I treat myself to a personal sub which I usually share with my family because it's a whole sub from Jimmy John's at least once a week the sandwiches are about 1819 for the whole sub and I get it and cut it in fours so I can share with my family so my last visit to Jimmy John's was very unpleasant I ordered as usually online through the app pay for it go to pick it up it's not ready that was one thing that made the light bulb go off then I get the sandwich home and there's hair in my food so I didn't spend about $150 at Jimmy John's this month I won't be doing it again I'm done I complained to customer service and the response I got was we will work on it well thank you manager I will be keeping my money in my pocket! read more

It's JJ. They're fast. Maybe they sped up since the last few reviewers... but I was there two days ago and they were as fast as any other JJ's I've been to. Sometimes, it takes me longer to figure out what I want than it takes for them to make it. I always like extra veggies, and by the time I'm telling them which ones, they're almost done making the sandwich so I have to remember to tell them fast. I agree with Greg P. below - weird that they won't give you a bag (or put your sandwich in the bag). Even when I reach over and just grab a bag and put my sandwich in myself, I never hear a "Oh, I can get that for you" or "sorry, didn't know it was to go." They just kinda look at you... while making another sandwich. Oh, and they got rid of the sprouts... Heard somewhere that sprouts were being problematic and I'm not sure whether this is gone in all locations, but in any case. Sad. read more

2nd time getting the Caprese sandwich. First time there was no basil pesto, so I asked for extra basil pesto, and they once again didn't put any on there. Other than that, they are very nice and the food is usually correct. read more

This is my 2nd and LAST time ordering delivery from this location. I actually would give negative rating if possible. Made an online order, the process is easy to understand. order placed at 12:40 pm with CLEAR instructions on delivery. after 40 minutes i called to check on delivery status... it was LEFT at reception desk..how long????????? idk as that was not the instructions on the shift changed i was notified. Hence the reason I put exact delivery instructions. now onto the food..... The soda, most of ice melted and it was watered down The BLT, lack luster as i paid for extra bacon however it was mostly bread and tomatoes. the rest of the subs are for an event hopefully are not as disappointing as mines. *Please do not ask for delivery instructions if no one plans to follow them. read more

My husband gets a sub every once in a while so we saw they had a new sub called the All American Beefy Crunch and he had to try it! We were out running errands so we used the Jimmy John's app to order and pick up. It's very convenient to be able to do our grocery shopping and then run by and pick it up, so we love the app. You don't have to use a card to pay because there's an option for pay with cash, that's what he does. We pulled up in front of the location and he hopped out to grab his sub. When he came back he was disappointed that he had to wait for the cashier to acknowledge him, she was texting on her phone, so he said " picking up for Clark " nothing! No hello, I'm sorry or even a simple smile ( costs nothing to smile) She grabbed his sub, took his money, gave him his change all without a word. He said thank you and left, no response again. Ok so that's why only 3 stars, the sub was very good but he still liked his regular sub, The Hunters Club, better. He won't stop going to Jimmy John's and will still return to that location since usually he gets good service. Just a bad experience that time read more

I'm not sure what is going on lately with this location. It now takes over an hour to get your order, when I literally live 3 minutes away. They really need to hire more drivers. The food is good, orders are 90% of the time correct, but for the delivery wait time I had to give 2 stars. read more

I think Jimmy Johns is good because it doesn't take too long, there is fresh water, and you get to choose your own chips! And, the bread at Jimmy Johns is delicious! Sometimes I only eat the inside of it, I think that's the best! I recommend it. read more

Unfortunate I asked for a small Italian sub they said they "could not make one" made me pay eight dollars for a full size.

