My cousin was nice enough to book my lash appt for me because I had complimented her and the lashes that she had. Long story longer, I ended up getting mine done by Vivian (who would constantly burp while she was doin my lashes and constantly getting messages on her phone at full blast and I can hear her music she was playing and arguing with a male on the other line) which looked nothing like my cousins so my cousin called the same day so I can get them "fixed". I then came back today to get them redone since I'm going on vacation this weekend as I told Vivian and she stated that I would have to come back in 2 weeks to get them fixed from classic to 3d so I told her let's just take them all off and redo them or just add more to what I had cuz some lashes had no extension on them, (outer and inner corners) then she stated she didn't have time. I told her u didn't take me until 11:30 and my appt was at 11:15 because she was too busy with the person prior trying to charge 2 cards for her services which she had trouble doing and I waited patiently. I then asked I will need a refund since it's not what I want and you will not help me get what I wanted in the first place. She then called the manager because she said she doesn't know how to do refunds. I spoke to the manager and had to repeat myself and explained the miscommunication and still the manager refused to accommodate me. So I told her never mind and that I will leave a review and dispute it with my bank since no one can help me. She never once was sympathetic to my needs and never once stated that they will fix the problem. Not sure what business practices are instilled on this business but the customer is definitely never right in their eyes. I will never be going back to this business.

Janice did my lashes and although she was asking me what type of style I advised I like open eye 4D with D curl and she informed they do 3D or 6D. We went with 6D and although it was not my preferred style and I was not too thrilled she advised next time we can do 3D but the problem is that 24 hours later my eyes are still red and irritated from the glue. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

For my first appt I only came for a 3 week fill. I swear I had closed my eyes around 6:35 & I kid you not by like 7 I awoke to having full lashes again which is record time!!
