I then stopped in to west here and explained the situation and was told that my car was going in for paint that day and would be ready within a few days 3 days passed and I called to see the status and was told they didn't approve the paint job done and sent it back out to be painted again long story short by the time I got my car back I had incurred a $690 rental bill. I then asked for west here to help with the rental and was told the best they could do is send me a $100 gift card. I then inspected my car and noticed 2 scratches and the rare panel was still dented I called and was told to bring it in and they would be responsible for any new rental needed.I brought my car back in and was asked if I had time to sit and wait for the repair and if not to make an appointment for when I did have time.I then became angry and stated that I had to wait 28 days for a repair when I was paying the rental and now that they were responsible for the rental they can repair it that day. This is bad business I stormed out and now my wife will be sitting in their waiting room next Tuesday for who knows how long for them to make the repair. I am giving them 2 stars because…read moreI had the worst experience here. the customer service is terrible, they never call you back so you have to call them almost daily... when they do finally call they don't even call the number you leave on the paperwork that they make you fill out before leaving your car with them!!!! I am a government worker who works 10-12 hour days sometimes so calling a number I haven't used in 12 years usually won't get you in touch with me. Before all of this I dropped my car off on the scheduled appointment day and my car sat there for 3 days before anyone touched it and I ended up having to rent a car and because they refused to work with me and at least try to give me some type of estimated completion date it made getting a rental difficult and made getting to and from work extremely difficult! I don't live close to my job and don't have another vehicle or person that would be willing to drive m. I understand that people are busy but they said absolutely nothing to me about how my car would sit for 3 days before even being looked at. I also did not appreciate that they stuck stickers on my windows. I have a nice car and do not want anything like that on my vehicle as it could potentially ruin the glass and just makes the window look dirt. so the fact that I wasn't even asked if that was ok is extremely rude. I feel they are dishonest and do not care about the customers at all & will not be going back because I have never felt so disgusted by a company. will not buy, sell, or have any work done here ever due to this experience.

This does not happen even when tenants call; provide information re make and license plate numbers, and receive confirmation from the company that it agrees that these cars are illegally parked. There have been as many as 8 cars at a time that are not supposed to park here. This poses a major problem for the tenants because we live on a bus route and cannot park on the street due to the Winter parking ban.
