Location has a nice ambiance and staff is courteous and inviting. However, after 8 days of getting my gel x nails they began to lift and crack. (One nail even broke when I went to grab my dog). My hair, floss, and anything else that can get caught in them do! It's frustrating because I paid $134 for both feet and hands and I did not receive the quality nails that I usually get for that price. It was my first time and I will not recommend nor go back.

This is an amazing gem of a nail salon tucked away on a cute block. The quality of work is what keeps me coming back. Every time I come here I am so pleased with the results of my full set, fill in and/or pedicures. I usually get a French tip pedicure a they are always so neat. The nail techs are very nice and the ambience is quiet. They have tvs and music playing and they also offer a cold drink. I will be coming back for sure.

Nice, clean spa and the workers were kind to me but $55 is not worth this quality. Requested a regular gel manicure, but the worker tried to talk me into gel-x for more length. I told her I didn't want to add any length and was comfortable with the shape and length of my natural nails, but she then suggested builder gel for more strength. I was left with thick, bumpy, misshapen nails. Will not be doing builder gel here again. I've gotten beautiful pedicures here, with good shaping and cuticle cutting, but this time I requested of the worker 3 times to not cut my nails down because I already had the length I wanted, and that she could just file them to even out the shape, but she still went ahead and clipped my nails significantly shorter than what I came in with. She was thorough in her work and I left the salon with a well done pedicure, but my nails were left much shorter than I wanted them even after I told her multiple times not to cut them at all to begin with. All in all a very pretty and comfortable salon, and I've had positive interactions with the workers there, but I really wish they would be more mindful of my requests, as the client, and not recommend services that they aren't skilled enough in.

I went here to get a pedicure done about a month ago with my mom and we both had excellent service. Wendy did an amazing job on our nails and we felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The prices are also very reasonable

This is what happens when you cheat on your original nail lady. I came in for a full set. I asked for acrylic. She gave me gel X. I'm the type to go with the flow. Nails are not filed correctly as you can tell from the pictures the back of the nails were not cured correctly.. super unsatisfied. Paid $110 for this.. will definitely never be coming back or recommending anybody. My pinky already started peeling..

This place is only getting 2 stars for the vibes and aesthetics. I really wanted to love this place because it's close to home and I wasn't able to drive far due my car being rear-ended. But my first experience would be my last. I asked for Gel X and signature pedi with gel. My pedicure was basic and fine. No complaints. But unfortunately the woman that did my hands, drilled my cuticles so bad it bled. I told her it was burning and it hurts. But I am not sure why she continued to drill my cuticle! And like why does the skin around my pinky finger feel raw and swollen? And I asked for a simple daisy design which she was unable to do. I find this odd because their photos online have a lot of complicated design. So she ended up just using nail stickers that came off the next day. The price also doesn't reflect the quality that I paid for. The next day, I ended up going back to my original salon with my broken car to fix the mistakes all this one did.

My local nail salon will tell me if they can or can't & I've changed designs before when they've mentioned it's not their strong suit, no problem I get it, it's not a big deal. This is what this salon should've done in my opinion bc they weren't able to pull it off. I admit I wanted something a bit complicated & pulled designs from 2 different pics so I jumped back & forth showing what I wanted on each nail trying to make it as easy as possible. On one of my nails she just started doing it & when I asked if she was doing the specific design she blew me off saying "yes yes later" but before finishing my nail I asked again bc it looked different. She didn't do the right one then seemed annoyed that I brought it up even tho I had asked earlier. I was uncomfy after that & felt they just wanted me out. I wasn't being listened to I was brushed off. I felt like a nuisance & I only asked like 3 questions. They all kept coming & looking & talking & staring but I couldn't understand what they were saying. It wasn't worth it at all. I got home & cried bc they were bad but mostly bc of how I was treated!! They were for my bday & I had to have ugly nails. The paint ended up chipping off about 2 days later!! I still tipped a few dollars bc I felt bad & I'm non confrontational & this is someone's livelihood but I never returned & don't plan to!!

I've been coming to Tracy's Nail Spa since 2023. I generally come in for a mani/pedi with gel nail polish over my own long nails. The quality of the product is exceptional they last for weeks without chipping! I also bring my 87 year old mom, who has severe arthritis pain & very fragile. The techs are very patient, gentle and focused on her comfort. I appreciate that. I also prefer to walk-in without an appointment during the week days because the salon is not busy during this time & I get seated in a chair right away. It's relaxing for me plus I enjoy my time with the techs. On cold days they provide hot tea/coffee on hot days the provide cold beverages.

