The waitress should have given us the price. I called and talked to the "manager", who expressed admiration for his staff selling the higher priced entrees (by withinholding the price, I might add) and blamed the customer for not asking what the price of the specialities were. If we had known the price, we would not have ordered. But no apologies from the "manager". He could have cared less about what happened. In addition to this mishap, the service was slow and the kitchen ran out of mushrooms. How can an Italian restaurant run out of mushrooms?! Two of our entrees were supposed to have mushrooms on them. There's a grocery store within 1/4 of a mile from this place. When the kitchen knows you're going to run out, have someone go buy some! When we received our checks, we paid our bills, and they explained to the server that one meal was subpar cold. The bruschetta was horrible. She said yeah it's not very good and I'm like could you not have told me that as I was ordering because I was more than willing to pick up something else? Having been patron of noodles for years since the beginning, I want you to know I have never had a meal that was so poorly put together nor service one server one trainee and absolute ignoring this is about 4 o'clock or two tables in the restaurant do better noodles. It's a sad state of affairs when Olive Garden could've done a better job and for the record I had to detest Olive Garden so under 100 bucks later for two people I came home and ate peanut butter to the dishes were fine. Three of them were not service was nonexistent. I paid my bill. I didn't ask for any consideration on the lack of hot food. I did mention the soggy bruschetta and I might as well have been at McDonald's that's how much noodles Italian kitchen cared about their food their service and their reputation. Please note we did not ask for concessions. We only pointed out the issues after our total bill was paid. It was a very sad homage to what used to be a very, very good restaurant.

The sausage was pretty killer, a tad spicy. The mushroom pasta had a tinge of lemony zest to it. Morels were deliciously panfried in butter. My favorite was the to go order for a third person though: pistachio Alfredo, a similar sauce to the wild mushroom pasta but a bit nuttier. Zero complaints with the food, and i look forward to the owners new location (pizza Lotties) that will be opening soon i hear. This place is dangerously close to five star perfection, if only it were not so crowded (locals know whats up) and it's also a bit loud. The open air kitchen is a nice touch but probably doesn't help with the noise. Imo good food for decent value and would be worth the wait (you can enter into the waitlist online which i will certainly do next time and probably opt for patio seating if possible) All in all very satisfied. We didn't get one refill, didn't get one "do you need anything." We watched her talk to who I assume was the manager about pre-closing, and watch her take phone orders. I get that she might be new, but there seemed to be no interest in taking our order or serving us. After we finished our food, we stacked our plates and waited for it another 30 minutes for the check. When we finally received it, I just walked up to the counter to get checked out because I was not going to give her my card and wait for another God knows how long.
