Brought my car in the morning and I ended up waiting onsite while they worked on the car, and the job took a little over 3 hours with 2-3 guys working on it throughout. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even offered to grab something for me from the gas station while I waited, which was appreciated. They had WiFi available, so I was able to get some work done during the process. Most importantly, the car turned out great when everything was finished. They did a great job on my Tesla S in and out. Had the ceramic coating done in and out, and I am very happy. The staff repeatedly asked me my thoughts, and were always pleasant and helpful. Had a touch up both in and out, and they took care of them immediately. Also, vacuumed my car, which was not part of the package, but it is the little things like that which separates you from the rest. And, it was done when they said it would be done. I searched the internet for auto window tinting. After viewing considerable number I settled on Diamond. I was first contacted by Bryan. After I texted also with Michael, I set up a time today to deliver the car. I brought the car at 1PM. I mainly spoke with Chris i believe, I returned from lunch nearby at 2PM. I sat and waited. About 3PM I asked how much longer. The young man said about 30 minutes more. At 5PM I went into the office inquire. I said I have been waiting 4 hours. The staff person took offense at me asking where my car was as if it was his fault that I did not have my car. Obviously all the staff are quite young (18 to 22 I would guess) and did not understand that a customer could ask where his car was. Chris showed up and I was relieved at first. But he took immediate offense being ask about my car, that it was 4 hours already. My voice was commanding and looks like he is only used to soft gentle voices talking to him. He could not answer my question at first. I told him I had been waiting 4 hours and he said it could take much longer. I said I wish he had told me and I would have had my wife pick me up. He again took offense because I strongly asked why it has taken 4 hours and still not finished. I told him he was giving me a bullshit story and he took offense at me calling his story bullshit even though he smirked when he said it. He said they are almost finished with my car. But if I cannot wait they can take the film off and give me back my car. I said again you are giving me bullshit. He then went to the back with his other staff to hatch a plan as to what to say next to me. The guys is so transparent. Less than three minutes I went around the side where they were inside standing around my car. Chris says here is your car and you can take it. We took the film off. I am sure you cannot take the film off that fast, in five minutes of less. I took my car and left. As I was driving I noticed the same dirt marks and debris were still on the windows and the stickers they were to remove were still on. Obviously in the 4 hours my car was there nothing had been done. I am sure the young men were laughing after I left having wasted 4 hours waiting, I was impressed by the fact that not one of the young men had the courage to speak up and tell the truth. They looked so immature and it was surprising they were still telling tall stories at their age while working in a professional shop. Bryan must have gone off on his Juneteenth holiday trusting he left his shop in the hand of young mature men. Young boys they are, almost still children. No hint of responsibility or respect. Was one of these Bryan's son. I hope not. They were thoroughly lacking in intelligence and rigor. Could not think on their feet to understand what professional character was. Additionally I spoke with someone older inside before coming out side. He was 45 years old or so. He said he worked there. But then he backed away from taking any professional responsibility. I don't worked here, I work next door he said quickly. Wanting to steer clear. There were no adults on the room to speak to. Kinda sad. Everyone did not want to get "in trouble". But the opposite was true, there was a customer here, me, hoping someone would talk with honesty and clarity. The simple solution was that I would have called my wife to pick me up. Now I waits for one of the young boys just to say "we messed up with our scheduling and we are sorry you waited so long and we never got to your car. I would not trust this shop to do good work. read more