Please visit Tracy's Nail Spa!! I don't get my nails or feet don't often at all and am quite ticklish, but they made my experience extremely comfortable. The place is super clean and they even have the massage chairs for pedicures. They also have a cute lil coffee/tea bar for guests. Prices are super fair as well and I absolutely love how my toes came out! I also love how you can easily book an appointment through their website. I opted for the $38 pedicure package, with an addition of gel $10 and chrome for $15 more, totaling $64. The feet scrubbers did not hurt or tickle at all, and they did such an amazing job i love the way my toes came out. Request Anna! She is the sweetest and so good at her job. They don't try to rush your service and you can absolutely tell they are amazing at their craft. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone! read more

Super disappointed in today's appointment. Not only are my nails mediocre, I kept telling the nail lady it was burning when she was filing down my nails with the electric file and she kept going until I finally said no. I also told her the power was too high on the e file but still kept going. I don't need perfect nails but some attention to detail would be nice. On a positive note, the lady who did my pedicure did amazing! I'd go to her again but this is why I never try new places. Hard to find people who will treat your nails with care. Posting this bc I paid $100 for their services. read more

This is my second time coming here . Both times they were nice ladies and they greeted me and made sure I had a complimentary drink while I was waiting or being serviced . I had the pleasure of being serviced by TAMMY . Her service is high quality in my opinion. Before we started she heard what I had to say and what I wanted and did just that . I appreciate her taking her time and doing my pedicure the way I asked her to . I have been to many establishments but I can say that TAMMY a d the quality pedicure I received today definitely has made me a loyal customer from now on ! I walked in with my wife, sister, cousin, and mother once they opened. They got pedicures and manicures. We waited for around 30mins to an hour. People walked in and had appointments. They only had 1 nail tech and they all don't know prices. The owner was getting frustrated pricing everything. We eventually ended up leaving and coming back for each one to get their nails done. They have bad customer service, bad pricing, and they are so unorganized. We ended up going to a different nail salon down the street. With better experience, customer service, and pricing. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at Tracy's Nail Spa. I came in on Friday with my mom, and we were both serviced by Mily. I even asked for her name because I wanted to remember who did our nails. What made me uncomfortable was that she kept asking me to book with her next time. She even wrote down her personal phone number . I didn't think that was appropriate. I came to support the salon, not to be recruited to follow an individual nail technician. I felt this was unprofessional and inappropriate. read more

I've been coming to Tracy's nail spa since 2024 & i absolutely love them! I am always willing to wait however long is needed for my nail set/pedicure, they also offer other services! Any time I show them my inspo Anna & Tracy make it happen for me, the gentleman here has also done my nails and he's very good as well! I've recently started a builder gel journey with Anna due to being highly allergic to primer & they have made accommodations for me, 100% recommend this nail spa, they also offer beverages, and the whole spa & tools are very clean, thank you Tracy & staff for always being so welcoming! read more

The staff was very friendly, we got helped right away. I got a pedi and my partner got a mani/cat eye. We both left extremely satisfied. My partner had a lot of questions about the cat eye and they were very helpful and patient. I loved my pedi, Mandy was very detailed and really took her time. I had a couple of ingrown and she got them out. It was hot out and the ac was on and they even offered us drinks during our sessions. Definitely coming back, this will be my new nail spot! read more

I walked into Tracy's without an appointment since I was getting ready for a wedding and they took me in immediately. Linh gave me a pedicure and gel nail polish. She had a gentle calm touch and took care of my feet as well as help me choose a color to match my dress! Thank you Linh for excellent atten to detail and care!! I will definitely come back to get my pedicures here. The salon was immaculate they had checklists for caring for their stations which is rare. read more

I just want to say WENDY is the absolute best!! I've been going to her for years now& I follow her wherever she goes . She does the best pedicures and manicures. She takes her time and makes sure the shape is immaculate she's always so kind and sweet. She always makes time to attend me even if she's super busy. My sister , sister in law and a lot of my family members always go to her. I go to pico to do my nails but refuse to do my toes with anyone else but her! She's the best you will find. You have to book an appointment with her ! read more

Pedicure was $27 and If you want gel it's an extra $10. I got charged $60 for basic white powder acrylic short set. At first she told me $55 but then the owner said $60. I had also asked if my cuticles could be cut and I was told that is an extra $10! Aside from that while I was getting my toes done, another customer was yelling at the owner because she kept her change, definitely will never come back. Shady nail shop! read more

