The general manager later called me and asked me to go to the dealership first to see whether the repair could be covered under warranty. He also mentioned they could maybe provide one month of free car wash service, but offered no actual solution or compensation at that time. What frustrated me even more was that he partly blamed me, saying the damage happened because I did not use the tape their employee offered to secure the wiper. A customer should not be responsible for preventing damage caused by the car wash equipment. I followed his instructions, went to the dealership, and confirmed the repair is NOT covered under warranty and must be paid out of pocket. I obtained the repair quote and sent it to corporate again. I also called multiple times and left messages for the general manager asking for a callback. It has now been TWO MONTHS with no resolution, no follow-up, and no returned phone calls. Very disappointing customer service and claim handling. I will continue contacting corporate until this issue is properly addressed.
