I did not find out I did not have a car for the weekend until 3:30pm that afternoon when I called to make arrangements for pickup that my car would not be worked on until Monday. This left me without a way to work for 4 more days as it was a holiday weekend. Very, very inconsiderate and they gave or offered no explanation as to why the car was not repaired by the Thursday deadline. They people have no ethics.

On the day I brought it in, he called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me the estimate to have it repaired. They had the truck repaired and I was back on the road that afternoon. I would highly recommend them. Added bonus, the shop was immaculate.