They gave me the wrong change, and if I hadn't caught it I would have been $20 short. They also blamed the mistake on me, and made one of my orders totally wrong. I had to go back in and correct it, making me late. Would not recommend going here read more

I live 1.6 miles away from this location, and although I offered to pay extra they would not deliver to my home. This location used to deliver to my house but changed the delivery parameter it to cut delivery off past Green Bay road. Just ridiculous, I live 17 blocks straight West, just two blocks past Green Bay Road. The staff were clueless and unhelpful. Cousin's it is from now on for me and my family! Here are a few business-customer breakdowns i've experienced, over the past 6 months, thats becoming business as usual practices in more than 4 different locations. #1- It is extremely frustrating that I need to repeat my order more than once, that's repeat- place order is 1, repeat after asked by cashier is 2. , after I've ordered and am making payment. I speak loud and the person taking my order should focus on the customer and the task at hand instead of what they are doing after work. #2- Another slow change is getting a receipt after payment of order. I used to get a receipt with my change. Most people have come to expect a receipt after a food order for many reasons, so why would JJ's assume, (you know what that makes out of u & me), to wait until the customer asks for a receipt before giving them a receipt for the order, when payment is made, not at the end of the food production line so as to verify proper change given and receipt of correct amount of food. When I do ask, I'm not refused it but, I'm looked at like what planet am I from-don't you trust us (JJ's) to get your order right? It doesn't matter to me how fast, just so it's right! #3- Last, after the sandwiches, that's plural, many the sandwich assembler completes, I believe that person has one more task to do before saying goodbye to that customer and that is to place the multiple sandwich orders in a bag for the customer to carry out his food order. I've experienced more times than not, I have to be ask to place the multiple count sandwiches into a bag so as to carry out of the shop in an orderly fashion because the other hand is for the door leading to the car and the keys. One time after I asked to have the sandwiches in a bag, please- the person handed me the bag and pushed the sandwiches toward me. I couldn't believe I was not receiving that simple courtesy. You can talk all day about how fast you are: I really think that no matter how fast you can do something, it's more important how well and complete you do it! So everyone knows the food here is consistent and good or you wouldn't order it. But let me tell you- not in a million years would I describe them as "Freaky Fast" or even moderately paced. it was a sickeningly slow summer day. i was chillin at work and the endless abyssal void that was my stomach longed for sustenance. faced with few options, i turned to jimmy johns. the man i once looked up to, the man with the plan. a very evil plan. a plan to destroy my lunch break, and many more to come, as i shall return to them no longer. the manager was more rude than a roman dictator and i was quickly and horribly shocked by his distasteful, over-abundance of hostility. as well as his equally lacking empathy for my given situation. alas, my sandwich was sent, but unto me it was not delivered. there i sat, waiting, dreaming of the moment where my hands meet his, exchanging the delivery bag. suddenly, i felt the buzz of my phone. i received the notification that finally it arrived, only to the wrong address. i called the location. my sorrow and woe were brought to the manager by word of mouth and he cared not. i was incapable of comprehending this incompetence and thus a 1 star review is what i give. never, ever again shall i suffer at his hand. read more

By far the worse service I have ever received at a jimmy johns. I stopped here to grab sandwiches for my family tonight after work. I ordered my subs and they were quickly made. As I was leaving the employees stopped me and told me I had the wrong subs. They checked my bag and said I was good to go. As I was outside getting ready to go to my car an employee came outside and asked me to come back inside AGAIN, as they had given me YET AGAIN a wrong sub. When I walked back in the store one employee threw my sub across the room to another employee, who dropped it on the floor. If that wasn't unprofessional enough to make you never want to go back to this jimmy johns I then got home to discover that I had been given two of the WRONG subs. Being fed up with this experience I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that I would have to come back to the store in order to get the new subs, as I was out of their delivery area. I am unsure how if it is inconvenient for them to bring my sub to my house how it is supposed to me more convenient for me, THE PAYING CUSTOMER, to drive the same distance back to the store. When I told them I would not be able to drive back and asked if they would refund my credit card, bI was told I would have to have my receipt to receive a refund. I never received a receipt for this transaction, so that was impossible for me to do. Needless to say, a stop that was supposed to result in a quick dinner for my family has actually turned out to be a huge headache, as I am out money and still had to cook dinner for my family. Normally I love Jimmy John's, but I am extremely frustrated with the service I received at this location. I hope a general manager will reach out to me and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I would hate to cut off jimmy johns for good. read more
