Panera bought them, the breakfast quality has gone downhill at both. The only improvement here are the fresh cracked egg sandwiches. Food: Limited selection of bagels and half of them were "premium" upcharge. C'mon, uncharge on a bagel? I dropped over $10 on a simple bagel with cream cheese and a cup of mediocre coffee. Service: One person working drive up and register. Had to stand there while he was ringing up drive up customers. Go my cup to get coffee. Used to be several options, now just one carafe full. One cream option. not skim or other milk options. Once you pay, good luck getting anyones attention. Again... my reviews of chain restaurants are based upon my expectations. Nice location with super friendly folks serving us. We met out-of-town friends here. It was convenient to their hotel and not hard for us to find. I really enjoy a fresh bagel sandwich for my breakfast and they hit the spot. Good selection of teas and coffee to go with the meal. It was a pleasant spring morning so we sat outside. An ok spot, though you should expect to hear some road noise. I was not greeted as they were talking and it took them a bit to acknowledge me. When they did it seemed as if I was a bother to them. They took my order and was surprised it took a bit just to make a bagel with cream cheese. The food was ok. This location has a spacious dining room, although at the time of my visit it was closed. I would understand if they were making these bagel from scratch after I ordered it but all they had to do was take it out of the display rack, heat it up, and put a reasonable amount of cream cheese on. We have been here many times, the service is always slow but I never thought about put anything online to complain, I understand they might be short stuffed or whatever. But today, we got kicked out of the store, because my 2 year old son was crying in the store. I lost all my words, when I calm down and went back to ask her who complained, I clearly see there is absolutely nobody sitting in the store, she told me the person complained cannot handle it and left. Then she said the employee was complaining because they cannot hear each other talking. We waited for our order for more than half an hour, and the moment we got our order, she told us we can't have crying in the store. Not a fan of people talking to it they co workers (like background noise) when they should hit a mute button first but oKay. She found two of the last packets oF Splenda that they had. Not a good mental picture of adequate mgmt ordering food supplies but another okay. My check in photo of the Lox said no caper disappointing but their were three rolling around in the tray. Forgot to show how they stick better in the cream cheese. Lox was not out on evenly and way too much. Red onion was big coils mostly off the sandwich. Toasted Sesame bagel was very good for its size and density but agin was overpowered by too much Lox, onion and not enough capers. Better than McDonalds. Young, new girl handed food was timid but nice and thanked me for coming. Better but would have liked that with have a great day. And a smile. No one lives up to the Chik Fil A service standard. Unfortunately what started as a decent experience spiraled downhill quickly throughout our stay - from having to wait 15 minutes for a coffee refill, being out of creamer, and then the kicker - won't accept the darn free cookie Yelp coupon for checking in. After we spent $15 between 2 sandwiches and a coffee and specialty drink, I'm told "ownership changed and we don't honor Yelp coupons". Nice place to stop by for breakfast. Ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches which were made fresh and even brought it to our table. Good deals: $6 for a bakers dozen bagels on Monday and free wifi if you go inside to enjoy your bagel/sandwich. They also have a drive through. I normally love Einstein Bros. Bagels. I would normally give them a 4 star rating but today was not a 4 Star day. There was a work rah rah meeting that took all but 4 chairs so obviously my seating was limited to literally nothing. My bagel was cold. My latte was late. There were only 2 employees and one of them was running the drive through and making coffee. Employees were friendly but the short staff was a disservice to employees and customers. I used to love Einstein...until today. Tried drive thru for the first (and last) time and it was not the best experience. Granted most of the time, drive thru is more for convenience than service, but I would have liked to have been able to understand what the person on the other side was saying. Then I felt she was getting impatient because I needed her to keep repeating, because I couldn't hear her. One star is not something I give lightly. In fact, most times, restaurants have to work real hard to get not only a 5 star review, but they need to work just as hard to get 1 star. I rate on a trifecta of service, atmosphere, and taste/quality of food. Unfortunately, Einstein failed on all three. My