He sent me pictures of which pool we would like, set up the clean up for removal of the collapsed pool, scheduled the delivery of the new pool, AND the install of the new pool. GET THIS- The pool collapsed on a Monday, and one week later on Tuesday, the girls' were swimming in the NEW pool. ONE WEEK LATER!
