'Manpreet' is my go-to person as most of the time, she is the only person who manages this place and expertly multitasks with the customers. She helped me get my brows back in shape and is very careful with my sensitive skin. The wait can be long but I prefer to call ahead and get an appointment around the time I do my grocery at Sprouts. YAY! They're finally open!!! Jinder is a godsend for my tired, overworked skin. I got threading for my brows and lips, and finished with a microdermabrasion and facial. She keeps everything clean and sanitized efficiently and limits customers so it's safe and comfortable. She also checks your temperature and asks if you are sick or have symptoms before your appointment. I recommend calling her to schedule an appointment versus walk in. Terrible customer service. Very poor quality. They never return your messages. Their facials are not worth the money - they cut a lot of corners. Buyers beware. After reading other reviews it appears as if you have a Groupon you are doomed - isn't that antithetical? Don't you use Groupon to ACQUIRE customers not invite them to write horrible reviews? Their service is so bad I cancelled my second appt. mostly because they could care less about making one for me and I rec'd my refund from Groupon. Moved from the East Coast and wanted to find a suitable replacement for threading. As a guy, I was apprehensive that too much would be taken off the eyebrows. I decided to give this salon a chance after reading all the positive reviews. Finding the place can be a little bit tricky. One recommendation is to park in the parking lot off of the Harrison Street. You will be next to the animal center and launder land. Jinder made me feel at home and once I explained to take it slow, she would check in with me every few minutes. I was finished in 15 minutes and very happy with the results. It's been months since I've gotten my eyebrows threaded that they've become overgrown and had lost its shape. Jinder was very patient while listening to me describe the shape of brows that I wanted. MY ACTUAL EXPERIENCE - she asked me to write the review and i wrote above bcz i on thr first visit she just cleaned up my eyebrows. on my second visit she totaly screwed up.. being a asian i have heavy eyebrows and she made it so thin so it was looking so weird. i didnt argue bcz she doesnt want to accept her mistake. i thought in next visit she will reconcile but thats i did blunder miskate by going to her. she totally changed the shape of one eyebrow and other make it super thin. when i asked her what she has done she advised me to put pencil. is she mad or what? will never never go again. on the top of it she was in hurry and when she didnt do the proper clean up of hairs i asked her to do it . she said i have other customers????? am i not paying her or is she doing for free??? totally unprofessional.. wont go again at all read more

STAY AWAY!!!! I wrote a review but felt bad so I took it down but a month later I am still livid. Jinder did my brows for years so when I found out she opened her own salon I came to check it out. Jinder wasn't there so another poorly trained lady began to thread my eyebrows. I told her, "Very thick. Keep the thickness just clean them up with an arch." I have been telling the girls at several other salons this for 10 years and have never had a problem until now. She took half of my thick eyebrows off and a month later they are growing back in patches. There is a chunk missing from one brow and it is rounded while the other is straight on the top. Every one of my friends commented that they are much thinner and uneven than they have ever been. I have gone to Shiva's, Hollywood Eyebrow, Khubsurat, and Viji's and have never had this miserable of an experience. My eyebrows don't seem to be growing back despite rubbing castor oil on them. First time I asked Jinder to keep my eyebrows the same thickness, just cleaning and a trim. Walked out of there with thinner brows then I wanted. Stayed away for months but then decided to give it another shot. This time, I wanted to do eyebrows and upper lip. I told her I wanted my brows the same thickness, just cleaning and a trim. Pretty simple. I ended up walking out with crooked eyebrows and bleeding lip. One of my eyebrow had a higher arch then the other and one thinner then the other. Just save yourself the heartache. I've been going to this place for two years now! I love the service and they're always available even if you didn't call in advance. I usually get my eyebrows threaded but I also decided to go for the wax package. It comes with the full legs, full arm, and armpits all for just $50. It was my first time getting waxed but it was easy, fast, and she made it so it isn't awkward. If their is a certain way you want your eyebrows just say it and they will do just that.