daughters and I each bought a toasted bagel with shmear. Apparently, one of my daughter's bagel had the wrong shmear and mine had so little shmear, I couldn't even taste it...and it was salmon which has a very strong flavor. I don't even know how my other daughter's bagel was, because I had to leave before she ate hers. I'm a business owner myself, so I understand the importance of controlling costs, but come on, we pay for the shmear...there should be enough on there to taste it. Good service in my book isn't just a polite greeting and a have a great day...that's the bare minimum. So to me, this was another fail. Very disappointed with this visit and I will probably have second thoughts of coming back when I have a craving for a good bagel. read more

I ordered over the phone and the person seemed a little rude and asked for my order multiple times, then told me it will be 15 minutes...then when I came to pick up they gave me the WRONG bag which we didn't notice until we got home. When we called to complain, the only solution they gave us was to come and get a new one. When we asked for a refund, they told us to CALL BACK IN 20 MINUTES because "they were really busy!". The nerve!!! So then my husband went to pick up our "new order", when he came home my bagel was burned and the sausage tasted like RUBBER! This is a good Einstein Bros Bagels. I've eaten at this chain many many times before, but never this location. It appears to be pretty new. Convenient location, pretty close to the highway, and there's a drive thru! Service was a little bit slower than I thought it would be for an untoasted sandwich (maybe a 5 min wait), but not too slow that I was upset by it. The lox sandwich was good, everything was well-balanced (lox, cream cheese, bagel, tomato, onion, and capers), and there was a good portion of lox on top. For $7 I think this was a good deal. My four stars was pretty much customer service and observation of my boyfriend enjoying the deliciousness of food. I had a hot tea and my boyfriend had a huge bagel that had a mix of hummus and vegetables and chicken on it. Seemed like it could be good. And it looked fresh. I'm reasonably certain I could eat here, they have an allergens chart on their website. But I was worried about cross contamination and didn't risk it. At the register they sell doggie bagels which are adorable. Tiny and hard. I bought one for my dog but was charmed into taking two. The customer service here was fantastic. I mean, really. My order was taken by a cheerful staff member and prepared quickly by her other team members. I thought the set up of the counter was a little weird, but that may be because it's a drive thru too. The bagels are amazing but you will never get the right order and there is a 50/50 chance they will try to steal your money. Twice they have not given me any of the change portion of my change and once they did not give me back the 4 dollar bills they owed me without explanation and looked annoyed when I asked for my change. I have eaten here the past 4 Sundays and each time the service has been worse than the first. Week 1: I went through the drive through, placed my order for a garlic bagel with salmon cream cheese not toasted and a iced coffee with cream. What I received was a toasted bagel and a hot coffee, which I exchanged before I left however I did not check the bagel. They were busy so I figured it was an honest mistake and the bagel was still great so I went back the next week. Week 2: Drive through, same order as above I received an iced coffee with cream & sugar without a bagel, when I knocked on the window and asked for my bagel the clerk said "Um, ok let me ring you up for that" and once I explained it to him they rushed my order and it had basically a hummingbird's beaks worth of cream cheese on it. Week 3: My wife and I decided to go into eat, each ordered a bagel with cream cheese one iced coffee and one hot coffee both with just cream. We got our coffees 15 minutes after we ordered and then watched a handful of people come and go before I asked if they had missed our order. The person whom I assume was the manager said "sorry some times it takes a minute " to which I replied "my wife and I have been waiting almost a half hour for two bagels with cream cheese" she apologized gave us two wrong bagels and when I asked to fix it she offered me a bag of chips for the trouble. After this I said I would never come back, and then my wife got a coupon... Week 4: Same order as above with my wife, we got two hot coffees with whipped cream. I asked if they could correct mine to an iced coffee I was looked at with confusion and I proceeded so watch the guy grab a spoon and ladle off the whip cream pour out a large portion of the coffee and add a scoop of ice and hand me back a warmish cup of coffee no cream and both coffees ended up being hazelnut and I to end my stint at This place, my bagel was so hot the cream cheese had liquified and melted out of my bagel into the bag. read more
