Brought my car in the morning and I ended up waiting onsite while they worked on the car, and the job took a little over 3 hours with 2-3 guys working on it throughout. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even offered to grab something for me from the gas station while I waited, which was appreciated. They had WiFi available, so I was able to get some work done during the process. Most importantly, the car turned out great when everything was finished. They were amazing in removing the cigarette smell from my Mazda cx-5. I have tried many places and many products and nothing work until I went to this place. They were super nice and great customer service by the way. They did what they say they were going to do and I was not disappointed. They did a great job on my Tesla S in and out. Had the ceramic coating done in and out, and I am very happy. The staff repeatedly asked me my thoughts, and were always pleasant and helpful. Had a touch up both in and out, and they took care of them immediately.
