I came in the other day and got gel nails. During my service she had me soak my hands in acetone. Towards the end of my service she got the same acetone my hands were being dipped in and poured it back into the big bottle on her cart. That is so unsanitary. Ended up coming here because my sister had an ingrown toenail and my mom recommended this place so I decided to remove the nasty acrylic set I had on and get a new one since we were already here. BEST DECISION EVER, they were super gentle with removing the set I had on and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my nails! My sister also said they were trying to make her procedure less painful even though she had a lot of ingrown nails. Overall we both had a very great experience and will both be coming back soon! I've come to the realization that if you have to declare yourself to be the "BEST," you are usually far from it. With that said, please avoid this place and save your money! I came here during my lunch break to remove a previous gel manicure since my nails were growing out. I was short on time so instead of driving to my go-to spot Lucky Nails down the street on Valley I dropped by here...BIG MISTAKE. I mentioned that I was limited on time, and since there were only 3 customers in the store they started working on me right away, which I appreciated. I don't have any complaints about the initial gel removal process, but I did want to repaint my nails afterwards and something as simple as that was done terribly. First off, the lady who was assigned to me (Tina) couldn't file my nails straight. Certain fingers were crooked and even though I had mentioned it several times she still couldn't file my nails right. I eventually gave up on asking. Afterwards I noticed that she rushed the paint job. The application process was extremely uneven and she didn't even bother to remove any excess nail polish from the sides of my fingers or cuticle.She also did a really sloppy job at applying the clear coat. She never made sure the clear coat covered the entire nail, so I currently have to repaint my nails to make sure it doesn't start chipping (which it has already after only a day). Unfortunately, after reading all the negative reviews it looks like this place employs staff who are just not well trained so I would highly recommend staying away. read more

I love this nail salon. It's small place so you get that 1 on 1 feel which I love , most salons take on more clients than they can handle and make you feel like they are trying to rush you out . I've only been to this salon once before and it seems okay. Even though I heard otherwise. Well, I finally experienced the otherwise. The gel they used was very pretty, but I didn't realize it wasn't dry fully, until I got into my car and it slightly smudged. I also should not have agreed to get my nails cut. At the new location right away I was asked in concern where I got my nails done before ? It took them over an hour and a half and three workers to take off the sticky powder that Best nails used on me . Which now has me thinking is a powder that should not be used . They do work pretty quick, but they cut a lot of corners because of this. Cuticles weren't cut right, no foot scrub. The lady who did my pedicure, left to get lunch before my toes were done. My nails starting chipping a day later. All I do is gel for both my hands and feet. They have never chip elsewhere before. I always get my nails done so I know how it works. This lady used curve tips when I didn't ask for them. Tracy removed the curve tips and wanted to put the new tips on my nails with them still having part of the previous nail tip and glue. They don't know what they're doing and try and make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. The older woman that does mine was very gentle in taking out the ingrown nails. I didn't feel a thing. I've been here about 5 times already. She did not do them short and looks like. 12 year old painted my toes. She changed $28 because we got gel. No massage or anything. Will not return. Initially, I thought this could be my new spot because the lady was so concerned about my nails being so damaged from the previous nail salon I had gone to a few times. HOWEVER! That was short lived. My pedi was decent, water was hot and she didn't use the curing light to set the gel polish. Yet I was still thinking this is my new spot. Moving on to my mani, she asked if I wanted to pay before she polished my nails, yes of course. $35 for a so called gel pedi and mani. I handed her my card but she whispered "no no go to atm. I polish now and wait for you", odd that she whispered but ok. She applied 2 coats of clear polish, let my nails dry, go to the ATM and I thought she would finish my nails once I paid. NOPE! She said no my nails were too damaged and clear polish is better to make them grow faster! I was sooooo irritated I walked out. So basically I paid $35 for a fake gel pedi and mani that was just hot water. TOTAL RIP-OFF! Ohhhh wait there's more! While I'm waiting for my nails to dry a lady walks in asked to get fills with powder they turned her away because they said they didn't have enough powder! ‍ Hey BEST nails! Found this place while I was driving by and in need of a mani/pedi. When I walked in no one really said anything for a bit. A group of 4 employees was sitting, eating and talking, finally they noticed me. Asked what I needed and I said mani/pedi and one walked with me to my seat. Before anything I asked if I could use my debit card as I seen in the window the visa sticker that they do. The lady said no because their machine was broken and that I could use the atm machine inside the valley mall. I said no I don't feel safe using that one and that I would go to the bank and return. All the employees looked at me like i had done something terrible and started talking to each other in their language while looking directly at me.
