The biggest difference is that they offer a wide selection of donuts! They also have a full menu where you can get burgers/sandwiches and I suppose it's fast food. It was really difficult to select what kind of donut I wanted, but I went for the apple fritter. It was warmed up for me and it was heavenly. The warm, glazed, doughy, sweet, apple infused donut paired nicely with my americano, which was actually really excellent coffee! It's not very healthy and not the most glamorous, but Tim Horton's has excellent coffee and donuts.

After ordering, at the kiosk my treats never came out and I had to wait for them to redo the order (though the coffee came out fast). I think there were issues between the drive thru, face-to-face counter ordering, and the kiosk orders being processed and fulfilled efficiently.
