On top of the great customer service, the office was clean and well-kept, with plenty of seating for a smaller spot. And the AC? Next level, definitely appreciated. Pricing was reasonable too. They accept card (including tap-to-pay) and cash, which made it super convenient. I'd definitely go back for the cute guy behind the desk too no but seriously will be using this location for our next smog and personal referrals we were in and out less than 30 minutes. I had a horrible experience and will never go back. I found…read morethem online and headed down there, but realized I'd arrive a few minutes after they closed at 6pm because of terrible traffic. I called ahead and spoke with the employee who said that he understood and would wait for me. I got there at exactly 6:03 PM and the place was completely locked up and shut down. I was shocked, I called the business and nobody answered and the voice mail was full. Their neighbor said they left several minutes before I got there. Fortunately I did a quick Google search and found another smog test center called D & S Automotive that was open until 8PM and just a few minutes away. I called them and went down and received excellent service from Mike. It only took a few minutes, he was very friendly and even offered my handicapped brother a bottle of water. I would strongly recommend anyone to go to D & S Automotive for their smog check instead of this horrible place.

They may not have a fancy, air-conditioned lobby--which is located outdoors under a tarp--it was fine for me as "little heat" on the 25th of August wasn't going to bother me or detract me, nor do they have a big property with lots of parking, which wasn't going to get in the way of me getting my car smogged the same day so my car could meet the DMV requirements.
