The best!!!! Go and ask for "The Morino" you will not be sorry. I never imagined myself enjoying a hot dog that had cream cheese on it and now I can't see my self NOT having it. Great customer service.

Was told to come here by many people on our TikTok page so we went ahead and stopped in. Grabbed a Belly Buster and a Hook Up for myself and the lady had a Dog with Bacon and Cheese sauce. Didn't find out until after that it's nearly standard to grab a yoo-hoo also...sorry for missing that train! So I didn't try the bacon dog but my gf said she enjoyed it a lot. What's not to love about bacon and cheddar sauce?! Let's start with the Belly Buster. So this dog has Kraut, Hot Onions, Cheese, and Hot Chili for like $2.50 ... uhm, what?! Lots of toppings and a pretty cheap dog. Sometimes the cheap prices make me skeptical. This was a good dog. The chili had a nice little kick to it and the onions were great. Cheese is cheese and Kraut is kraut typically, but all of these items together made a really tasty doggie for a killer price. The Hook-Up might have been better! More of that awesome chili but this time with some mayo, ketchup, and cole slaw. Really solid combination of flavors, I can see at these prices why this place is such a hit...especially amongst the late night crowd looking for something to fill their stomachs after a night at the bars. Great spot to grab hot dogs after an outing in Branch Brook Park. 3 hot dogs for $7.50 great deal Can get hot onions or sweet onions with spicy mustard. Must check out for a mid day treat if you are in the area.

CASH ONLY. They have all sort of toppings and combos for your hot dog. I went with the basic hot dog with that good mustard. Quality hot dog and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Best hot dogs I've ever had!! They look simple, but they are so flavorful and I can't wait to be back in the area so I can have them again.

Wanted my hubby to finally have the JJ experience. We ordered so much. We were so happy they were on uber! Only warning the chili .... they aren't lying when they say spicy! The dogs are amazing from here!!!!!

Haven't been to the truck in close to 7 years, and it still tastes the same! Great mustard, the chili cheese dogs are phenomenal, and it's amazing to watch the masters at work!

Charge $9 for three frozen empanadas, then charged $.99 (10%) to recoup their 2.5% credit card fee. Not much better on the re-do.

Decent hotdogs, bread was a little soggy from sweet peppers & onions. Location easy to find, ultimately a good quick grab lunch.

(And that ATM machine at the corner? It looks like it'll not only steal your identity but your soul as well.) My last visit (2023-ish) I tried their 'combo' (one hot dog, one sausage) which was... okay. But when they're slinging a double Italian hot dog? They're firing on all cylinders. Tommy's is not shy to pile a wicked amount of grub into that pizza bread. The hot dogs kind of get lost under a mountain of deep-fried and oily (but delicious) sliced spuds. (I do wish they weren't so stingy with the peppers and onions to really balance out the meal.) The 'Holy Trinity' when it comes to Italian hot dogs in North Jersey is a no-brainer... Dickie Dee's, Jimmy Buff's and Tommy's. (For me - no one comes close to Dickie Dee's but my one kid said Tommy's was his [current] fave.) As for that couple that came cashless? A good Samaritan behind me pulled out a wad of cash (it's not wise to pull out a fistful of cash anywhere you go but it's ESPECIALLY not wise when you're in the rough and tumble streets of Elizabeth, let's be real) and after swapping Venmo information everything was a-okay. Take-out/to-go only. Parking is atrocious. Guy behind the glass - always aces. (Oh, and... cash only!)

I've had the sausage/dog combo before that's like an Italian Dog and I loved it but I had never just had some good old doggies here so I grabbed a couple. Went with 1 with red onions and mustard and 1 with chili, diced onion, and mustard. I love red onions, just a big nostalgia thing to my youth getting dogs in Coney Island at Nathan's. These onions were tasty. The chili wasn't what I was expecting but the crunch from the diced onion was welcomed. The rolls tasted fresh and the dogs had a fantastic snap and delicious flavor. No surprise here - Tommy's - Didn't Suck!

I'm giving a 4 stars because the food is so delicious and I've always had a good experience except a couple of nights ago. They used to sell burger dogs it was basically if a hamburger and hotdog had a baby and it's so good, that's what I usually order, when we called it in we said "burger dogs" and places the order like normal, they charge a couple dollars for delivery. Couple minutes pass by and we decided we forgot to add something to the order so we call them and ask for it to be placed with the other one. We are told we have to pay a delivery fee again because it's by card, which didn't make sense to me at all, he spoke to the owner and they said if it's in cash we don't have to pay that delivery fee but by card we have to nothing he can do thankfully we had enough cash on hand but that already made me feel some type of way, once the food arrives I realize it was a burger (not the burger dog so it didn't have the sausage) honestly I was just so disappointed so I called them and they said they don't sell burger dogs anyone how people have been getting confused, but correct me if I'm wrong, if a coustomer calls and says burger dog wouldn't you correct then right there by saying they don't make it anymore, but over all the food is good but how everything was handled from the miscommunication and then the delivery fee I feel like is unacceptable especially since I've been such a loyal customer and supported them before they even opened this location.

There is a cute outdoor seating area with a tent and potted plant decor. It's nicer than it looks; I mean that in the best way possible! I was driving someplace ELSE for lunch today and saw Joey Mac's while driving down Frank E. Rogers Blvd in Harrison...wherever else I was going was gonna have to wait! Pulled right over and jumped out to grab and go. I ordered a Chili/cheese dog, a chili/cooked onions/mustard dog, and a smoked kielbasa with sexy kraut and mustard. Skin-on Sabrett's always make for a delicious dirty water dog and this was the case today. The Chili/cheese dog was excellent...with a very nice tasting chili that isn't too sweet. I don't know what they do to their cooked onions, but my second dog was awesome as well-nice connection between the chili and the other toppings. But the coupe-de-gras was the kielbasa...looked like a regular hot dog but when you bite into it is is smoked heaven! Whatever the hell they put in their sexy kraut (other than the chopped bacon and onions) really is SEXY! SO.FRIGGIN.GOOD!!!! When my co-worker returns from his current trip we will need to stop here again!!! I don't know how long they've been here, but I can't believe I'm the first to review this little gem.

When we finally got to the field we were SO happy to find Donny's Dogs. Donny's is apparently a pretty popular hot dog truck from the area and the dirty water dogs are supposed to be pretty good. My daughter and I each ordered two dogs-hers with just ketchup and I had one with mustard and ketchup and one with kraut and chili. Hard to beat the price for the plain dogs-three for $5. The plain dogs were very good, but I didn't care for the chili and kraut dog-had a funky flavor that I just didn't like.
