I came back because my window was replaced due to a fracture caused by age and the changing weather conditions. They still maintained the excellent customer service and engaging interaction. Their waiting room is nicely air conditioned and is also very cozy. After i grabbed lunch across the street, i went back in and wanted to wait until the job was done. I didnt realize i had dozed off and woke up to a phone call that it was finished. Their restrooms are very well maintained and their fridge is fully stocked. I had two of my cars with llumar, and most recently with Xpel as that's what his shop uses now. They have samples for different % in display for you. I haven't had any issues with the tint jobs ( yet ), and the other cars have had it on for a few years now. Xpel is the newer one, but hoping it'll hold up just the same. For our older car, we chose the 3M Ceramic, and it has made driving in it a huge improvement. We no longer feel the sun sensitivity we normally experience while driving (rashes even with sunscreen), which is such a game-changer. For our new car, we chose the 3M Crystalline, and it is incredible. I can't say for sure that this is what saved our windshield from webbing when a giant rock caught us by surprise, but it sure seemed like it.
