When the girl in the collision shop was checking my vehicle over she noticed it was an accessible vehicle (converted in the rear for my daughter's wheelchair). She asked me about it and if I had rental insurance. I told her that the conversion is for my daughter, its the only way I can transport her. I told her I have rental on my insurance but it only covers a small sedan but we can make it work, we always do. She asked me where you rent converted vehicles and I told her I always do business with The Creative Mobility Group in Byron Center. At that time she told me "We'll cover the extra rental fees". I was shocked. I knew that was at least $100 a day they were offering to pay. I assured her that we could make it work without a converted van (I just wouldn't be able to bring my daughter anywhere for the week, but we could manage just fine) and she insisted on helping us out and paying that extra fee for us. They ended up having our vehicle for 5 days and they paid the extra fees for the van. They did NOT have to do that and I didn't even ask. They saw a need and they went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter could be transported if need be. I will always use Preferred Ram Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Henry street for any of our repairs, etc. They have always done good by us but this was beyond what they had to do. The dealership attempted to buff the vehicle multiple times but never fixed the problem. What made matters worse was the General Manager, Scott Landreth, suggesting that the solution was to "get me out" of my damaged vehicle by purchasing another new car -- at my own expense. To me, this was nothing short of a greedy, self-serving attempt to push me into spending even more money, rather than taking accountability for the defective product I was sold. I opened a case with GM Corporate, and even they have confirmed the dealership is unresponsive. To this day, my brand-new vehicle is still scratched, and Betten Chevrolet has refused to resolve the issue. If you value honesty, accountability, and integrity, I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.

    This is the first time I've ever taken my car to a dealership garage instead of my trusty home…read moremechanic friends, and I honestly was pleasantly surprised! I made an appointment online, was able to put in all the information about my car and what needed to be done to it, and I got to choose the best time for me to drop it off. When I dropped my car off, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I parked outside the building and walked in to drop off my keys, but the service guys were very friendly and told me to bring my car inside. We briefly went over what it was that needed to be done and they took it from there! My car had 1 recall that I for sure knew about and needed to take care of, but they confirmed there were actually 3! All of which were taken care of in 3 business days which is really good considering one of the recalls included resealing the oil pan in which the new seal needed to sit for a day before they could do anything else. I also had my check engine light on. It was almost fixed with the recalls, however shortly after they told me my car was ready to be picked up, they called me again and said that after test driving it, my light came back on. They were going to run more tests and let me know the verdict. The next morning I got another call saying they figured it out, they could get the piece the next day if they ordered within the next 15 minutes and gave me a price quote that included labor and everything! Overall my car was there longer than expected, but I do feel like the service members went out of their way to make sure it was leaving in perfect condition. It also ended up being cheaper than I originally estimated! I'd definitely work with them again; having a Hyundai means needing service people who know what they're doing on a Hyundai and these guys did!

We made another appointment to take it in later. The mechanic made a helpful comment regarding another issue, which allowed us to fix the secondary problem ourselves. That's why we said "Maybe" we would recommend.
