If I could give these POS a negative star I would. My teenage daughter went there for a safety inspection on her car and failed saying front end parts were bent and loose along with saying that her back brakes were so bad they could fail with in a week. Gave her a quote for almost $3k to get it to pass. I looked at it and the brake pads were little less then half life left and the front end had no bent parts and nothing was loose. I just took the car to another shop and gave them the reason for the inspection failure and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We will be contacting highway patrol about there bullshit. read more

We have been going here forever and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The work they do is outstanding and they do not overcharge. Everyone who works there is just amazing. I have a wheelchair ramp on the back of my car and a lady smashed into it so hard that she bent it and I couldn't use it. I went to Lambert's to see how long and how much it would cost. I left five minutes later with a young man bringing out a long bar and just pried it back in place for me. At no charge! I'm free again! If you need someone who is going to listen to you and do a great job then just go to Lamberts and you'll have no worries. read more

Long list of issues & oversights we experienced is truly mind blowing. The short review is they are liars & do POOR work! They had our vehichle the 1st time for 2.5 wks & the owner Shawn chooses to blame their oversights on us wanting to get our vehichle back but the truth is we were anxious to get it back because HE kept telling us certain days when it would be fixed so he was setting those expectations. There was an extreme lack of communication throughout the process because we had to keep calling each day we were told it would be ready only to find out it still wasn't ready. Keith mentioned to my husband while he was still working on the truck that he temporarily used shop towels to hold the wiring harness in place but we would have never dreamt the towels would be left in for us to drive off w/ 3 small children in our vehicle. Before my husband picked it up the 1st time he asked Keith about the towels/wiring harness & Keith said he was able to "jerry rig it". In our minds that never would have meant towels were left in there - being an extreme fire hazard! In addition to the towel issue, the inner fender well was put back on wrong & it caused rubbing, bolts were missing on the throttle body elbow, vacuum hoses were not hooked back up & the actuator bracket was not put back. By that weekend the truck was running rough so my husband spent hrs trying to assess what was wrong which is when he discovered all the above mentioned oversights. We were also quoted $2,300+ tax for the 1st round of work but ended up paying $2,670+. Had to bring back only a wk later for more repairs & were quoted $2,700+tax & were told it would be ready 11/11. It wasn't ready until EOD 11/12 & suddenly it was $3,400 with no heads up prior to decisions being made for us! I insisted on Shawn calling me where he ended up lowering price a whole $200-still $500 more than quote. Less than 2 days later my SP realized we now had a major oil leak that we didn't have before. He immediately called on Nov. 14 insisting that Shawn call him asap. He spent few hrs trying to assess where the oil was coming from (again had another fire hazard w/oil spraying all over the engine). Shawn didn't call back so my SP went to Lamberts early on 11/15 expecting to be a top priority after dropping $6k in less than 4 wks. That should've been the least they did! We never got an apology for all the mishaps. Initially Shawn even refused to work on it at all to fix the oil leak his guys caused because we posted a review on their business page. Seriously?! We were not willing to leave the truck though so they didn't fix the oil leak. After disputing the 2nd charges ($3,200) with our credit card company, Shawn contacted me indicating we could pay $2,600 instead (for the parts) but we were not satisfied after the long list of issues so I said we would pay $2,000 (which is in addition to the $2,670 we paid the first time). His one word response was "No". When I reached back out to him asking him to refund the $600, he refused & said the credit card company had sided with him & he would see us in small claims. Since getting the truck back and us repairing the major oil leak they caused but didn't want to fix, we have discovered more issues. Now the cruise control and horn don't work but they were fine before. We sure got way more than we expected after dropping $6,000 with Lamberts. The truck is running but still not great & we've had to fix many issues they caused & there are more issues yet to fix. I absolutely do NOT recommend Lamberts. Do yourself a favor & save yourself time, money & frustration and go anywhere BUT Lamberts! read more

i went on a Friday for my brakes and although they're nice and friendly, they're liars..i have a brand new battery, it's never been used it never gave me issues! i went to drop off my car and picked it up Monday my battery was completely dead! i asked if they left a light or something on and the guy told me i have a bad battery! are you serious?! instead of taking accountability they lied. i wouldn't even be mad if they told the truth cuz at least i know what happened but to have a bad battery when it's brand new i had it for a few months it never had an issue .. so though they were helpful, they weren't honest read more

We took my daughters car there and they did the bare minimum and charged her the maximum. Then when we came to pick it up less than 1/2 mile down the road it started smoking and was forcefully veering to the right. When we called them - he said well its not unsafe. We complained and he finally fixed it... only for us to pick it up and it be parked in calf high weeds and full of the owners lunch trash and kleenex all over the floor. Then the owner called and yelled at my daughter and told her she had mental problems after she said she was going to write a review. Here's your review Shawn! Guess I have mental problems too. Took my car in here based off the other reviews. I took it in for misfiring also mentioned I broke a vacuum hose that I couldn't figure out where it went. I told this place I just changed my spark plugs and coils they are about a month old and that I was 98% sure it was a fuel injector problem, if not that then the fuel pump. I was told they had to get a hose schematic and there was a hose in the air intake that was plugged in wrong. I was charged $300 and was told my car was tested and worked perfectly. I went and picked it up the check engine light was still on and it was blinking before I left the parking lot. The car was barely running and still misfiring. I left it there and left them a message. They then tried saying a coil was bad and they had one for $100 and told my fiancé that I brought it in for the hose issue, not the misfire but they would fix that if we wanted them to. . lied to me and my fiancé about the original diagnosis, as well as the car "running perfectly". I did a contact us off the website but as far as I know they have not reached out. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Completely waste of my time and money. All they did was clear the CEL code and told me it was fixed. read more
