As I sat for two hours, I noticed that the manager was demanding tips for those paying with card. One girl came in and didn't tip and she asked "you're not going to tip?" Putting her on the spot. The girl only gave $3 but then the manager told her it wasn't enough for the serves they provided. I was embarrassed for the girl! I just hoped that her bluntness would be something I could put aside for a good mani/pedi but then a week later my nail polish started to chip (gel that is). The barbicide looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, and there were dust and toenail clippings all over the floor. It did not feel like a clean or safe environment. I came in asking to have my Gel-X nails removed, and the woman immediately began arguing with me, insisting they were acrylic. I repeatedly told her I only get Gel-X, but she continued to argue instead of listening. It was clear she had no idea how to properly remove them. She kept painfully prying at my nails, even though I told her multiple times that it hurt. To make matters worse, she began lecturing me about how I should never get Gel-X nails, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Despite the terrible experience, I still tipped her -- and she snatched the cash from my hand without a single word. There's still product left on my nails, and I honestly regret ever walking into this place. I will never be coming back.

I was waiting for an employee to be done with someone else's pedicure so she can help me. I saw her take the tools she used on the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER , run it under water, and came to where I was sitting. I confronted her about it and asked if they were the same ones and the other employee said no (I wasn't even asking her) and then the person I was talking to said "yes" but that she cleaned it with solution. NO SHE DID NOT. I came on here to see the other reviews and I'm not surprised that a lot of people have said that they got toe infections ! It's FILTHY! I will NEVER come to this place again. She was nice as well but she did cut me twice and at times it was painful. I thought they were probably little paper cuts and just hurt at the moment and it would go away. But they're not that small, and a day later they still hurt. It hurts when the tops of my big toes brush up against anything. My mom's pedicure was done by a older man, she said hers went well and that it didn't hurt.

Morris is nice and his customer service was a little better, but the boyfriend has a horrible attitude.
