WARNING ‼ READ‼ I got my toes done there a few days ago! I had gotten acrylic toes paid around $75-80 and tipped. My Nails only Lasted 7 days! I got my toes done 1/5/24 ... So I called them the day they fell off to let them know what had happened she quickly remembered who I was since I was just there! This was Friday 1/12/24 today is Sunday 1/14/24 the day I was supposed to go in. So I called to confirm if she was going to fix them. ‼ this is where she switched up‼ She started saying I had them on for 3 weeks! Then when I told her how could she say that if I was just there and then she said okay 2 weeks! ....‼ No i was there 7 days ago!! 7!! ‼ Then she proceeded to say maybe it was because I have tiny nails! So at this point I'm extremely offended and I feel like she no longer wants to help me .. She was just giving me excuses left and right at this point I just felt that she was thinking I was trying to get a free new set. That Truly wasn't the case I just got them done and wanted to have them fixed rightfully since they should have lasted me way longer then 7 days at $80 . That's ridiculous I could have just brought press ons for $12 instead they would have lasted me the same amount of days . She kept making it difficult for me so I told her to just forget it. I told her I rather leave a bad review then to deal with her. ‼ Right after I told her that she started blowing up my phone calling trying to apologize to me for not believing me and for being rude to me. I chose to ignore her at this point because now she's trying to be nice again. ‼ 30mins go by then! She sends me texts where she starts switching up her story again .. that she confused me for another customer and she is so sorry! Lol when we clearly talked on the phone I asked if she remembered me and she's like of course I do the blonde girl who was going on vacation and she kept saying she knew who I was . So for her to try to fake a story that she doesn't know who I was is even more ridiculous! ‼ Long story short be careful! Don't waste your time and money and if you do take a chance with these people take pictures and mark the day you went so if anything goes bad they don't fuck you over ‼ PS . For the owner of the shop I'm pretty sure your going to try to comment under this review saying you tried to fix it and you offered me help and that I "ignored it " but you know damn well I tried and I was extremely kind to begin with and it was you who questioned me and made me feel uncomfortable! So I hope you learn from this experience. read more
