I requested for a gel mani/pedi. They were nice about me being a walk in and offered me water and turned on the massage chair. Everything was going well until there were two customers coming in for a pedi. The nail tech working on my pedi seemed to be frustrated and as she was removing the previous gel polish and scratched up my toes really bad that I started bleeding. It's. Under new ownership and management. Lyn and Helen were the two technicians on site. I've hadn't been in the last 6-8 months because I've been caring for my own nails. Doing DIY at home. It was coming along but not as quick as I'd like. So today I went in to get a mani & pedi.for my special family occasion tomorrow. It's a lot brighter and open than it was last time I was there. Lynn saw my nails and recommended Gel Nail Tips. She assured me they are less damaging than acrylics or dip/gel manis. So I took her advice. Helen was in charge of my long, long, long needed pedi. I chose a deluxe package with no regrets. For an additional charge she made my ugly clipped big toes look naturally beautiful again. All in all I left there very happy.
