Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff became defensive, repeatedly claimed a competitor was "lying," and treated my questions as if I was arguing. I was only trying to understand what I was paying for before spending $600+. The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying.