So I utterly forgot to take photos of the inside. Which is a bummer because it is SO cute. The theme is pink and gray. They have great pedi chairs and adorable couches to wait on. Fresh paint. You can tell this is a new spot (opened a few weeks ago). They're very responsive via Yelp. Which is nice because that's what got me in here on a whim! It's owned by a woman named Tracy and her daughter helps out at the front. They are all super nice and welcoming. In regard to my actual service, I will say that's my only not 5+ star thing to say. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't the best final result I've had. To begin with they tried to really upsell my manicure and pedicure. Which I get. It's a business. I just didn't have the funds for anything other than basic. But I ended up doing the gel x set and a basic pedi with two acrylic toenails. The pedi was nice but my fake nails are pretty thick and a little uneven. My hands has a similar issue. You can see in the photos that my left ring and pointer finger are crooked. Which you can't fix once it's glued on. But honestly it happens to all of us. We all have off days. My nails will grow and I'll file and fill accordingly lol. Overall I'm still giving it 5 stars because the experience itself was so great. I had Lanie as a tech and she talked to me the whole time about life and really seemed to care about what I was saying. Rare at a nail salon. She was SUPER sweet and we hugged on the way out! I also got given cuticle oil, an awesome looking foot soak scrub kit, and they have 20% off all services currently. Plus, look at those colors! Fabulous! So many to choose from too. read more

Amazing service, i get a pedicure about once a month and i love coming here. The service is great and the take really good care of my feet, they definitely need it. My first impression of the nail salon was that it was bright, clean, and free of any strong chemical odors. Nail technician Anna was incredibly professional, meticulous, and considerate. She gave me advice on nail care based on my individual nail condition and frequently checked on me for any discomfort while trimming my nails. I always feel very relaxed after each pedicare and mecare session, so I've become a regular customer. I've recommended Anna to my family, and they are all very satisfied with her professional service and personalized nail care advice. I saw this new business on Main Street, thought I'd give it a try. I absolutely NEVER wax my eyebrows. I have always gotten them threaded. So I walk in there, requesting wax eyebrows, not the friendliest when you walk in, which should've been a sign right off the bat. I hadn't noticed or paid much attention to my eyebrows, usually they hand you a mirror to ensure you're happy, right? Definitely not the case. When I paid, it was $12. On top of that left a tip. When the lady was charging me I overheard her saying something to her coworkers in their language. Before I walked out I told her this is the first time I get my eyebrows done with wax, she just nodded her head. Then I get to my car and come to look at them. I will never come back here again. The lady didn't have the decency to acknowledge her mess up. read more

My lashes always last me 2-3 weeks before needing a fill & appointments is usually anywhere from 1.5-2 hours, which is the normal. The vibe inside is super relaxing, like a spa. The beds are comfy & I knock out every time I come in lol. They offer blankets if you're cold & little pillow to put under your legs or your back. There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied. After going through their instagram posts, I decided to go for it and was able to set up an appointment through DM. The place was very clean and organized and you get your own private area. They even put relaxing music which I enjoyed a lot. I didn't get a lot of time to go over the styles and stuff with the technician since it seemed that she wasn't comfortable speaking in English. I ended up choosing the 2D natural wispy style but didn't get to go over what type of curl. Since I have monolids, it can be very tricky to get the right style to suit my eye shape and I would value having a technician who would have more knowledge on what styles suit monolids more. My technician was very quick. She finished doing my lashes in about 45 minutes. The end product did not look bad at all but since I have straight stubborn lashes, it does weigh down the extensions, making my eyes look even smaller. I really wish I could've asked for D curl instead since I believe that would help lift my eyelids a bit. Also, I do not feel any poking or itching whatsoever which I'm really thankful for but I really wish the extensions were applied more evenly. I could see some areas on my right eye that is more sparse than my left. In addition to the lengths which do not look even when my eyes are open.

There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. This nail salon is the best one yet. I have struggled to find a nail salon that attends to my needs and I'm happy I have found it! Just know, this will be my go-to stop and I will always come back! The whole process of doing my nails with them is so nice and comforting. The salon is spacious and the color theme is so nice! She was focused and gentle with my hands. She made sure the nails were money's worth. Tracy, the owner is also so kind and attentive to all of the customers. I've been getting my pedicures and manicures with Wendy for about 8 years now. Everytime she moves to a different location I follow her. I've had pedicures done by other people when Wendy is on vacation, they do an ok job, but not as good as Wendy. Wendy takes her time and does a very thorough job. She has a procedure that she follows and she never takes short cuts. It doesn't matter if there's other people waiting for her, when she is working with you, you are her only customer at the moment. So if you want great service at a reasonable price, go see Wendy at Tracy's Nail Spa and treat yourself to a much deserved pedicure or manicure. Enjoy. read more
