I used to love this place so believe me when I say that it hurts to say this. The gyro tasted like frozen rubber. Hot dog was flavorless.

I come here once a week and after sitting down, I always, 100% of the time, ask myself why I keep coming back. The employee/cashier who takes your order makes it an unbearable experience to dine in. This man yells, extremely and unnecessarily loudly, the order that the customer orders, to the employees/cooks who are standing no more than 5 feet away. So you sit down and try to enjoy lunch, and all you hear is this man yelling everyone's order. Unless this man owns the business, I can't figure out how it's gone on this long without anyone telling him he's being extremely unreasonable and rude to dine in customers. Every customer in the restaurant doesn't need to hear what everyone else is ordering, it's beyond annoying. Recently I seen a heavy woman order food where I couldn't hear what she ordered, then this employee loudly announces it to the entire place, and the woman looks to the right slightly embarrassed for order a lot of junk food. Just your average burger and brat joint. They say drive-in, but it really only is a drive through, and some indoor and outdoor seating. The menu includes brats, burgers, Italian beef and sausage, and your standard sides like fries, mushrooms, and cheese sticks (or anything else you can bread and throw in the deep fryer.) The service is usually pretty prompt, and the place is always almost immaculately clean. Not to bad of a place to go in lieu of McDonald's or Burger King. read more

I can see why this place has been here for a long time. It is always pumping out the same delicious hot dogs, burgers, and shakes. The hot dogs and burgers are always nice and juicy and hot along with the crispy crinkle cut fries they have. A milkshake always is the best accompaniment with these foods. Still on my quest to find the perfect hot dog and fries. Riding by this place noticed the Vienna hot dog sign in the window, that is usually my first reason to stop in. No poppy seed bun and it seemed a bit hard, and not steamed. No tomato slices and no celery salt. The french fries were the frozen crinkle cut type. The interior has a lot of pictures hanging around which is always worth a look. I live fairly close to Jimmy's Drive-In and for some reason, typically drive right by. It's been around for years! All of m friends tell me how great it is so I finally decided to stop in. They couldn't have been more correct! I ordered two gyros with extra sauce only, two hot dogs with everything, and a large fry for my family to share. My husband and I are huge fans of the gyros and were so pleased. When it comes down to any gyros, it's the sauce that makes the whole thing. Their sauce was absolutely amazing! My kids had the hot dogs; they said they were great. I believe them since they ate the whole thing. Even the fries were great. A large fry really was enough for my entire family. This restaurant is one of the fewest places I'll actually get out-door food from. They really know how to make good chicken sandwiches. The place is always clean and its a really great place to hang out with friends, relax, and eat good food. The employee's are very friendly and really fun to talk to. I've been going here for more than 5 year's and I have not had any problems here yet. I think what they need to work on is their burgers. They aren't bad but honestly, I don't really like them. They should also work on their hotdogs too, I really like their chili dog's but thats about it when it comes to hotdogs. They should change the hours also because usually on Sunday's i'm really hungry but they are closed. If you are ever searching for a friendly place to eat with the family or friends, I would really recommend this place. Give it a try, I am really sure you will like it.
