They seem to be trying hard but they are not changing their deep fry oil often enough. Fried food actually smells. Wish them luck.

The Rueben egg-rolls are worth a try and I highly recommend the double stack burger. We also had a flat iron steak which was done to the desired temperature and very flavorful. Ask them about house made old fashioned which age above the bar. Street parking is available in front of the restaurant. Staff is super nice and took fantastic care of my wife and I. Highly recommended

We came in and waited to be greeted by the hostess. Maybe 10 minutes passed and 2-3 other groups also came in before we saw the hostess and she had the sourest attitude I've seen that wasn't a snotty teenager arguing with their mom. The tables were so close together and booths tight that multiple groups had to adjust chairs or add chairs to a booth to be able to fit their group of 4 comfortably. Tables were left dirty & covered with dishes - two tables we're left uncleared for the entire 2+ hours we were there until the hostess with the horrific attitude cleared one glass at a time with a truly horrible look on her face. At one point when the hostess was walking back to the front from the kitchen, a young child (maybe 3-4) was politely walking to her table and the hostess said something to the effect of "get out of my way" - to a toddler, behaving perfectly reasonably and the hostess wasn't even carrying anything that might topple over. Our waitress was not much better than the hostess. While she was mostly pleasant, after 45 minutes we had to flag her down to ask where our appetizer was and she apologized before bringing it out 10 minutes or so later. It wasn't so busy that the kitchen was behind - I think she just forgot to put the order in or the kitchen forgot to fire it. We had placed our dinner order at the same time, and that came out shortly after the appetizer for 3 of the 4 of us. The 4th member of the party had to wait 10 minutes or so for her chicken wrap to come out. Flagging down our waitress for the check was also a challenge. She would disappear for long stretches of time. Service was truly appalling and we were there for over 2.5 hours for what we had expected would be a quick and delicious dinner. I won't go back.

The Hostess was rude from the door, she seamed like she had an issue with elderly people because she did not want to show them to our table , they had to find us. There were two different waitresses who clearly weren't communicating with each other because 5 of the 8 orders were wrong, some side orders never came with the meals. We had to keep going to the kitchen door because our waitress kept avoiding our table . At one point we saw 3 employees eating by the door and they were eating items we never received. When we finally got our drinks the rude Hostess who did not take the drink orders sat them at the end of the table and told us to figure out who had what because she did not know and walked off. We could not tell because some of the drinks did not look like the pictures so we could not tell either. The Hostess had a lot of hair out and two of us had long hair in our drinks. One of our Guest finally got his Macaroni and cheese right before we decided to leave and it looked like they put it in a condiment container , it was not full with a dirty spoon sticking out of it with dried hard cheese that looked like the spoon had been sitting dirty for days. This was disgusting! Some of the dishes would have been good if they had been complete upon serving. I received Chicken Quesadillas, they would have been good if I would have received lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or something. I asked for it and never received. At one point before leaving our guest who never got mashed potatoes went to the kitchen door to inquire about it and the girl that was cleaning tables and the Caucasian waitress with the tattoos on her face mocked her as she walked away. I don't know what the problem was I have been to this Chilis several months ago during the weekday and service was good. I had to get carry out containers from another waitress that I notice was constantly attentive to her table Whomever the Management team is needs to re-train the hostess and the staff

Got a maple old fashioned it had some sweetness but wasn't cloyingly sweet. Second drink was a bacon Manhattan. Made me think about 10 years ago when Bacon was really big. They call it hog hattan. Opened up with the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken on the salad was warm like it was in the oven. The pizza bread is nice touch. They also offer bell pepper as part of welcoming relish tray. Just made me think about ordering an Italian beef. The pork chops sounded tempting but ultimately ended up going with a NY strip for my entree. It was cooked how I like nice and rare. Double baked potatoes one of those steakhouse dishes when you see on the menu you just have to order. Closed it down with some cheesecake topped offed with some berries. I will say there could have been more seasoning on the steak like garlic, cumin, salt.
