This review is for February 2, 2020 So I am a little late giving my review on my order from that day. I will overall say I am giving these guys 4 stars for the entire meal. But I will break down my review so you can get a feel for the meal and decide from there if you would try it. My Photos may help with the review as well. So originally we could these guys on the seamless app, but comparing that app menu with Millos Pizzeria'smenu on their website, we chose to phone in our order so we could use the coupon on their website. Coupon deal was as follows: Large 14" 1 Topping Pizza 8 Piece of Fried Chicken 1 lb Rib Tips 2-Liter of Soda All for $25.95 price did nto include the tax or delivery charge that was extra. We got an extra item of Chili Cheese Fries for Pizza: So we got the following ingredients on ours: Ham and Pineapple. Overall the crust was not over done like most establishments do, you could literally taste the freshness of the pizza crust, everything else has pure flavor, the pizza basically was not over or under done. 8 Piece of Fried Chicken: Honestly this is why they got the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars I would have given them. If I had to be honest, the chicken tastes as if the oil it is fried in is that oil that has been used over and over again, it has a semi burnt taste to them. So tried to eat one then another piece to make sure but in the end could not finish the chicken as it is not fried chicken Ia m used to from other establishment, regardless if everyone makes it different, the oil used really makes a difference. Rib Tips: I got to say it has been a very long time since I had or found me a place that makes rib tips real well. If I had to I would just order these and be happy. The BBQ used has flavor, the meat was so moist it fell off the bone with no issue. There was pure flavor with these. soda cant really give an opinion on the soda lol, its soda. I had the RC Soda. Chili Cheese Fries: I was thinking the portion would have been half a tray or small like other establishments have done, but I got to say the portion of a whole tray was surprising and awesome.You can tell I like chili Cheese Fries and got to say they are good with the portion size as well th flavor was awesome with the chili used. So after this experience I can say Millos Pizzeria I got to say we will definitely be back. They are now our go to pizzeria in the area. read more

Normally I am not one to call out service people becuase, I have spent over a decade in the service industry, 13 years as management. But I am BEYOND LIVID, for $22.26. When mom and I found this place in EC we were really excited to have a pizza place near us. We ordered it and LOVED it. So we started ordering regularly 3 times a month. Tried pizza, ribs, chicken. All good food. Since we had the storm on February 12 I decided to get delivery, for the first time. After an hour I called to see where my food was. Told me it would be there in 10-15 minutes. Never came. Called back and kept speaking to the lady who answered the phone. She said she would call the manager bc I no longer wanted the food. I ordered from else where. She called the manager again, and told me it would take a couple days for the return. Having managed restaurants for over 10 years, I knew pending would just drop off. It didn't. So I waited for refund. NOTHING. I posted a review on their Facebook page that got. Got a response. Which I understood. I responded yesterday asking when I should expect my refund. No response. So I called early on my way to the grocery store.......... Spoke with the owner, which didn't really go well. 1-He said he has no record of the order. 2- said we haven't ordered for a while I said I am glad to come in and show my bank account. Get to the restaurant. I introduced myself and explained why I am there. He said I know. I showed him my bank account and the amount taken out. His response "how to I know you ordered". "I am showing you". Then it changed I never called back. As I said I wouldn't do this bc I have been in the industry. But I just can't let someone blatantly lie and take my money. I am providing pictures. 1-the times of the phone calls, canceled was no one picked up. 5:29 called the order. The last one at 6:39 when she kept transferring back and forth from the manger......that the owner is stating I never made. So then it became........why did you wait so long to come in. Maybe the day after. I didn't come in because I was told (and know) that pending takes a couple days. Then I waited to see if a refund was coming. In the end: I NEVER GOT A REFUND. Ordered a 3 piece fillet dinner and this is what I got! Fries had no life to them at all!!! The fish was re cooked and with that being said it was no meant inside! From the smell and look I know that is has been cooked in some bad grease. Called back and the lady was rude didn't offer my money back nor to re make my orders. I will not recommend anyone going here to waste their money! This dinner was $7.95 plus tax. I literally had to throw this out! Terrible!!! read more
